Smaller than other suburbs however still plenty to buy.

Not the best Bunnings, parking underneath, can be awkward yo get in to, and not easy fir parking nearby for plants ….. a smaller Bunnings so often no stock- but staff generally really helpful…

The staff making you feel stupid by asking for assistance.

Just drove into underground carpark and height sign hit the roof of my car. Have used this underground car park for the last few years and never touched. The sign was bent and twisted and I spoke to the manager who insisted the sign was the correct height. She wouldn’t measure it. I purchased a tape measure and measured it. It was lower than what it was stating as its height. They didn’t care. If my car is damaged, I will be taking it further.

Good service prices excellent quality

Bunnings bloke understood what I was asking for and knew exactly where it was. Impressive!

When to buy paint roller I'm used to going to Broadmeadows Bunnings where there is heaps of options this Bunnings is quite small and Limited

Easy access friendly staff. They had what I was looking for.

Bunnings eltham has turned to a customers worst nightmare. Used to go in and actually receive service from employees who are passionate and don’t bring a dead feel to work. Genuinely feel like I’ve wronged someone when I go and ask a question. Not to mention being on hold for more than 20 mins at 7:30 in the morning, on a Sunday, is a joke. Furthermore, my friend called more than 3 different Bunnings stores in the time I was on hold. Do better.

The local store at Eltham has a great selection of products and lots of helpful staff plus on weekends they have a great sausage sizzle to help community groups with their fundraising efforts

The store manager was very angry, and didn’t respect customers. Argued for something which is your right.

Stock control isn't good. I've had to return multiple damaged products on shelf in box including - used paint sprayer. Weed sprayer with parts missing. - purchased every single led fluoro tube on the shelf and still didn't have 12 as they were all smashed or what at first appeared ok was actually cracked. Very poor stock control.

Just a Bunnings.

This store doesn’t properly refill its stock of merbau decking and therefore have to drive around melbourne to find stock. Come on Monday, have one plank left, come 6 days later and still nothing left. The reply is ‘we get new wood in once the system orders it and stock is finished, in which case it is there in 1-2 days. Why is there never any stock for prolonged periods of time ? Seems that the system works very poorly… staff not interested either.

They should pay staff with experience and knowledge rather than opt for cheap per hour bots

Customer service is poor. I got handballed to 3 different staff then when someone came to assist they went to another customer. My time is valuable, especially on a Sunday. Do better.

The staff are great I like my coffee there but it's in a horrible area fridge making a noise and kids being g very loud in the playground..

Very congested

Not as stocked as other Bunnings, make sure to check the stock online prior. You also have to cross the traffic road to the other building for some items.

This review is mainly for the hire shop Eltham. The service both times have been fantastic!

Hard to find the entrance to the car park

Like all Bunnings outlets. Great. This one In particular. Great and friendly staff.

Good for a sausage, hardwood and a nail.

Apart from one or two, the staff here are incredible and really make the place. Best Bunnings in Aus. They are extremely helpful. They are so friendly and generous with my toddler

Not a large bunnings, plenty of items not stocked. Service pretty much Bob existent.

The staff at this Bunnings are cold and blunt. It feels like I did something wrong as soon as I stepped in the door. Asking them a question or help is like begging for mercy. Thank god this is not my local Bunnings.

It's a Bunnings. So I can say , with an extreme amount of delivery experience, it's not the place to take a semi or b double .

Great customer service

Worst Bunnings I’ve been too. No one is able to serve me and I have to spend 60 mins there for a special order. Every worker just handing me to each other and no one has any idea what’s going on

Parking is difficult with trade vans and most 4x4 very limited parking

I met Tony from the paint shop at Bunnings Eltham and he was a total legend! He took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me find the right products. He's so friendly and down-to-earth, it feels like you're chatting with a family member ! I'd totally recommend him for any paint-related stuff - he's the go-to guy!

Was most impressed with the customer service provided by Tony" at the Eltham store on Sun 28th April. We had purchased sheets of colorbond and he approached and assisted us to roll the sheets for easier and safer transport. Generally I would have to say that I have not been that impressed with Bunnings but this was a positive experience"

Good bunnings, for all the hardware you need

This is a great store, with underground parking. Very clean and well maintained store. Staff are very friendly, so helpful too.

Love Bunnings. Easy parking too. The underground is off the side street.

Frustrating that the stock is split across two sites, and the store map pretends that it is all in one. Had to cross the road several times to find everything I needed

My local bunnings. Has most things, but slightly smaller than the full size stores. Very friendly staff.

Staff would rather chat with each other than customers, normally walk away when see me, could be my skin colour.

Under cover parking is convenient. But lines are long with little assistance like all Bunnings stores.

Worst Bunnings I’ve ever been to. A huge tree branch fell on my one week old ute, dented it and ruined the paint. This car park is beyond embarrassing. Some serious up keep and thinking from Bunnings needs to be made. I normally go to other Bunnings for the exact nightmares I had becoming a reality. I will talking to head office about the issue I’ve had. HEAD OFFICE, DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR HOPELESS CAR PARK & GET AN ARBORIST COMPANY IN TO CUT THE DEAD TREES & BRANCHES! If the huge tree branch which fell on my car had landed on myself or someone else, it’d turn into a huge media issue for Bunnings. Management, I hope you read this and take sensible proactive OH&S measures with this!!!

Poor selection, go to Thomastown or Epping

Good store, odd layout and the worst carpark around!

Hired the tile cutter from Eltham Bunnings. The rental went very smoothly and I returned the item ahead of time and placed it on the shelf to help out. I was given a verbal ok that the item was returned and nothing else to be done. However, I was kept on receiving messages on my phone that the item is overdue. Obviously, the person who gave the verbal ok, could not bother to process the paper work. It was only after two phone calls that I received the confirmation of the receipt of the item. Extremely stressful. I will never hire from Eltham branch as I have hired from Thomastown without any issues. Get your act together. This is not the way to treat Power pass holders or in general any customer.

Totally disappointed in the Gerni 3300. Kept blowing out the hose fitting from behind the plastic green casing. The Manager tried flogging it off to ,too much water pressure. Twang, she hasn't got a clue. It was still leaking when the pressure was at a dribble. Obviously a part fault with the machine because it happened to two separate machines of the same model.

The service we received from Gennaro was exceptional! When I walked up to the Collection Counter he was doing some Testing and Tagging, and when I asked him if this is the line to Collect the Mimosa Daybed he said unfortunately not but said he was able to help me anyway. Whilst in the midst of his own work, he was able to look up my order and then help me as soon as he finished up. He mentioned that the box was large and required two people to help. Without any hesitation we began to work together to get this box into my car as safely as possible for both of us. He brought me a trolley and helped me load it onto it, we then worked our way back to my car and we were able to get it in. Notably, another staff member noticed us trying to get the box into our car and also came to support. Honestly a huge shout out to Gennaro's and his kindness, professionalism and initiative with this request.
