Not the biggest around but the staff are helpful 👍

No one to assist on the floor. Finally manage to speak to someone after waiting for 15 mins and the response was “didn’t know where things were in this store” and he didn’t even offer to find the stock, and you worked there. What a joke. Another staff mentioned they couldn’t afford more staff to assist.

After crushing my antenna cable on my caravan, l held little hope of finding another, but a visit to my local Bunnings put my fears to rest, they had the perfect cable and in the perfect length, and it works perfectly in my caravan

The woman i spoke to to get directions was delightful,but for the life of me,i could not find it.after searching around and around,i gave up and drove home.i could not see any signs whatsoever.totally hidden.very tiring and frustrating.there needs to be a BIG sign as to where you are.😡

Showed up to bunnings to try and find some materials for a job and was a bit lost but this kind worker georgia came and helped me find what i needed and was very nice about it all great experience will be back!

It's the worst bunnings there is.

Horrendous service, tried to call around 6pm this evening and on both occasions my call was hung up on me after being on hold for some time... This kind of customer service is pathetic - shame on you folks.

Pete in the timber area was so helpful today. Knowledgeable and kind he helped us stack our car after helping work out what was the best timber to do the job. He is an asset to the business and I look forward to any more jobs I can do to get his assistance in.

Best customer service I’ve seen in a while. Shoutout to Mark and Kai for being absolute legends in the tools section. Helped fix an old camera grip. Made my day

Probably the worst bunnings in Melbourne. Very bad layout, small carpark and timber on a different level.

Always stocked and is conveniently located, isn't as busy as some stores and it makes it easier to shop sometimes.

5 start to excellent customer service from Jordan, while we returning a hired carpet cleaner.

I needed some small tubes and tent pegs type things. Mark was more than helpful as he took me too the places where they were. He didn't miss the mark

Good little bunnings may not be as big as some of the other stores around, but they still ma age to stock almost everything you need.

The staff smiled at each other (maybe funny) after my husband changed his mind about returning an item at the cashier, even though he lifted the heavy items back to the shelves by himself. We will not come back here again.

Very small store, moderate selection but convenient location

Never been to a bunnings laid out like this before. The timber and trade is all downstairs,which is accessed via a staircase that feels like you are going to the back or a carpark or something. Also when you enter at the front, there is no logical entry point so you have to push past people checking out. It is very well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. Heaps of parking. There are a bunch of steps or a long ramp up to the front door, so if you need lots of stuff I'd probably go elsewhere or you'll get mighty sick of navigating a trolley down the 20m ramp.

Appalling service

I’ve always had great experiences at Bunnings, but Mark really went above and beyond. He took the time to walk all over the store to ensure I got the right tools and offered incredibly helpful suggestions when he noticed I was a bit out of my depth. His assistance made all the difference!

Always has what you need in stock.

Staff are constantly nice and helpful gotten a lot of nice items from bunnings and if not items then great advice.

Amazing range of items. I love the plant section. Helpful staff. Couldn't get a type of light fitting I was after, I wanted a light not motion sensor.

I met Ed, Julia and Bill, in the tool shop. I was having trouble finding an obscure item – they were absolutely ace- incredibly friendly and helpful, and tracked it down. Many thanks to them all ! Dave L

For a small Bunnings the staff are great and 90% chance of having what you want. Best to check stock online before going though. Nice and close to Coles too.

A shout out for Bunnings Ringwood. I visited the store yesterday and apart from an inconsiderate tradie from a building company nearly hitting my car to take the last disability parking spot I couldn’t speak highly enough of the beautiful young people who assisted me in store . Especially the timber section and the kitchen sink area . They went above and beyond to help me . Min helped me load the purchases in to my car even my walker. Definitely my store of choice compared to Bayswater where I rarely if not never get assistance . Only go there if Ringwood doesn’t have what I need and it does have a better nursery and outdoor area , having more space ofcourse. Well done Ringwood employees and management in choosing such respectful young adults . Tradies I hope no-one treats your Mum or Grandma so disrespectfully when you use the much needed disability parking spots

Greeted by a very cheerful and helpful Elise while cutting keys, she is very informative and excellent in customer service! Prompt me to write this review as really hard to find such wonderful service elsewhere. Been to this store few times, it is small but most of the time found what I need. Some staff are really helpful. Was a bit disappointed with the kids workshop on the weekend as compared to other stores, time is very limited and also not running on Sunday.

It's Bunnings while they don't have the added bonus of my daughter working with them here the staff are friendly and knowledgeable as you would expect. The parking sucks for utes.

Really hate how the assistant stands right next to and stares at you while you are at the self service checkout. Really off putting. They might as well scan it for me. Why am I struggling doing their job, while they stand right next me, staring at me. Like what the heck. This is weird. Not coming back.

Small Bunnings store in comparison to Clyde or other Bunnings stores. There is still a lot of products available but not the full range or stock quantities. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. No customer toilets in store available. Off street free car parking.

This is a great Bunnings store. Pete here was so lovely. Jumped at the chance to helped everyone that walked past him, whether it was finding the right product, or loading their car, or looking after their trolley while they got their car to pick stuff up. My only complaint is parking - on the weekends, parking here is pretty difficult, and can get a bit risky as the path from front door to your car is not very pedestrian friendly, with a black spot corner.

Received the best shopping experience here in recent years! Lisa at the nursery was super patient and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. The store front girl was proactive and cheerful. Yes, you guys started with low price, and ended it with 100% satisfaction! Can’t be happier!

Did click and collect no one at the desk order was sent as ready but wasn’t took over 30 minutes to collect pool salt!

Shout out to Rohan being super helpful today with absolutely superb service. I was looking over my phone for a good 10 minutes trying to figure out where to find sphagnum Mose and coated mesh. Rohan was able to help me to not only locate them but give me advices with selecting the right one! I would give him 10 stars if Google lets me! Thanks Rohan!

Friendly staff....but PLEASE build a real Bunnings in Ringwood!!! The others are too far and this semi-Bunnings just results in me ending up driving to Nunawading to finish my shopping almost every time!

Never coming back here … had a problem with my car and one of the staff ( not gonna disclose her name in respect to her privacy ) instead of offering help only made fun of me and took pictures of me and my car which is completely rude , unprofessional and unethical since Bunnings have one of the best camera system with fácil recognition… felt creeped and violated not coming back to this store ever again
