Bunnings Scoresby

Seriously, what is wrong with Bunnings and self checkouts? They are never open when they need to be - think and plan a little please, make it convenient for shoppers not endless and totally unnecessary queues. Ridiculous

i always make an effort to come to the scoresby bunnings above other locations because the the extraordinary staff. i am always greeted with a smile and excellent service, for example, one of the workers, ‘hollie’ was very knowledgeable and assisted me with my shopping today, she was very welcoming and answered all my questions, and was very polite and seemed like a genuine kind girl and hard worker. definitely a positive experience because of her

Went to swap a broken Trojan shovel that that came with a lifetime warranty as advised by Trojan customer care. Lady at the bunnings return counter was ready to swap the item then some bloke walked in and tried to find the exact transaction in the system from 2 years ago and wasted so much of my time and at the end I gave up and went to Bunnings Bayswater and they sorted it in 30 seconds. It only takes one bad customer experience to lose a customer!!!

The Christmas songs over the PA were so loud and offensivly bad I had to leave the store.

Young lady at the trade desk is extremely rude, just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you should take it out on customers! Very miserable

Hi would just like to share my experience at your Scoresby store. Today asked for help re door locks 🔒, Nick came to help me. Wanted a door lock for old security door, Nick showed me numerous ones. None was in store and not available anymore. He had one of them(his own not using) and gave it to me. He went above and beyond to help an older lady who is so greatful as can now lock my security door to be safe. Nick deserves employee award and he it a credit to your store employees. Merry Christmas to all and thanks Nick once again 🎄🎅🔒🍻

I usually got to both scoresby bunnings and bayswater bunnings and i must say the team at scoresby is a lot nicer and friendly. Always willing to help as well. The ppl are the cut shop are a lot nicer and more willing to do cuts than at bayswater as well.

A great bunnings, had everything i needed. Wish tools area knew more about drill bits but at least admitted when they didnt know.

Of all the Bunnings stores I have visited, this one is up there with the best customer service. Now that the car park works have been completed, the store is a bit more accessible.

It was not easy to make payment.. Not enough staff … had to moved to different desks before i got served (and that too with some dramas).

Check out is a bit slow. No self check out and seems under staffed

Liam and Percy were super helpful when another store without stock sent us over to them just before close time on a Saturday night, and they helped us fit everything into the car!

Has what l require at a reasonable price. Most staff are knowledgable and all are very friendly.

Most friendly and helpful staff. Jess was so helpful and well informed. Had a great coffee and fresh delish sandwich on the way. It was a truly great experience and was amazed at their prices, compared I got a real bargain …..Scoresby rates 10 out of 10. Thank you guys for making my shopping experience such a pleasure.

Every time I come here I remember why I don't shop here. Always check stock online to avoid disappointment. Always find item online for location as there is seldom anyone who will assist.

A couple weeks ago I was served by a very nice young lady called Andy at the service desk, her service and knowledge was impeccable and made me feel very welcome at the Bunnings Scoresby store

Usually find this store ok. Today as I was walking down the front aisle I found a manager addressing his staff amongst all the customers in a loud manner blocking the aisle with pallet jacks, professionally this should have been done out of the public eye. Then with a large long trolley full of products trying to manouvre through the garden section was witnessed by several staff members who had blocked 2 aisles with flower trolleys leaving me with no option but to try and reverse my trolley to easily checkout and pay for my goods. Not only that, one staff member helping another customer actually dropped down her flower trolleys whilst looking at me blocking my way to attend to the other customer. Appalling customer service!

Smaller store not well stocked and hard to get assistance especially in timber area. No seperate cash register can be annoying makes very slow to pay.

Always have a great time at bunnings, always walk put with a full trolley! It's helping to make my garden beautiful

Don't always have what I need in stock and at the moment they are having the parking upgraded but have been helpful in the past.

I had a problem with a wheelbarrow, and Percy and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to fix it for me. I couldn't recommend this Bunnings more.

Just like another bunnings store, located on a main road. Serves a huge area, make sure the high selling items are in store before you rock on.

How is it when go to pay for an item and it's not the price that it was on the shelves be because it's all mixed up and then the lady at the tool counter says owell already paid and ckuckled. Ha what a joke you are I said to her about the shelves being messed up and we get the typical response go and complain at that department I'm only part time really. And them kept going on and was told not to keep going on about it as we walked away. I hope head office read these reviews This was at 10.15am 21/9.

Just another one of your local friendly Bunnings ( seems a suburb is not complete without Bunnings store nearby 😅) Service is good and stock level is ok I suppose. Ordered for delivery and custom ordered before without issue.

Update: staff have become extremely unfriendly and even rude. Highly recommend Bayswater branch. Update: over time this branch had fewer and fewer stock with less friendly staff. Recommend to go somewhere else. Slightly smaller branch but as good as any. Staff vary from super friendly to very unfriendly.

5 stars if they ever get the carpark finished

FIX YOUR CAR PARK. Over six months with very limited progress. Reduced parking spots as a consequence and now into winter the car park is so full of water due to its uneven nature and lack of drains. BUNNINGS your a monopoly with huge resources. Do better.

Found what I needed. Stock rearrangement was happening so a little untidy.
