Very nice food, attentive staff.

We had a most enjoyable work Christmas lunch yesterday. The food, service and venue were amazing. Reasonably priced and plenty of parking. Will be back.

Didn't know what to expect, but the photos looked great. Was not disappointed ! It was a beautiful sunny restaurant, staff very attentive, food delicious, deco and styling excellent. Will definately go there again !! 5 out of 5

The focaccia with burrata and honey is amazing as it is not a usual pairing for an entree but it surely a good combo. The mains were superb pork belly, eye fillet and rib eye and were cook to perfection. However, I was disappointed with the sides - potato (bland taste) and “grilled” broccolini (definitely not grilled). The tables and chairs are too near to each other which will make you feel tight.

Asked for a grasshopper cocktail and they couldn’t make it. Both our Chips were served cold they replaced mine when asked and my wagyu burger was very burnt charcoal on one side and it spoiled the taste totally. Would not go again. Disappointed in the food still can’t get the burnt taste out of my mouth. Needs to really improve their restaurant food. Spoiled a special 70 th birthday lunch.

Great food and such friendly staff. Loved having date night here. We had duck & burrata for entre followed by the chicken and lamb for dinner with broccolini and potatoes on the side. All amazing! Best broccolini I’ve had! The cocktails were also fun and exciting!

Amazing place with a calming vibe, nice food and beverages and well at tuned. The service was impeccable and the toilets we're super clean. Would definitely recommend.

We order the pork belly and it was delicious, is very rare nowadays to find and place with good food, let alone great service. A big shout out to Methuli , she serves us with a smile and we feel welcome during our time there. Definitely will come back!

It was the perfect first lunch after more than 24 hours of flights. We had the burrata, lamb and pork belly! The atmosphere was good, the service was superb, their team leader was on top of it! We were spoiled.

The food was great, staff maybe a little over-respectful but otherwise fantastic, live music was a big plus. Expensive but worth it. Will be back for our next special occasion.

This is part of a hotel stuck in the middle of nowhere. Food was nice, but expensive and not much of it for what you pay. Probably ok if you're staying at the hotel but don't choose this as a place to come if you are just looking for a nice restaurant for a meal. They definitely looked down their noses at me for daring not to be one of their hotel guests. EDIT, 2024-02-17: I cannot report to their reply, so I'll put my reply here. Nicole, I appreciate your response. However, I am not looking for compensation. Everywhere I visit, I report on my experiences at that time. If everyone does the same then an average appears over time. No venue is all good or all bad, and even the best get it wrong some of the time. Thank you though for caring enough to examine yourselves. Always do your best. Always take criticism constructively and aim to improve, and your average will naturally increase. I wish this forum gave you an opportunity to contact me privately but, you understand, I cannot offer my own phone number or email address in a public reply.

Came here the second time and aware of previous posts about lengthy wait time for food. So we got there at 6pm sharp and ordered the meals ahead of the crowd. Our food was served within 15 minutes which was great but the quality was average. The ribeye was cooked to my liking but the quality of the meat did not meet the price tag. The fries were warm and the charcoaled brocollini was not really charcoaled at all. I got to give credit when credit is due. The staff member Jayde that served us was very good. From the moment we sat down, ordering and serving our food until dessert, she was attentive and not too overwhelming. I could see the restaurant team was really trying to serve guests well and I will definitely come back to try again.

Only If I can leave NO star. Ordered food and arrived over an hour after a discussion with the manager Che. Very disappointed. I am a hotel guest and a regular guest, I wasn't happy the first time I came to dine here few months ago and now I gave them another chance and they blew it. I do not recommend. Poor service. Reply below is not good enough. Since the incident happened, there were no efforts to reach out to me by the management. Poor and lack of zero customer service. It's also been escalated to our company to stop using this hotel and restaurant.

Lovely food , excellent table service

Visited Archie's Farm today for Dinner. Me and my wife was very impressed and satisfied with the food. Not only does the dishes looks absolutely beautiful it also provides peak flavours. What a delightful restaurant to tag in with our hotel stay. Looking forward for Breakfast tomorrow 😋

From the moment of making the initial booking, to the end of the evening the staff were amazing The front desk staff had looked at our booking before we got there and greeted my husband with, Happy Birthday We had a drink in the bar area before dinner , staff there too were wonderful and the atmosphere very nice. Restaurant staff as well were great and very helpful, even bringing out a small dessert with a candle as a surprise We would absolutely return Living in ftg what a wonderful place to have so close

The staff at Archie's Farm Restaurant & Bar were exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to every need. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. The waitstaff were well-informed about the menu and were able to provide great recommendations, which made my dining experience even better. The bartenders were skilled and made excellent drinks that were both delicious and beautifully presented. They were also very accommodating, and made sure to make any adjustments to my order to my liking. Additionally, the staff were prompt in their service, ensuring that my food and drinks arrived at my table in a timely manner. Overall, the staff at Archie's Farm Restaurant & Bar were a true asset to the establishment, and I appreciated their excellent service throughout my visit.

Enjoyed a High Tea at the Hyatt at Caribbean Park today with friends. We all loved the decor, the generous table spacing and the ambiance of the restaurant and immediately noted the stylish cutlery and dinner ware. It felt good from the get-go! The food was delicious and there was plenty of it, too. We did our very best to devour everything, in amongst the chat and laughter. Every morsel was delicious and interesting, some might say fancy, and we loved the varied menu that was offered. The bottomless drinks were fantastic and we all enjoyed, coffees, teas and fruit juices. If you’re after alcohol however, that’s an extra cost, but none of us needed alcohol for this fun birthday celebration. Finally, the friendly service and care shown to us was exceptional! Nothing was a nuisance and our every request was dealt with immediately and with such grace by our gorgeous and warm server, Salony! Believe us, we’ve been to quite a few high teas hosted by the top Melbourne establishments and this level of service is certainly not always forthcoming. So bravo, Hyatt! Your food, atmosphere and the overall level of service, from the front desk person to each service person throughout the restaurant greeting and farewelling us all so amiably, and particularly by our Salony, it was exceptional! We highly recommend this venue for your next High Tea. Forget the chore of driving to Melbourne, the crazy parking fees- here at Hyatt Caribbean Park the parking is easy and free- and the hit and miss service. Come and enjoy the Hyatt High Tea; we will again, definitely! Thanks for helping to make this birthday celebration so memorable.

This is a nice gem. Really lovely breakfast. Very professional service from observant and helpful staff. Great parking and location, and a nice atmosphere. I had muesli which was delicious, layered with yoghurt. Huge serving, which was tricky to eat as it was in a bowl where it was full to the brim. With the layering, however, it was almost like a trifle, so it was good. It did only have 3 berries on it and I would have liked more. I drank tea. It is always a bit of a shame when a teapot with an internal strainer has a teabag instead of looseleaf tea. Especially when there are a multitude of good coffee choices. All in all, I will definitely be back.

I have been visiting Archie’s farm restaurant for the past few months. We have had dinners, lunches and even our church guest have lived there in the hotel and had a great experience with breakfast. We have taken our church staff for meals and we all have enjoyed the food the service and the beautiful ambience at the place. I recommend the restaurant to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax and have a lovely meal served by lovely people who make you feel welcome. Excellent quality food in modern surroundings.

Pros: restaurant has lovey Decor, muscles entree and 1/3 of the steaks were cooked really well. Desert was really good, especially the sticky date. Cons: sadly almost everything else. From the get go not sure if the hotel hired new staff, which I’m all ok for. Even though the staff members were maybe new, I rarely comment about the waitstaff as it always could be an off night, but our food would have been taken away if we didn’t say anything, even though we had close to half the plate left on multiple dishes. If its a busy night fair enough, but there were maybe 14 people at the most at a place that could sit maybe 40-45. Simple etiquette as well as we had one request to see if we could change one of the fries to just standard roast potatoes, letting her know if we couldn’t thats fine just let us know, instead of coming back to us to let us know they couldn’t, no one let us know and dishes were served without even acknowledging after we reminded the waiter, just a simple, “Oh, must have missed it” then she walked off. Waiter who helped us was wearing a Jurassic Park tee and ripped jeans? While another who served us drinks had a marvel hoodie? Again maybe the restaurant were using their casual staff, but this is a Friday night and very odd that they are wearing more casual garments even compared to the guests. From there the rest of the food apart from the 2 stated above was really below par. Salmon I’m pretty sure are just the store bought smoked salmon, no gin flavor, mushrooms were somehow hot yet cold, and had cheese on top that just fell off once we started cutting into them. Mains were subpar at best as well. Pork was dry and skin was plastic hard and inedible. 2/3 of the remaining steaks were over cooked. Fully brown even though we asked for 1 medium rare and the other medium. The lamb shoulder was two chunks of lamb? Almost done in a pulled pork type of way. One chunk was nice and moist but the other dry where i had to use the steak sauce to finish the other half. Would say I’d be back but theres either better atmosphere or better food elsewhere literally 5-10 minute drive away.

Order a chicken Parma, was raw. Not cooked. Returned to waiter. Was a one off, won’t be back. Manager was helpful though.

All over I really had an amazing experience at the place where I didn't expect a hotel. I came in to have lunch with a few of my workmates. The food was good, and the staff was really attentive and welcoming. Once entering the restaurant they addressed us to our reserved table which was well set. The attendant then explained us everything and assisted us through the menu even helped to pair our drinks with the food. The ambience was calming.

Really disappointed! Food and service was terrible No white , red or Sauv Blanc available they had run out? We had a gift card to use but the staff did not know how to activate it, so I ended up paying for our meal and now I have a gift card with $200 on it . I will Not be going back to this place

Nice place to visit

The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great but unfortunately the service was woeful, waited such a long time for our meals and longer for our coffee. They knew we we're a large group but still couldn't handle the task.The whole facility needs to pick up its act, l was involved with 2 recent Weddings staying and eating here and the service for the price was terrible.

This is a wonderful restaurant, with a beautiful setting & a very professional waiter. However my lamb cutlets were far too chewy & quite raw & inedible along the bone, especially one cutlet. The cutlets were simply not a choice cut, so the meat was not tender and then not cooked sufficiently. The pavlova was poor value for both my friends. It was just a small serve of soft white froth with no inviting crunchy crust. Our other group members enjoyed their main courses & our luncheon together was very enjoyable.

Had a family members birthday party afternoon tea here. Food was lovely. Had their after tea package for 60 people. Places is very new, clean and beautiful. Have this amazing park outside. Many free parking. Very convenient location, next to m3, perfect location for people who lives in eastern suburbs. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Wow, upon arrival was amazed by the restaurant decor. Staff seemed very professional from the get go. Our waiter Ruwan, my goodness, very much exceeded all expectations. His attentiveness was impeccable, and his manners and charm to die for. I was in great shock, as were my dinner acquaintances, when it appeared that he was not in charge of the establishment. Nevertheless, we ordered our food, which was not cheap nor extensively pricey and after a one a half hours of waiting were presented it be lovely Ruwan. The servings were mediocre at best, although the quality itself was satisfying. Overall a decent dining experience, which was enhanced by the presence of Ruwan.

Archies farm is the restaurant inside the Hyatt Place hotel and it has a stunning fitout that is very suave. The ambience is relaxed luxury with plenty of space for dining and not noisy. Food options are great from smaller nibbles to large mains, healthy salads and good sides. The kids menu is perfect for your younger dinners. Food quality is decent, flavours well balanced and a good bang for your buck. Nice wine list and cocktail options too. Staff are really friendly and attentive without being in your face. Great place for a nice meal out with or without kids

Great tasting food, good service beautiful location

Came here for brunch with friends and we all had a great time. The service by our waiter Jeffrey was fantastic, the portions were generous and everyone loved their food. A lovely quiet atmosphere and touch of elegance in the heart of scoresby. Would definitely recommend

Came here for lunch with their $20 discount introductory offer. Had their Angus Burger off their express lunch menu. The Shiraz was exquisite. The burger was perfectly done. Definitely a recommend.

We went out to celebrate our 30 th wedding anniversary. We were seated next to a group of people, who were a little loud. Since there was only 2 of us, thought we could of been seated elsewhere. We waited for a while before our drinks arrived, ( wasn’t very busy night). The menu didn’t have much to choose from, as only we thought they would have more. Our meals took time to be delivered. The meals we had were very nice, along with the desserts. Very nice place, needs to improve their menu, along with the waiting times to attend their customers.

5 stars for great ambiance, and the best fluffy buttermilk pancakes in town!

Disappointing! The standard of the evening meal was not of hotel quality. The Salmon starter was good but my main course - the Spanner crab gnocchi was a disappointment, drowned in sauce and no crab evident. My wife ordered the baked Ricotta with a salad which had already been seasoned with pepper.You don't really expect a salad to pre seasoned. My wife had the Egglant parma which was a slab of eggplant not cooked all the way through covered in breadcrumbs. The deserts, thankfully were passable. The poor Manager (Suranga) was rushed off his feet with two staff down, had kitchen staff on the floor assisting with service. It was a $132 meal and was sadly lacking. We won't return in a hurry!

My husband took me to Archie's Farm Restaurant at the Hyatt Place Hotel for a surprise breakfast this morning. The restaurant was lovely! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious, as well as being reasonably priced. We will return.
