Good saleman

Unreasonable wait, then my product was overcharged, I had to wait for that payment to clear before the difference of the overpayment could be refunded. The attendant was acting like I was an inconvenience to her. She even asked me if I wanted the over payment refunded now, as it would take a while to clear. I also had a gift card with a clear serial number and receipt, but this was refused because the magnetic strip was damaged.

Rolled up to buy a microwave oven at JB. looked at the microwaves but needed assistance. No one around!. Came out of the appliance section to find a sale assistant and there were 3 sales guys standing there talking to each other having a good old time. I stood there hoping to attract the attention of one of them but not one helped me let alone acknowledge me. Finally after about 5 minutes of trying to get some help, one of them saw me and asked if they could help me. By this time I had had enough and I walked out...Great service at this JB hi-fi shop...NOT!!! Bought my microwave elsewhere!

Went in yesterday with a question about getting 4g on my Apple Watch. I was helped out by an absolute legend named Maddy, who gave my technically illiterate problem far more time and care than it deserved. 10/10 service, and a smile to match

I recently visited the JB Hi-Fi store in Eastland, Ringwood, where I received excellent service from Alina. She helped me stay within my budget to purchase a new TV, wall mount, and extra-long cord. Additionally, JB Hi-Fi offered a convenient TV mounting service. As you can see from the photos, I had a TV mounted by them in 2024, and I returned this year (2025) to purchase a complete package for another room in my apartment. In 2024 the professional TV wall mounting service ensured a seamless installation, with the technician working with me to identify the ideal location and height for my TV and will make another booking shortly when my new tv arrives. I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for many years, and I've consistently received exceptional service from the staff. They're always courteous and willing to help. One of the things that impresses me most is their transparency and flexibility when it comes to pricing. Don't hesitate to ask for the best deal - the staff will work tirelessly to find a solution that fits your budget, without any high-pressure sales tactics.

Needed a Bluetooth device to connect my iPhone to my car and previously experienced no product knowledge at competitors or solutions that didn’t work. Served by a guy with a beard in the phone section who advised the right product and was very knowledgeable about what would work well and the product he recommended has been perfect.

On Sunday 29th December 2024 I purchased a Withings BPM Connect Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor for $143 so I could so I could stay healthy by checking my blood pressure every day. The staff were extremely helpful and the service was fantastic.

JB Hi-Fi offers a wide range of electronics and gadgets. While it can get crowded, the staff are friendly and do their best to assist. Tip: Check prices online and ask for a price match. Also, be cautious about extended warranties—they can be useful, but consider if they’re necessary before paying extra. Overall, great selection, fair return policy, and competitive prices.

The staff here are friendly and always happy to help, big shout out to Maddy who not only helped me but also helped my friend with a phone plan that suited both our needs. You’re a legend! Added bonus that there’s a good selection of physical media here as well.

Great customer service as always

Had a great experience here - salesperson Tanya was super kind and helpful! I got everything I needed without feeling like I was pressured into buying anything. Tanya was incredibly transparent when helping me setup my phone plan, and was very patient and clear when explaining everything. The store was well laid out and all the other staff were really friendly as well. 10/10 recommend this JB!

I came to collect something yesterday, the attitude of that counter girl was not that nice,I lucky ,it have another good boy working there, he solved my problem

Got sent a birthday voucher for $10, made an order online for store pick up, only to have them cancel the order straight away and then claim the voucher has been used and I no longer get my birthday voucher, will simply go to amazon where for the same price and its often cheaper it's sent to my front door.

Just spoke to hayley over the phone about some product specifications, she was quite helpful and efficient in solving my queries. Great customer service!

Very helpful staff

Honestly the staff here have 0 customer service. We felt like a burden, we had to interrupt staff standing around talking to ask to purchase a speaker. Once a member came to assist, he was not helpful/friendly, he disappeared out the back for 10mins, which was were i had enough & left, whilst my partner waited. The speaker was on sale Sunday & there was no discount they could offer him on the price. Glad we are not local to the area as we won't be going back.

JB Eastland is exceptional. The security are always really friendly on the way in and out which ties the expericence on both ends. The team members in all departments are well experienced and i can depend on them when i need to make an electrical purchace. The variety of appliances and electronics they offer makes it difficult to walk past the store without entering!

Bit expensive nowadays

Phenomenal service, staff were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable leaving me obligated to this positive review.👍 Coming in with a complicated issue, over the course of multiple hours staff stepped through troubleshooting to solve the issue all the while being attentive and engaging us in each step that online searches, other stores, etc couldn't seem to answer effectively. The process for my issue was grueling but truly they were helpful all the way through, trying multiple steps to try and fix the ambiguous issue. i am very grateful for their fun, lighthearted and simultaneously knowledgeable and hardworking nature through that process. Special thanks to bob for fixing telco nightmare, 🙏
