Bunnings Fountain Gate

This is our favourite hardware store. A wide variety of items to purchase and lovely staff. One day when I visited the paint shop to get a custom colour for my wall and ceiling (i did not have a colour code only a small chip of paint) the guy at the counter assisted me and made both the paints for ceiling and wall with pin point accuracy. The colour detection did not work, and he did a manual colour match, which was 100% accurate.

hopeless customer support, placed the order with a 2 days delivery timeframe, needed it for a job on the weekend that's why i ordered it on tuesday morning, waited for 6 days still no items, going back and forth with customer support for 6 times, still no update. should have gone for a click and support in a first time, this is a complete waste of time

Lovely quiet Bunnings and easy to drive into the parking lot even in peak times. They also sometimes have Monstera Thai Constellations for those who are plant fanatics.

Huge thanks to Riley and the team - drove a fair distance for items that weren’t in stock locally. He and the team went above and beyond to help me locate stock and also assisted in tracking down other stores nearby. Haven’t had such fantastic customer service before and wanted to make sure management are aware of how lucky they are.

The truth is Bunnings has gone down hill of late, prices have skyrocketed, customer service is non existent, store is hard to walk around, just too much product in the isles and good products are being substituted by cheap low quality rubbish.

I was very impressed with the staff ( admin/office). They are very quick in answering to phone calls and they direct to the right team member. They don’t keep you waiting on the phone. Great job.

Good location with a wide range of products to choose from. The prices are good, and the staff are always helpful and friendly, offering advice and assistance when needed. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for.

It's Bunnings. What's not to like.?

I don't recommend their appliances. Terrible customers service and terrible installation team. Installation team is lack of skills cannot deal with all models. Besides they refuse to fix up their problem, and perfunctoryly to this case forever.

Jenny from the trade desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She remembered me by name through past times I have dealt with her. Tony at the timber yard is very accommodating and helped out with the tricky enquiry. Thank you Team Bunnings Fountain Gate!

Ah, my second home. Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly in the special orders area, Sharon & Sharyon extremely helpful.

As always plenty of parking & plenty of choices if your NOT looking for a simple CORD appliance as in power tools! With the amount of Battery powered tools available something as simple as a Cord drill somehow got lost in the mix. With the help of a staff member who was in this section help me out & finally found them. 3 to choose from only. But happy that I got something I wanted although limited choice. Hmm sign of the times I guess. Overall a good store in a good location.

I came yesterday in your store(29.10.24)(3:17:57pm…NURSERY HUT R17, I bought some of veggies to plant in my garden, I bought garden tool(rake) and two bags of potting mix. I paid my stuff. I was struggling, put my plants in the box and into the trolley. Your cashier just standing watching me. She didn’t even give me a hand and she has no costumer. Is this the way you treat your customers?

Since moving near here we have bought many things for here, and returned a few things we changed our minds about, no problems Staff very friendly and helpful

Went in with my partner on thursday evening, the guy at the only cashier open did not say one word to us, it’s such an uncomfortable and downright pathetic experience when the person serving you does not make eye contact with you let alone say one word, extremely rude. If you don’t want to train staff how to provide decent customer service please open self checkout because i would rather deal with nobody than somebody with 0 service and engagement.

Was served by Cayleb who was very helpful. He made suggestions without any prompting which made for a great experience.

Mostly helpful staff, best paint match she mixed it up and painted/dried it on a corner of my sample I brought it to show me the match and it was spot on I went to clyde bynnings for the same thing and I got a this was the best we could do and it was a complete fail. Fg has always been great and a local go to. Hire vans as well super easy process and we'll maintained

The original advantage of Bunnings was that the majority of people that worked there had trades experience. Now it's basically the same people that might work at Coles or Big W. What does a teenage girl know about masonary drill bits? It's not the workers' fault. It's cost cutting at the expense of the customer.

Had to return a product that I had purchased at the Warragul store that I didn’t end up using. Took it back to Bunnings FT Gate with my receipt no question’s asked & money was refunded back to me promptly. Great service.

Waited half an hour in paint department. As a tradie time is money. Not happy. Hire shop is a joke.

Was returning a couple of items that either weren't correct or did not work. Was actually buying more than I was getting refunded, and the stupid sark haired girl at the service desk was full of attitude and talking to me like I was a thief or something. Really poor performance.
