This is our new Chinese restaurant. Delicious!!

Had dinner here on Saturday night with friends. The food really lovely, the service was great, they were very busy probably due to Chinese New Year. We will certainly be going again. Thank You 😋✨

We have been coming here for a while now to dine in and never disappointed. Food is very consistent and always enjoyable. Friendly staff that are very attentive. Best Chinese food in the area!

I had the misfortune to eat at Jade Princess in Beaconsfield on Sunday December 15, 2024. This is one Chinese restaurant that I in all honesty couldn’t recommend. Food is pretty much shopping centre food court standard, just that shopping centre food court food is much better and half price…. Serves are very small and it is too expensive, service is almost nonexistent. On another occasion I ordered King prawns… prawns were not even cleaned, they still had their dirty intestine in tact… I am certainly not going there again.

We’ve been coning to Jade Princess for years! Over two decades. This time I was disappointed with their fried rice which was so white, it might as well be steamed! Then the personal presentation of one of the waiter whose top was stained and nails dirty. The lemon chicken wasn't as tender as it could have been. Please work on the fried rice and personal presentation. I hope you can improve. We will come back and hoping to see improvements.

We had an amazing experience here. The food was fantastic. Very tasty and plenty of it. The restaurant was popular which tells you that it was good. Prices were extremely reasonable and staff were attentive. We will be back.

We had heard alot about Jade Princess and we weren't disappointed. Everything was great from when we walked in to when we left. The young man who welcomed us was friendly and attentive. Very impressed with the service. Food was amazing too, everything was yummy. We will be back!

Prices are too high for dine in. Eg, fish with vegetables is $28 plus $4 rice for one person = $32. These prices are made even more outrageous with the small serve that they give you. Not worth the money. Have to go home and eat something else. Not worth it. They asked us how the meal was, and we advised that the serving was too small, and they said that they'll feed it back to the kitchen. Odd approach - they're happy to let the customer walk out without remedying the problem, in a way that helps the business, and disregards the customer's situation.

I recently visited Jade Princess in Officer, and it was an excellent dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing, with rich flavors and generous portions that left us fully satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed, which made it the perfect place to enjoy a casual yet delicious dinner. I highly recommend Jade Princess for anyone looking for great food and a laid-back dining experience!

Tasty food attentive staff

I visited to this restaurant a few days ago, and I thought it was a decent place. The food was awfully loaded with msg. As soon as I tasted the food I could tell that it was Mono Sodium Glutamate. And it was the taste of the msg flavour I could taste not the real food. I was very disappointed would never go back to this place! For the price it's not worth it.

Fast takeaway service. Our local go to for Chinese takeaway. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and never been disappointed.

I had takeaway, however the restaurant was full. So I took this as a good sign.

We love our honey chicken, but at the same time wondering why there is no breast meat inside the batter, as all I could feel was batter with a TINY piece of chicken, and that tiny piece was more fat than meat. Quality used to be alot higher growing up.

Tried Jade Princess takeaway for the first time tonight & were pleasantly surprised. High quality food. Tender, succulent meats and fresh selection of vegetables. Lovely favours in all dishes. Rice separated easily and was not clumpy like many other Chinese restaurants. This is going to be our regular go to place from now on! Update 10 months later: Sadly, the quality has begun to decline and the quality is now hit & miss so I've dropped a star off the review I initially gave. Spring rolls & prawn toast tend to be oily. Main meal meats are relatively bland because the sauces have not been absorbed by the meats. The meat is not as tender either so I suspect cheaper cuts are being used. Update 21 May 2024: Back to 5 stars! Meat is once again tender, full of flavour and servings are generous. Can highly recommend again! We have eaten here a few times in the past month.

Took way too long, we were a big table but we all ordered the same thing. Took over 2 hours from us ordering to us finishing

Regular customer who won’t be returning after last episode. Rang at 6:45 and, after ordering, advised “ready soon”. No time - just hung up the phone. Was in restaurant at 7 and advised “2-3 minutes”. Saw food in bags beside register and assumed I had arrived early. 20 minutes later and one bag still there. Went to counter and asked what was happening. Staff member saw the bag and actually read my name and said here it is. I said I wasn’t going to take something that had been sitting there for more than 20 minutes. She looked me in the eye and declared she had just bought it out! I didn’t recognise the staff and cannily assume it had been taken over. Pity. Used to be a good restaurant.

Great food and fast, courteous service.

Great traditional Chinese food served by friendly staff. Eat in, phone or in store orders...can be a 30+ minute wait in busy times to the point where overload is reached and phone is unanswered, perhaps indicating how popular this place is. Decor is a little dated, but go for the food. Visited many times - always reliable tasty food. Recommended.

Paid $8.00 for two tiny pieces of prawn toast. Very dissatisfied with this as a take away entree

Love the food and service here. Very quick take away, most orders in 10 to 15 mins. Prices seem a little higher, especially when dining in. Blinds at the front, were covered in dust and could do with a clean.

Since moving to my current location I have been to jade Princess in Beaconsfield a few times and every time the food has been very good as has the service, only on one occasion the restaurant was extremely busy and that was mother's day 2023 and still the food was great ,, they are reasonably priced and have never had an issue,, it's sometimes hard to find a good Chinese restaurant, for instance Pakenham has a number of Chinese restaurants but there is only one maybe two that my family actually liked , were as jade princess in Beaconsfield has been consistent every time ,, would definitely recommend jade princess on princess hwy Beaconsfield,, nice food , good service, reasonable prices

Crab claw was a piece of seafood stick wrapped in prawn meat. No sign of the claw and they still charged $10,40 for it. Not impressed.

Since when is a piece of crab stick wrapped in prawn meat a crab claw? Also Singapore noodles with no curry flavour and only 3 small prawns andminimalvegetables. . Gave them a second chance but they are gone for us.

Very disappointed, sweet and sour chicken had dried up batter with no chicken inside and the combination was flavourless like it had been rinsed in water.

No standed veg in sweet and sour sauce Mongolian dish had no flavour Same with Singapore noodles, Although the meat was cooked well for both dishes.

Had takeaway from here many times. Today I decided to dine in with my son and happened to ask for a small side of beensprouts (not on the menu)……. Little did I realise or expect that they would cost me $18!!!!!! WTH? Obviously I should have asked first but come on, a side of beansprouts $18!!!!! After questioning, price was dropped to $16, still ridiculous and on principle I wont be back again or ordering take away.

Service is prompt as this restaurant is always busy The food is always as we ordered and tasty We have dined in before and found it organised, but as it’s winter now take away is better Love the service thanks guys

Jade Princess was recommended to me by friends so i thought i would try takeaway and cannot fault it. Was ready for me when i arrived, was still lovely and hot when i arrived home 15 min later. I ordered entree satay chicken skewers...yummmooo!!!! and prawn and veg and fried rice...really fresh and tasty, not sure how many prawns i had but there were plenty...thoroughly enjoyed it so thought i would leave a review for anyone wanting to try it out

This is not the place for anyone looking for authentic Malaysian or Asian, I ordered mee goreng, a Malaysian noodles, and I got was a botched Shangai noodles. My 3 stars are for the staffs who received & served well.

Very disappointed with my take away meal last night I’m not sure what’s happened over there but the food lately hasn’t been very nice Honey chicken had not taste Singapore noodles had no vegetables or spice and were dry I ordered beef satay & veg and got beef skewers Meal was cold as well

Delicious as always. We get takeaway from here every Saturday night. Have been for years and will be for years to come. My favorites are chicken and sweet corn soup And curry beef . Highly recommended for delicious food and friendly staff 😉👍

To expensive not good

Food was great. Best chinese I've had in ages. My favourite was the mongolian beef.

Went here for dinner. Restaurant is good. Staff were really friendly. Price was ok for eating in. The entrees and main were tasty and yum. The only let down was for me was the special fried rice, it was bland and tasted like it just come out of the microwave. I'd probably give it a 3.5 star!!

We enjoyed a fabulous meal superbly cooked with fresh ingredients. The service from the 2 staff was welcoming and attentive. This is a definite place to visit without breaking the bank. C

Deplorable dealings with a mistaken order. $127 later and had to get more food. I live 25 minutes away and was told to bring the food back. And the food was bought for my sons birthday party. I called 4 times and they said the owner would call back. Never did. 9 year customer now gone. Time to share this with everyone in the local area.

I'm due to go again. Always friendly service. Great menu options for eat in or takeaway. I like the table service. Another great meal and friendly customer service. Service was prompt and food was excellently presented. Ample seating and various parking available front and also in the rear car parking areas.

My parents favourite restaurant the just loved their surprise dinner for their 47th anniversary with friends. They love the food the people and the atmosphere.

We have in the past used this restaurant for take away, (as we have found it to be the best in the area). This is our first time dining in. I must say, the service is great, staff are friendly & helpful. It was a delight to dine here & will be happy to recommend the Jade Princess to anyone in the area, (even outside this area!).
