Recently held our daughter's 5th Birthday Party here and it went wonderfully! The playcenter has spacious party rooms, nice decor, is modern and food is delicious and well presented! The staff and owners are accommodating and very easy to work with! Really lovely people! We also come here for playdates and it keeps the kids entertained for hours. Highly recommend lollipops playcenter as the venue to hold your parties or just to bring the kids to play for a few hours! Definitely will be using them in the future again! Thank you Janelle and team for making our daughters day perfect!

I booked a private party for my son and nieces birthday. My sister and I were very nervous as this is our first time organising a party. The communication with the team via email was positive, and our queries were answered thus an easy decision to book. We cannot thank you enough for being so kind, supportive and helpful throughout the whole night. You’ve made the whole night run smoothly without a hassle, and treated us with so much respect. We didn’t feel like we were treated like customers but a family. My family mentioned that we chose the right venue as it is hard to find places that has staff members like Wonder Woman Janelle, Sweety Marlene and Humble Kelvin. Hi everyone 😀 Bentleigh lollipops closed down at the end of October so I wanted to find a new playcentre for my nearly 4 yr old grandneice and my 1and a half year old grandnephew.... I tried crocs in Clayton but there were not enough rides etc for young children and it was very hard to supervise the children in the set up. So I tried lollipops in Noble Park and I LOVE IT. The owners daughter 'Janelle' is absolutely awesome!!! She learnt all our names and helped me with supervision. Lollipops in Noble Park is so clean and safe for children. I will always come here even though it is further away from home. A thank you to the lovely Sarah too:) Thank you Janelle xx

The Asian lady in the front desk on 10/11/24, was rude. Staff was just busy in the cafe area, not even considering the safety of kids.

Very poor customer service, how do you forget food orders for children. Very disappointing

Attended a birthday party here today. Pros: Facilities were clean and the party room looked great. Kids had a great time and really loved the car ride. Party food had variety and there was plenty to go round. Build a bear was also very popular with the kids. Did I mention the kids really enjoyed it?? 😉 Cons: Guests were not informed of the extra cost for the clothes to dress the bears in. Created an awkward situation where the parents of the birthday child potentially had to add a few hundred $$$ to their already hefty bill. Lollypops supplied an ice cream cake as part of the package. Customer had already stated they were happy to pay for a candle, however, imagine the cake on the table ready for 20+ people to sing happy birthday and when staff were asked where the candle was, dad was told he had to go to the Cafe to purchase 1. Surely lollpops could provide a measly candle!!! Staff didn't seem to want to be there. Not many smiles, just going about their business. The young hostess walked around chewing gum open mouthed all afternoon like she was chewing cud. Not a good look. Car ride went for a whole 20 minutes for the 3 hours we were there. Looked to be plenty of staff so not sure why they couldn't run it longer so that all the kids could have a go. So, overall, the kids had a great time which was the main thing but parents notice detail and that left a lot to be desired

This Lollipops branch is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. When my daughter had a minor fall, the manager was incredibly kind—she quickly came over, cheered her up, and made sure she was okay. It’s clear that the management truly cares about their visitors. Highly recommend this place for a great family outing!

We have been here a few times now and it is always fantastic! The Cafe food is really good, kylie working on the climbing walls is super nice and helpful, all staff are very happy and share a smile in the craziness of the kids playing! Would highly recommend this centre!

We had a great experience holding our daughter’s 5th birthday party here. The staff were very friendly and made everything run smoothly. All the kids had such a great time! The playground is so big and there is so much to do! The mechanical car ride was also a highlight! Over 20 years ago, this was a play centre with a different name and different equipment. It was owned by the mother of one of my school friends and I went to a few parties and celebrations there, so it was quite surreal now being there as a parent and seeing the next generation so happy and having so much fun there. Thank you very much to the staff. We will back again for more playtimes and fun!

Staff are friendly, whole facility is clean, lots to do for all ages. Have been coming here for years, it's our boys favourite place. New owners are running it as well as the precious owners

We've been to 3 different locations but I actually think I prefer the noble park location. It was the most organised for parties. I loved that the food was served in a box for each kid, they didn't need to serve things individually which takes time and kids lose interest. The box included everything and the kids could start eating straight away.

Used to come to lollipops a few years back, and decided to come back. Very disappointed and staff disorganised, not enough staff. Very dirty.

It’s quite good place for children also crawling babies and also their parents to sit and have something to eat. Parking is easy, has nice party rooms, staffs are helpfully and friendly. Clean environment.

It is a fantastic place for the kids, some adults too, to enjoy hours on end! Jam packed with great play equipment for all ages to have loads of fun. Also, Build a Bear is an exciting experience for the kids at an extra cost. Delicious meal menu to choose from, with wide variety for kids and adults. Reasonably priced all round! Extremely friendly staff! Very spacious with great atmosphere

Your little ones can channel their inner adventurer with some rock climbing, or enjoy a thrilling car ride. Oh, and did we mention the party rooms? That's right, birthdays just got a whole lot sweeter at Lollipop's! The cherry on top? Their Build-a-bear workshop. It's every soft toy lover's paradise. After all the fun and games, you can chill out at their cafe, sipping your coffee while the kiddos run amuck. And don't worry, there are massive tables where you can sit back, relax, and keep an eye on your little rascals. Now, we wouldn't be honest reviewers if we didn't mention that it's your typical indoor game center. But hey, sometimes classic is just what you need! In the grand scheme of things, we give Lollipop Playland & Cafe a solid 3.5 out of 5. It's a good time guaranteed, and a great place to make some sweet (pun intended) memories!

We had our son's 5th birthday at Lollipops + crazy climb as a private function recently, and it was so much fun for the 50 kids of varying ages. The venue is so spacious and clean. Janelle and the team are so easy to deal with and were flexible on the night with how everything ran. We could not be more pleased with how our event went 😊

A good place to take your kids. Attended a couple of kids birthday parties and the kids have had a ball. Bathrooms are clean. Playground is expansive. Service is quite good. Good all round.

Just need to give you guys some heads up For party reservation you need to mention that we can't bring our own food as it is your policy. It was never mentioned to us then we figured out the painful way after our day was missed up.

Situated just next to princess highway in Noble park, the place offers a wide range of play activities to children in including toddlers. There is a d designated toddler area with suitable activities and a larger older kids play area. Party rooms are available and food, toy building and climbing activities are also offered. Remember to have socks on or can be purchased inside.

Very nice place to have birthday parties for your kids. Recently had my child's party and all the kids including guests had a great experience. The food is very fresh and the staff are very friendly. The car ride is the real highlight and all the kids enjoyed it.

Great activities for young kids. Not too much too overwhelm them but just enough. I will be back again. Just went back during the school holidays and was surprised to see that they had activities on for the children. Some paw patrol characters came to visit and did games and dancing with the children. 100% recommend

Attended a private function here. Place was clean, play equipment was clean and safe and the car ride was a big hit with my little one. Plenty of space for prams and lots of adults moving around. We would love to return but it's not located close to us. Would definitely recommend it for private hire - I haven't visited otherwise so cannot really review staff, ticket price or food.
