Never enough staff to help

This morning I went to Carrum Downs Bunnings to pick a few things for a job (by far my favorite Bunnings), while walking back to my van I realized Bunnings was making egg & bacon rolls for the tradies (day just got better) When I ordered my bacon and egg roll I was asked would I like one with the lot I replied “yes please” (I’m not a idiot) While waiting for my roll a lovely lady gave me a free T shirt and sunscreen. (Day just keeps getting better) When I received my egg & bacon roll I proceeded back to my van where I took my first bite. Words cannot explain the taste explosion I received. There were flavors in there I had never experienced so I had to investigate . Upon opening I discovered not only did the roll contain traditional egg & bacon with sauce, this taste sensation also had a hash brown & a cut in half bar b qued dim sim!!!! Amazing

Arrogance and ignorance paired up to make the place absolutely horrible, faulty tool was made to feel like it was my fault for asking for an exchange for the same product, avoid the place like the plague

Terrible shop. Worst inventory system in Australia. Quite often wait up to 5 days for a click and collect order to be ready because items showing as in stock are not. Latest issue, bought a mop on a Saturday, finally ready for pick up Tues afternoon, but not surprisingly they had supplied the wrong mop! Absolutely hopeless!

Never enough staff at the checkouts, they close the self serve and garden too early. Very frustrating.

Oh wow, I love Bunnings no matter the state we are in. There is so much to explore & find. Being Christmas, there was stuff everywhere for those last-minute shoppers (clearing my throat) as we were one. Everyone working there was willing to help find your items and even joked along the way. Amazing shopping place & I am just in awe.

Definitely a man's shop galore, for myself too! Just not enough $$$ to buy everything...

Bunnings has been in the past a place that you'd get a very good customer service. I have lately noticed that even though they are open until late, there aren't enough staff on the floor to assist with questions and advice after 5pm. Disappointing!

Staff always helpful. That was my post 5yrs ago. Nothing has changed. Today had a list and every aisle looked after any questions I had. Today my thankful award goes to Francis and his knowledge of my whipper snipper purchase. No I am not his mother. May have even got the wrong name. Anyway Thanks.

Lovely and quiet during week but disappointed that there was no staff around to help get some solar lights down for me so asked a customer walking by to get them down for me

Great staff with good customer service skills. Unfortunately forklifts do not have right of way when pedestrians are in the loading areas.

Please don’t play heavy metal type music! Very distracting!

Access sucks a bit & also getting out is like a maze, it's not clearly marked so a lot of people drive around in circles, if you know the place it's fine but new visitors have issues getting out & as far as I know there are only two exits one is one way only...

love the store and range. however, there are never any registers open.always get set to the tool shop with a handful of goods. even if the self-serve registered was open would help.

I took 7 keys in to get 2 keys of each cut..2 keys worked, 12 didn't work & she also didn't return 1 of the 7 keys so now I can't open one of the doors.

Sunday 14/07/24 asked for help 2 staff members talking standing there and had to interrupt their conversation to ask for help. OMG it was like what you need help and you won’t use to do work. It’s like Bunnings employees can’t talk or know how to communicate with customers.

Lucky to be part of the refit of a newly built store as security at the entrance, building various furniture, display boards, flatpaks and kids trolleys . Great team 👏

Bunnings is convenient. But not cheap

This is a massive store similar to Dandenong and Cranbourne. We visited this store and was amazed by the size of the store and items on offer. Plenty of parking on site.
