Guys is Rowville Store are super awesome. But God knows why they removed the phone numbers from the website. Service is still great is you show up in person. Very had to get anyone on the phone, most of the time.

Hidden surcharges for tap and go. No signage. Staff wont inform you before purchase. No help when calling the people don't even know thier own charges. Product are the same as everywhere else. Go some where else of you can.

Spent hundreds of dollars on a motherboard, it didn't work, when we called they told us to just bring it in not to worry about anything else and then they said that we had broken it after having it for 2 days and it never functioning. They also were annoyed at us for not bringing in any other parts even though the person on the phone told us to just bring it in. The only solution they had was for us to spend almost half the cost of the motherboard again to repair it.

Friendly staff quickly get your order for you. But beware, the automatic door swings out, not across. Very space agey!

Have previously had good experiences but unfortunately I recently bought a monitor from here with false specifications listed on their site. I admit that these specs came from Samsung, however even Samsung don't list that the HDmi port is substandard until you go to page 14 of the manual. The 2 blokes out the front were lovely, but the man out the back" who was too important to talk to me felt I should be docked 15% for an open box return even though this was blatant false advertising."

Cheap PC hardware

11/10. Got a custom PC through their custom system builder. From the day I got the quote to it sitting on my desk it was 9 days. I am not that GREAT at computers so they asked what it would be used for my hopes for it etc. if they didn't think a certain component was best they would let me know and advise what they recommend. Each step of the build is updated in your account so you always know what is happening. The build quality is top notch, very very clean. If you are thinking to do your own build this is the place to go. Couldn't recommend them higher.

If you wanna come here to experience some ultra-wide monitors, well… The maximum inch is 34 😂😂😂

It's was around 5:54PM this Wednesday, I wasn't even expecting from them that they would even serve me but man! The customer service was beyond exceptional, and this is the first time I have gotten that kind of customer service in Australia. Kudos to Lim who served me.

Great prices for quality products, definitely worth a check.

I bought my pc parts from them and built the pc. For a few months it worked fine but then I started getting the watchdog violation bluescreen error and my wifi would contantly spike. I brought them the pc 4 times and they fixed literally nothing. They charged me $100 to do nothing except to hold the pc for a little, run it and give it back to me. The first time they brought it back to me, my top dust filter was gone. They gave it back to me but still didn't fix anything and they still charged me for nothing fixed. I'm writing this on the pc that still isn't fixed. If you buy anything from them, don't expect much help from them if something goes wrong.

Don’t bother taking anything here for a diagnosis. They don’t bother waiting for permission to fix your problems, then try and charge you for parts removal when you never gave permission to install them in the first place.

Great team here have everything you need regarding PC and competitive price with great service

I have had a very difficult problem to self-diagnose. My 4090 could not be powered with a 12VHPWR native cable. I tested 3 different cables myself. And also tested an older GPU on the same rail. Scorptech was able to detect that the sense output from the 12VHPWR rail from PSU side was faulty. I then ordered and installed a new PSU through Scorptech. The wiring job was done very well and all within reasonable price and timeframe. Thank you very much, Scorptech!

I find the Scorptec product range are the best and it's easy to browse the website for the product want. It's a good idea to ring before you rock up to check stock availability, there is not much phone wait to talk to someone who knows about the product. I use both the Rowville and Clayton branches being close to work and home.

They sell defected and faulty components don't go there go to pc case gear instead

The people who care and listen make all the difference. Dealt with Eric and Jack, ended getting two of everything and left a very happy customer. So, you get great prices (about 3% below Amazon for my monitors) and people who know and help you out. What more can you ask for? Staff were friendly and helpful especially when I wasn’t 100% what I was looking for. Edit * after going back with the M1 Mac hub and showing the staff member what I needed they still sold me the wrong thing. $140 down. 2 drives to Rowville. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been shopping at scorptec for years, they are my favourite pc retailer, though sometimes pccase & msi can be cheaper, I've never had a bad experience with scorptec, only with some of the products. The staff are awesome and helpful, & their pc builder on their website is extremely useful. However, you do need to go down the road to the clayton branch to get your custom system built.

Praise be to Jack the Scorptec Computer God. Jack or as I now know him as, HIM !!! Best service in the game. Came in with a problem and was walked through all possible issues and solutions.
