Top Notch gaming pc and exceptional service. Recently purchased a galactic gaming computer for both work and gaming and the computer runs smooth and dead silent. It was already tweaked for my needs out of the box with all drivers installed all I had to do was just install my games nd Autocad software and started working on it. Glad I supported their local business and super happy with everything. They also included couple of free upgrades which was very nice of you guys thank you! It took about 3 weeks to arrive but I got 70$ added free gifts for it being late" which I did not expect but amazing thank you! When I turned the PC on the rbg is instantly amazing it's so bright and everything looks better then described and the airflow is also very good. I can change the speeds with a controller the rbg light speeds and fan speeds and alot more. PC works great very fast and looks like a 8000$ PC when it only costed me 1140$!! Great value for what I got! Il be coming back in the future for my next PC upgrade. Also last thing there support in email is very fast and professional they messaged me back very fast with any questions I had like because I ordered a white PC case but emailed them 2 days after order to change the colour to a black PC case and they did so! Highly recommend the service. Bought two PCs through Cobratech - both excellent builds, look great + best value I could find. All this with fantastic customer support. I had been nervous to purchase through a smaller business in case of issues, and how they might be handled. I was unfortunate enough to have a GPU which developed a fault after about a week of use Within a day of finding the issue, I had been guided through a simple troubleshoot process, Cobratech identified the faulty component, organised a return to the manufacturer, and provided a substitute GPU whilst waiting on the full replacement. Its the mark of a good service when everything goes well, its the mark of a great service when a problem is handled so quickly and efficiently. Recommend to others, and will use again.
