Great little Bunnings. Not quite the selection of some of the larger ones, but most of what you need is there!

This is the best Bunnings by far. Very friendly and willing to help. Nice atmosphere.

Generally, we can't get everything we came for. Even after looking at stock availability online, it's just not accurate. So we find ourselves going to Croydon or bayswater afterwards.

Ordered some items from the Special Orders Desk and picked it up today. Very helpful staff members. All good.

Tiny stock nothing!

Omgoodness just had the most amazing service from Thomas at lilydale, I was struggling with getting 5 sugar cane mulch onto trolley, and this helpful young man was on hand to help me and also loaded my car for me. It has made my day and such a delightful person to have on your staff at lilydale. Well done Thomas I'm so grateful for your help today 🙏

Stock can be limited, but that’s somewhat expected for a smaller store. Check online before you go. A lovely man named Colin helped me put a bunch of yellowtongue on my truck in the pouring rain today. That was a nice treat. Friendly lad, even if the same energy isn’t always shared by his coworkers.

Such a small bunnings that they didn't have the 2 items I wanted, a solar security light and the larger ozito grinder, picked up some other stuff and upon going to pay I was told the 6 staff members standing around couldn't take the payment cause I needed to go to the other end of the store and pay at the other exit, why have two doors and two different check out areas if your staff ain't willing to work them, put the items back and left, ill just buy what I need at miter 10 or online from Amazon.

I so enjoy my shopping experience at Bunnings Lilydale. Yesterday there was a lovely man that served me called Jason. He helped me with my racking for the garage .he made light conversation and appeared so much to enjoy his job. My grandchildren call Bunnings “Nannas toy store “ always have a laugh, with wonderful service

Small but got everything

Great Team who always go the extra mile to assist customers. Most of the time they won't just tell you where the item is, they'll take the time to show you.

Standard Bunnings. I will call it medium size. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always go there early as then you have access to more staff to help you.

Two amazing female staff today showed so much care and empathy towards the person I was with. One was named Jo and the other was a younger lady who went and got a trade shirt from the back to give to my companion. She then told him that he was always welcome and safe in the store. This act of kindness left me so touched because these ladies understood his struggles and showed so much support. Please if you can find out who the second staff member was who got the shirt for him- the ladies deserve a pay rise and employees of the year. You made a huge difference to someone’s day and we will not forget your kindness. Amazing staff at this Bunnings!

My boxing day could not have been made better than my experience at the lilydale store. Welcomed with a big smile as soon as I walked in. Then had the fortune of meeting Brooke who assisted me find what I was after, she called for assistance from another amazing workmate (name escapes me, but she had cool tattoos ) who between the two of them had me laughing with their witty responses ( I think there’s a career in comedy if amazing customer service doesn’t work out for them hahahaha) helping me find what I needed, cheerfully went to get the big clunky picking ladder to reach the lid for the tub I was buying. Brooke and teammate were so engaging and made me feel I was the only customer in the shop. It’s so rare to have this level of genuine conversation and engagement. They are the text book definition of brand ambassadors. I hope management recognise them for their excellence. It didn’t end there, the lovely lady at the check out was the icing on the cake. Just want to thank the entire team for being so amazing. We all need to remember that being able to go to Bunnings on Boxing Day is a first world problem, and the reflect on the fact that these hard working people would love to be at home relaxing after a hectic Christmas Day.

Bunnings is a place we love to visit. While my husband spends time getting supplies to use in our garden and home, I love browsing in the garden section. They have a wonderful supply an variety of plants.

The customer service is great and the team are always there to help.

Bunnings Lilydale is the closest to Bunnings from Healesville. It has most things but not as big as the one up the road at Chirnside Bunnings

We fundraise in front of the Bunnings for our women's group. The staff is so nice and serving and supportive. They are very professional too.

Mixed bag … sometimes u get a good bargain, awesome helpful staff …. Sometimes you can’t find the simplest thing they should have and the staff are rude and unhelpful
