I visited the store with my mother on the weekend when the store just opened and it was very busy. It took a while to get assistance, but when Josh came around to help he exceptional excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He was not pushy with any recommendations, provided competitive prices and he was very accommodating when I wanted to trial the keyboard, mouse and see the options available. I highly recommend anyone else to come here for excellent products and advice. Thanks again to Josh for the lovely shopping experience and going above and beyond to assist. I will definitely be going to him for my IT supplies!

Amazing service

We visited the store hoping to find a monitor. The service we got was very minimal. You would get much more info just browsing online. Basically the product we want wasn't on display. So you have to pay first, and if the dimensions don't turn out to fit your workspace, too bad, no return. There is also no toilet and they won't ever let you use their staff toilet even when the toilet across the street was closed. I won't recommend coming here.

New store is great, good layout, decent prices, also had no issue getting a replacement on a faulty PSU i bought. But PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF. ive been in twice, and had to wait a silly amount of time in line due to the fact that theres never more than 2 people on the front end. The staff are knowledgeable and clearly working hard (shout out to the young lady with pink hair who helped me) but when you have a line of customers at all times, theres little they can do to make it move faster. would be 5 stars if they had a couple more staff to handle the wait times.

Hopeless staff named “Locky”, let me waited for 2 seconds, but served one customer after another and never returned, 2 seconds became 25 mins until another staff helped me. Very disappointing, more training needed.

Knowledgeable staff...very knowledgeable staff 🤣🤣 Also at the counter when paying the staff asked specifically debit or credit as payment as with paywave there is an extra surcharge, him asking so that I don't pay any extra accidentally (they do have plenty signs up about the surcharge). I have worked retail, and on days like Boxing Day I know it can be exceptionally tough. Every staff member was very rigid in their roles. I struggled to find help (even being told no a couple of times). This is until a kind staff member helped me out, he had a phone and I saw him running around grabbing numerous different items, he seemed like he may be able to help me, but whatever he was doing, he took time out of it to help me. His name was either Billy, Will or Bill, I cant remember. I’ll call him Bill. He helped me find a monitor and gave me great advice!! I was only planning on getting my son a monitor but now with the helpfulness of these type of staff (not the ones who are blunt) I’m going to be coming down again today!! Because if Bill isn't a designated salesperson l, that must mean I a hold give the others a shot!!

I love Josh, he is so helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with all my PC needs and went above and beyond. Raph was great too, brought my PC in with an issue and he solved it in a timely manner and was super friendly the whole time. Really good workers 👍

The product prices are good, but the customer service needs significant improvement. We returned a broken monitor for warranty repair three weeks ago and received a text yesterday saying our product was ready for pickup. Assuming the monitor had been repaired or replaced, we drove 30km to the service center, only to be told that the repair was rejected and we could discard the monitor. The text message was misleading and caused us to waste both time and fuel. A clearer message indicating the repair outcome would have saved us the unnecessary trip. Based on the text, we genuinely believed the issue was resolved. Better communication is essential for a smoother customer experience.

Knowledgable to the precise details of every part and honest about quality and necessity. He worked out a cheaper deal in the end as I was buying all the parts from Centre Com, who have almost every part available and at great prices. We had an extremely frustrating experience with Centrecom when my partner was trying to resolve an issue with his Samsung monitor’s display under warranty. The staff were inconsistent and unclear with the processes of repairing or being able to claim warranty for his monitor. At one stage they told us that they sent the monitor interstate to be repaired. We later found out that a new monitor was being sent Centrecom, but in the end we found out that the monitor was indeed repaired. To make matters worse, it was sent interstate without his knowledge or consent. Throughout this process, Centrecom failed to provide consistent and transparent updates on what was being done with the device. Communication was vague and contradictory, leaving us in the dark about repair timelines and next steps. When he raised these issues, and queried why they couldn’t offer a new device (as is stated in their terms and conditions) they even admitted that their terms and conditions were unclear and not in line with actual store procedures and policies, which added to the confusion and frustration. To anyone considering buying from Centrecom, be warned: their warranty service and customer support are subpar. If something goes wrong, don’t expect a smooth or transparent resolution.

Absolutely thrilled with Huang’s service—definitely a 5-star experience! You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about his work, this store is great and right place to go for your desktop build! I don’t usually leave reviews, but Huang’s help really made me feel appreciated. I spent two days researching before walking into Centrecom a month ago, so I had a fair idea of what I needed, but I wanted their take too. He listened to my requirements, asked about the software details and my budget, and quickly recommended a setup that was almost identical to what I’d picked out! I was honestly blown away by how quickly he got what I needed. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back next time!

this store is the only computer store where i feel treated equally by ALL the employees as a female who builds pc’s. the amount of respect and patience these guys have for all my questions is seriously amazing. Nathaniel has helped me on more then one occasion and i will forever return for his services, he is incredibly nice and generous with his knowledge. will definitely be returning for all my computer needs :)

Excellent and expert customer care on Saturday 5th OCT, needed a monitor and chose one but Centre Com staff could help us to find a better deal and monitor, found a very good keyboard and they change 2T SSD hard with minimal difficulty. This place has the best staff to help.

After talking with staff, they helped pick out parts to design a whole pc within my budget and with alot if power! Placed an order in store for an MSI stealth 16 while it was sale. Rang a week later to get an update as to when I should expect it and was told it was in their warehouse so I should expect it within the next 1-3 business days. 6 days later, I get a call to have them say that it hadn’t arrived and was likely sold to someone else as they needed to get it posted to them from another store. Also the laptop was now out of stock so any chance at ordering another one would be impossible. Pretty disappointing experience. Would’ve been better ordering it online.

Very helpful staff, but remember their time needs to shared between all customers. If you need help, try to plan your trip when they are less busy.

My brand new pc had some rgb problems. Before heading to the store Eric walked me through so nicely and clear that was incredible. In the store Kalum was the man to have all things sorted. He spent solid 2 hours to listen and solve all my pc problems without getting bored of it. I could not be happier. The staff is great they definitely made my day. Extremely Disappointing Shopping Experience The reason I'm giving one star is because there's no option to give zero stars. Last Saturday morning, I visited this store to buy a router based on a friend's recommendation. But my shopping experience was absolutely horrible, and I need to share it. Because my English is not very good and I urgently needed the router, I asked a staff member if there was anyone who could speak Chinese as soon as I entered the store. This staff member clearly told me there was and pointed to a young man with a mustache, saying he could speak Chinese. So, I decided to wait for this staff member to finish helping other customers. After waiting for a while, and getting more anxious, I asked another staff member if there was anyone else in the store who could speak Chinese. He told me no, only that one guy could speak Chinese. I said fine, I'll wait some more. Finally, when the mustached staff member was available, I walked over to him and asked for help, confirming if he could speak Chinese. To my shock, he said “No.” I asked again to make sure, “You really don't speak Mandarin?” and he said “No.” I was absolutely furious! If the store had told me from the beginning that no one could speak Mandarin, I could have used simple English to explain my needs. Instead, I wasted almost half an hour waiting, only to be told that they couldn't help me. It felt like they were just messing with me! Because I really needed the router, I went back to the shelf and tried to find another staff member to help me, but almost all of them avoided eye contact with me. This was an unbelievably terrible experience. This was the worst shopping experience of my life, absolutely atrocious. I will be telling all my friends just how awful and ridiculous the shopping experience at this store was.

Because we had issues buying online for a monitor we chose this place to go and check it physically. We wanted to confirm that the monitor comes with an HDMI cable. This was the problem we had initially because shop bought cables didnt work with a several monitors we tried. We enquired from two different agents working there. Both confirmed it comes with an HDMI cable and the box had it mentioned. After bringing it home there wasnt a cable. Called them to ask and they checked another similar one and told unfortunately it doesnt come with an HDMI cable. Why couldnt you confirm it when we enquired in store? Wasted our time. The agent said the cable costs a few bucs and we can buy one. That's not good customer service. We bought it because you people confirmed it. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Wont buy anything from here again or recommend it to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We were served by Justin who went above and beyond to answer all our questions, he even tested the charging rate and battery life of the laptop we were interested in and called us back a few hours later to inform us of his finding!! Have never experienced customer service like this anywhere else. This was our first time shopping at Centre Com and it certainly won’t be the last.

This has been my go-to computer store for the past 3 years. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I do regularly go for client's computer upgrades and laptops (they usually have 50 laptops on display at any one time). When I needed help with my own computer parts, they have quickly tested, exchanged and refunded when required on the spot. There are not many computer shops with this level of support - for example another well known business took 1 month to get a motherboard checked and exchanged. Their live stock availability feature is perfect and ordering to have picked up in store is a very reliable way to get the parts you need quickly.
