Awful experience, made an order late December - have still not received the item. I sent a follow up email and then received a call advising my item would be shipped, still not received. I sent another follow up email, received an email a week later now advising that my item is not in stock. Absolutely shocking experience - I would not recommend purchasing from this supplier at all.

I purchased a wide 300 camera on their website, but they sent me the wide 400 instead. Without any discussion they just sent something customer don’t literally need. It’s totally scam 👎👎👎👎👎👎and the funny thing is they called this “free upgrade”🤣🤣🤣🤣 actually the wide 300 is way more expensive than wide 400, lol, it feels like they were doing customers a favor. I purchased a camera on December 17th, and I was told over the phone that it would be shipped the next day. However, I still haven’t received the product. During this time, I’ve sent emails and made phone calls, but received no response. On two occasions, my calls were rudely hung up on. I’d like to know if there’s any way to resolve this issue.

I have just made an order for my OKI toner for our business first time from this shop. Very pleased i think they deserve a much better overall rating as they seem to work hard (not sure if it is a new or well established business). 1. Delivered in 24 hours 2. Price was indeed the cheapest for a rare toner. 3. There is actually a phone number you can call and get an answer within a minute. I think this is a bonus in case there is a problem with the order (no problem with mine).

If you've ever run out of toner for the printer in an office situation, you'll understand the level of inconvenience it causes. Fujifilm closed all their state warehouse facilities and provide no overnight service out of Sydney. I phoned around many Queensland printing supplies stores, but they had no stock. Fortunately, I got onto Lorry from Top Banana. Lorry went above and beyond to ensure I received my toner and it was delivered to my door within 2 hours. You don't receive this level of customer service very often anymore, so a big thank you to Lorry and Top Banana. Highly recommended. Thank you

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase experience. I ordered a camera that was clearly listed as in stock on the website, but after placing the order and making payment, I was informed that the model was actually out of stock. Without my consent, they replaced it with a different model, which I did not want. I immediately requested a refund, and it’s now been over a month with no sign of the refund. I’ve called customer service twice, and each time they assured me that they would follow up with the accounts department. However, after multiple inquiries, there has been absolutely no progress. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency. I will not be shopping with this company again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious as well.

I purchased bulk garbage bags and not understanding the lettering/numbering code they were not of the household/retail quality I wanted so not a good buy from my point of view

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered an item and informed three weeks later that the item was not in stock but would arrive soon". Tried multiple times to get an update but eventually resorted to a chargeback due to undelivered item and lack of communication. The whole process took a couple of months and wasted a tonne of time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have changed names, previously named Ink Masters, and they illegally raise invoices against people, use threats and harassment to collect money people don’t owe. I have showed that an order was paid - came out of my account, but they keep harassing me because I logged a charge back request (bank agreed with me) - owner sent me the completely wrong product and wouldn’t send the correct one or issue a refund - not following Australian consumer law. If this is happening to you, contact consumer affairs Victoria and or lodged a complaint in VCAT. Rogue business like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate if they can’t follow the law.

quality products, great price and superb delivery

The products I have ordered from June had never arrived. I had contacted them via email several times - no response. Called numerous times and they said someone will call me back and they never did. After several calls, they said they will provide a refund and I called again when after there was no refund coming through and the person who picked up the phone seemed to have no record of it. They then again said they will process the refund and I have not seen anything yet. I am about to lodge this to the ombudsman.

Very poor service and communication. List stock on their website that they do not have. No communication (not even an order confirmation) until I was forced to lodge a PayPal dispute. Then they offer a replacement product which is completely unacceptable. When I tell them the replacement won't work and I'd like a refund, they stop replying again. Very dodgy company. Stay clear

Always fast delivery - can recommend

I have had some bad service in my day, but this company takes the cake. I spend $8,000 on a large Copier/Printer and paid for freight to get the machine to me. I had already warned this Bottom Banana mob that they would need to package it well as it had a long way to go. Well. their idea os packaging was to put cling wrap over it and sent it as is. What a disgrace! The machine arrived damaged with the plastic molding melted because of the direct heat. If the machine would have been packaged with cardboard as the protecting factor, the machine would have arrive in fair condition. Not too mention the wood rotted pallets the machine was packed onto. Then the WiFi Module which was included in the price did not come with the machine. I have spend months chasing this business for the WiFi Module, they tell lies and say it has been sent. But I know that this is their 'modus operandi' to keep telling lies to their paying customers until they go away. I am totally disgusted with the owner to whom I have been dealing. You are a disgrace, and people need to know the real truth about the way you treat your so called valued customers. SHAME ON YOU! Top Banana is very much a bottom dweller..........

I just ordered some Fujifilm cameras, before I ordered, I just checked the stock, they said in stock. After I ordered, they said no stock. Do refund still need to wait long time. 5 weeks still doesn’t do the refund. Call customer service, always on another call. No one reply the email. I noticed they blocked my phone number as well. Once I used my phone to call them, it’s on busy. But using my friend’s phone, it can be connected. The worst purchase history.

I recently ordered some masks from this site. 1st time, I placed the order and was informed that by a message from this site that I credit card was incorrect. I then placed 2nd time via PayPal, and it went through. After I checked my bank account 1 hour later after I placed the order. I noticed that the 1st order did go through, so I emailed the sales team straight away to cancel one of them, but no one responded. I also called the number provided, no answer. Second day I emailed the accounts team again and also was able to speak with Jasmine from Accounts, but she told me that both ordered already been shipped. I asked for a return label as I don’t need two orders, but was told I need to pay. Anyway, when I finally got the order, both orders were in the same box, so one delivery only but they charged two delivery fee and they are not willing to refund you. Also, the patterns which I received were not matching with what I ordered. So disappointed!!!! Please don’t buy anything from this website!!!!!!!!!
