Bought iphone for daughter's birthday. A week later price at jb hifi was $70 cheaper. Went in to get price match guarantee of 120% within 30days. Told had to have purchased gold service to receive it. Not worth over $100. Better to shop at Harvey Norman or JB hiFi, at least the will give you store credit if price drops without purchasing a so called gold service with every product you purchase at this Badguys store. Female Manager was zero stars 👎
Nothing extraordinary about it. Staff members are ok, not very knowledgeable, but then again, you should do your own research as well.
Appalling! Walked in this afternoon at 16:50pm to buy a TV, Soundbar, robovac and a couple of kitchen appliances for my new house, walked around for 45min, 3 other customers in store, sales people all standing together talking, asked for help and told they will get someone. They continued talking to each other and joking and laughing, again, asked is someone could help me, again told “we are busy, someone will be with me soon” sales guy turns his back and walks over to a lady who had just walked in and starts serving her. I waited again for approx 10 mins, and hole watch the sales guys doing f-all, except discussing their weekend plans. Walking towards the sales counter, 4 girls just standing there talking!! CLEARLY MY MONEY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU “GOOD GUYS BAYSWATER”, so I walked out and went to JB hifi, where they gave me a gift excellent deal. Good guys Bayswater, you should be ashamed of your level of customer Circus 🤡… I mean service. Your loss (a 7k+ deal) is JB hifi’s gain.. Pathetic!

Was all set ready to go with 2 laptops and bags, staff were helpful arranging and confirming stock at another store. Checked receipt and laptop bags were 5 times the price on the ticket. Queried this and they said price was correct. Staff member informed me stock was placed in incorrect location. Not their problem. (Even though there were 5 bags on the hanger). Said I wanted the 12dollar bag, after some waiting, I was informed there were none. Was made to feel like I was at fault for not maintaining their showroom. Loss of sale to JB. P hoto shows remaining bags.
Dreadful customer service. Some social awareness wouldn’t go astray. Won’t be back.
Good store, I've got nearly all my electronics and devices from here and can't complain, staff are always good and willing to help to.
I want to share my experience today. I called to purchase a dishwasher and I never had such a wonderful and fantastic experience. Tushar was so helpful and offered an outstanding and excellent service and go beyond what I was expecting. He is so knowledgeable and explained so well. Well done, Tushar! Keep up the good work.
The worst customer service ever. It took weeks to have a coffee machine repaired. It was made worse by the 'Good Guys' losing parts of the machine and despite repeated requests and visits to the store their failing to obtain replacements. They then had the nerve to blame their supplier (who wasn't to blame). When the replacement 'lost' parts were finally ready to be collected, there was still one part missing. Another visit to the store to collect the final missing part didn't disappoint. The staff are incapable of listening. ACCC arent too keen on the 'Good Guys' either
Customer service was excellent.
Wait for 15 minutes to get a customer support to help me with a purchase even the counter staff couldn’t get anyone. They don’t want to attend.
Really hopeless. Recently saw an mobile plan deal from the shop, I walked in at normal working hour and was told the staff just left and no one can help. I called the shop next day and was told we must be in the shop in person. Walked in during the following weekend, was told the offer was expired. Basically the sale didnot want to talk to you to give you any helps. Not sure how long the business can last.

Go to Harvey Norman instead! I waited around for half an hour without anyone approaching me to help. I even asked at the front if someone could help me but no one came. In the end I simply did my own research on the product then went to the front to purchase a dishwasher which they said I can’t purchase without it going through a sales representative!! They still could not seem to get a single person to take my money so I told them I’d just go elsewhere and they said ‘are you sure? Ok then’. Unbelievable!! This is why people don’t shop in stores these days!! Waste of time!! When I went to Harvey a Norman and told them my experience they said they hear it several times a week about the good guys stores.

Anyone that sells LG products is a cheat and a liar. LG will not support you or honour their own warranty. Anyone selling their brand is part of LG ignoring Australian consumer Law.

I had a very bad experience with a middle aged Indian man with a moustache (about 60 years old), his behaviour was extremely disrespectful, and i decided to spend my money somewhere they deserve , not in this place ( just easy like that )

Shopped at the good guys on Monday 16th as I had an issue with my coffee machine. Really happy with the service I received from Mellissa who solved my issue, replaced the faulty machine and made me leave a happy customer .. Will be back..
Bought a washing machine off David who helped out very well. 10 out of 10 customer service. not pushy for a sale and very knowledgeable about the products Lovely gentleman differently recommended him if your looking for a washer or dryer 👍👍👍
Absolute bunch of crooks Sold me a robot vacuum cleaner off. A clearance table tried to change quoted price and got caught out. Then got home to find it missing a major component which is discontinued…. Very underhanded not ethical, female manager very sneaky …

Absolute incompetence. The staff that work there either don’t like their jobs or they just couldn’t care less. Don’t shop here it’s not worth the aggravation
I would like to comment on your service but you don’t have any. Your staff simply stared at me and walked past. I asked somebody for help and they paged somebody else, nobody showed up. All I needed to do was get someone to get an item for me and I’d buy it. 2nd time trying to buy this item from you guys. 1st online which saw me sit around all day waiting for your same day delivery and now this time in store. Your company is a joke. I’ve NEVER had a good experience with you and will never again try. I purchase appliances for commercial purposes weekly elsewhere for this reason.
Was served by Tushar on what must have been a busy Saturday for dishwashers. We had done some research prior on what we wanted in our new dishwasher and what our non-negotiable features were - we honestly thought we went in knowing exactly what model to buy in hopes they would price match, but kindly accepted Tushar’s offer for advice on better make ones. He was very knowledgeable and knew his products well to show us a nice range at varying price points with the exact features we wanted. When I saw the one I thought we were going to buy, it was relatively flimsy and probably not worth the $600 we were going to spend. We ended up deciding on a dishwasher that would have been $300 more expensive but was of a better build. If it wasn’t for Tushar’s knowledge I don’t think we would have walked out with a dishwasher that day. He was polite enough to bring the price down a bit so that it was closer to the budget we had in mind. I could have installed it myself as we’ve had to do it before, but as I’m pregnant and Tushar was so helpful, we took up his offer of install too despite being able to do it myself. Thank you so much Tushar - you have been wonderfully helpful 🙏🏼

Worst customer service you can experience. The workers here have no idea how to treat a customer. If you think you will get after sales service, think again. We purchased extended insurance which they sold by saying the item will be swapped by a new one instead they sent it to China which took 1 month. We had to go back to the warehouse to collect it 3 times because they forgot to hand over some parts. The worst thing is that it still has the same issues as before and when we called to explain, the manager on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give her name. This warehouse is Bad Guys.

Do yourself a favour and don't shop here. Staff just sitting behind the counter and chatting away. Completely ignored customers looking for assistance and seemed almost annoyed to help you purchase one of their items. Go literally anywhere else. Harvey Norman, JB hi-fi, or even the Nudawading Good Guys. Just avoid this store like he plague
So dissapointing. Bought a washing machine that lasted 4 months and now is un usable. Have been trying for 7 weeks to get it fixed!! Bayswater good guys will not follow it up or call us back. Numerous in person visits with no results. Hisense also dropped the ball and have not been helpful whatsoever. 7 weeks of family washing at the laundromat has cost us and still costing us.
Service is great, prices are great, can deliver in a very timely manner too, I placed an order to receive stock the next day. Highly recommended

Very bad experience, the lady at the counter made an error in invoicing. We were denied our goods despite paying the full amt . It later got sorted because of another lady at the counter who was smart to pick up what happened.

Aboslutely disgusting service by floor staff however the manager had to be the least professional person ever. Ive brought lots of items over the years however after the nasty service I will never shop at this store again.
Wanting to buy a new front loader today in store.. No staff, no service. After twenty minutes went elsewhere. Disappointing as we’ve made numerous purchases ant this store over the years, but not today.
Wow what incredible service from Ekie (I am sorry if I missed spelled that ). He was so lovely and so super helpful with getting my list ticked off ! I hope he is appreciated because he is definitely someone that is worth having in any business but particularly in customer service ! Thank you for being so efficient and helpful !

I returned an unwanted Christmas gift soda stream (not taken out of its box) 4 months after purchase (I know, their policy says 30 days but just could not get there beforehand), so in exactly the same brand new condition that I bought it in. You'd think that they'd waive the written conditions for the sake of good customer service/relations. These employees do not care a fig (one even told me as much), are probably underpaid and bullied by self-important managers, but just try a bit harder, will you! Never setting foot in that store again, unfriendly and cold.
3 days no 1 bothers to click and collect. No. 1 to pick up phone calls and they hang up on you too or email Can't get a refund either. Never do click collect with good guys again

Fantastic service and great advice
Bought a Beville AquaStation this morning, only to find out the water filter that supposed to come with the package wasn't even included, had to spend another hour driving back just to fix up issues. An otherwise comfortable weekend ruined because of incompetent staff, very un-Australian customer service, will think twice about even buying anything from The Good Guys as a whole in the future.
Alan was an amazing help for my friends and i in purchasing an xbox. he was so nice, accommodating and had a great vibe! 10/10 service from this awesome bloke!!!!

We usually shop at this store but stopped by today and the lady there was incredibly rude. Another store said that the Good Guys Bayswater had stock of the item I was after so I went there and the lady in the kitchen items area flatly refused to check if the item was available saying that she didn’t care what the other store said. Will not go there again in a hurry. Not happy with their service- Good Guys Chirnside Park were so much more helpful.
Reschedule the delivery 3 times still haven't receive my dishwasher and dryer. The desk doesn't really want to help. Go to other store this store have low rating for reason.

Literally stood in store for 20 minutes by the air conditioning units. Asked two seperate people for assistance as we already new what model we wanted and had the money to pay for it however no one helped us. Ended up walking out not buying anything. Poor service

Purchased a Dyson stick vacuum here a couple months ago and received amazing and thorough service… so when the tv decided to die on me I went to Good Guys (Bayswater) to see if they could help out again. I want to give a massive thanks to Will and Eccy, you guys were an incredible help, and lovely to talk to. As someone who also works in retail, it’s so refreshing to receive such genuine, knowledgeable and helpful service, rather than being upsold on garbage I don’t want or need. Keep up the great work guys, we’ll 110% be back when the next appliance needs replacing!
I just wanted to share the wonderful customer service I received from John. On entering store John was there to meet and assist. He was most helpful and is the epitome of what good customer service is all about. He is a credit to your team.
Came here to pick up a purchase for click and collect. Staff at the front redirected me quickly to the back area/warehouse where click and collect items are stored for pick up. Transaction was quick as it was towards closing time. Happy with the service and my purchase.
Went to store twice, came home not happy. 1. In store, no one approach us, asked if anyone can help from counter told to wait, 30 mins still no one there to help. 2. Click collect order, can’t go to back warehouse for click and collect cause it was blocked by a trailer. Went to front counter, can’t help told to go to warehouse, no apologies or attempt to help just told us to wait for trailer to go. Waited for trailer to go, warehouse person also rude. Staff really don’t care about you, no empathy.
Ordered a fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and cooktop from them. After 7 weeks still waiting for my dryer and dishwasher. When i went in to ask and told the lady its not pleasant without the dryer her response is i haven’t had one in 20 years. What ridiculous customer service is that? So what if you never had it ? It gets better. I asked how long it would take she says cannot confirm a time. But we have stock in our massive warehouse in the middle of nowhere. “If you pay for the shipping u can have it as soon as tomorrow” If they have stock and have deliveries coming in every day then why can i have my item delivered to the store along with other deliveries instead of making me pay for shipping ? Such a ridiculous system to take more money. I had better expectations from good guys but so far its been really disappointing.

Went to the store to buy an oven, the salesman was not that helpful untill we were handing over our money. Unfortunately, after our Electrician had installed the oven on a Sunday for us, the oven was DOA, not the stores fault but after ringing the warranty line, we found out the repair option was going to be a long process and decided to have it uninstalled and take it back for replacement, no stock but was assured, by the same salesman, would take 2-3 days from their supplier, when I asked if we could confirm this, no, blah blah blah, we dont do this since covid.... Before leaving the parking lot I called the supplier and had recieved an answer before I got to the next set of lights, no stock for 2 months, thought maybe another store, contacted Bayswater with this info, yes there is 1 in Geelong, can you confirm when it will arrive, was assured they will call back, no call. I called Geelong, yes they received an email from Bayswater, have sent an email to their warehouse, in the same store mind you, to confirm its actually in stock, will call me back. By Thursday I'd had enough, called again, Bayswater said they would call back, in the meantime headed to Bayswater to pick it up or get a refund and received a call as I was driving into the parking lot, confirmed the stock, will take up to 2 weeks to transfer, seriously. Got my refund, went to Better Electrical, very happy
Went in today to purchase a TV + sound bar bundle - Alan was knowledgeable, kind, and upsold in a way that was neither pushy nor rude. We recommend him highly - he was amazing.
