I had a great experience when I went to JBHi Artarmon a few days ago. I asked a young dark haired lady to assist with a camera cover for my phone. She went through the stock and we found what I needed wasn’t available. She then was straight online searching for me, and even made a print out what I needed. She smiled the whole time and was a pleasure to speak too. It was a great customer experience and I walked out of that store with a smile. Whoever the store manager is please give her a bonus and clone her !

Unhelpful and slow. Despite having lots of staff on, no one went to get the product I was trying to purchase, instead they stood at the checkout and started to have a chat.
What an awesome customer service all team was very friendly specially farshid he will give you the best technical explanation I will definitely come come back.

Purchased an item with the credit card app on my phone but when returning it as it was not suitable, JB HIFI could only do a refund if I had my physical card, not via the way I had purchased it. As I don't carry a physical card, my only option other than get a store credit was to come back with my physical card. As I wanted a refund and not a credit, I had to go home and get my card and come back. It is totally ridiculous and unacceptable in this day and age, especially with a big company like JB HIFI, that you can't get a refund the same way you purchased an item. They refund you via a phone credit card in Bunnings, Coles... in fact every big and small store where I've needed to do this, so why not JB HIFI?
As good as any other JB Hi-Fi.

Came here after having a rather difficult week! Tv got broken during a house move! Sally was honestly the absolute nicest person I’ve ever encountered in the service industry! Sally was knowledgeable and friendly and really just made us smile and laugh, which was much appreciated! We will be back to be looked after by Sally!
Had an amazing experience choosing a router at JBHifi Artarmon. Firstly, staff member, Jonah greeting me at door and guiding me towards what I was looking for. Next, Brandon, a true lad, helping me pick the right wifi router for my house, got me the best price and explaining the set up process. Very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant all around. Excellent service and very quick! We ordered a bar fridge on Saturday afternoon, and it was delivered on Sunday morning, at the busiest time of year. Highly recommend these guys!

I purchased a Samsung tablet over 3 years ago and didn't have the proof of purchase, which I needed for Samsung service. Anyway, I went back to the store to request the proof of purchase and they did their best to find it for me, as it turned out they actually resolved my issue (I had my tablet with me) and I didn't need to go to Samsung service (would have cost me min $66). I am a happy customer! Many Thanks.
The management team went above and beyond in a warranty claim for me with Microsoft I can't give them enough praise. Lovely staff and a quiet store that isn't too busy.

I went to buy an 55 inch Oled Sony TV and I was given such a hard time about wanting to take it on my car, to the point the store manager came in and in a rudely manner told me if I took it with me I would have to sign a weaver saying that no matter what type of damage the TV is found after I open the box, they will not be liable. I had a Sony TV for 10 years and I moved apartment 5 times, i understand they do not want to be liable for screen damage but from there to go and say they won’t be liable if there are any other faults after buying from their store? I walked out and went to the good guys, bought the TV and did ask me to sign a weaver too but at least they were fair and nice enough to say it was for any damage related to the screen. Appalling treatment in JB HiFI, will not be shopping with them anymore.

This store will look after you. I preordered a phone which had a promotion for a few Google products included, when they didn't appear after a number of weeks Brad and co. took it upon themselves to make sure I got what I was entitled to and keep a happy customer. JB Hi-Fi as a whole company has maintained excellent customer service in every interaction I've had with them over the years and the multiple devices I've purchased from them.
If you can get over the ambience the staff are friendly and good range of things on display

Shoutout to Andy being a legend. He was super friendly and helpful when I was looking for headphones near closing time, cos I needed a pair for the gym. He was super helpful even though they were getting ready to close. With his help I found some beats headphones at an amazing price. Super happy and will definitely come back to shop here.
