Coles Eden Rise

Waste of money to by Coles milk every milk bottle cost me $4.50 and very bad quality of milk it smells bad thick, I don't have a time to bring back milk everything and show them, but I complaint every time when ever I shop, now I decided not to buy milk from the Coles.

Prices are absurd. Coles is now selling Californian dates for $100/5 kilos. 3 years ago price was $65, last year $85 and now $100. Coles is the biggest reason for rise in cost of living. Their CEO should be in jail. Staff at this place are lovely and great to see atleast one person at the checkout. Coles = profit before anything.

Terrible parking options. Difficult and stressful.

A lot larger than other Coles Stores and great produce.

This is my local Colesworths conglomerate outlet. I go here because I've got no other choice. I find their lack of Nestle Reduced Cream disturbing.

Closing time is 11 pm, but they were not allowing me at 10.55 . The staff was so rude .

Thanks to Ella who was most helpful in sourcing a product we needed for a special dish. She went above and beyond to help us find it. Her customer service skills are outstanding. She was so pleasant and accommodating. Thanks also to the other staff of Coles Eden Rise who always make our shopping experience so satisfying. Coles Eden Rise is always our go-to supermarket.

Easy to shop now that there are alot less online shoppers in the store

I am sick to death of being forced to self-checkout. 1 register with a human being on it, and nobody at the service centre. Apparently, Coles upper management can't seem to understand that self-service checkouts are failing in most countries around the world.

Had everything I needed and was quite quick to get out. Only annoyance is not having an manned express area.

I have never been racially profiled in all the years I’ve lived in Australia. But staff at Eden Rise Cole’s, always look at me funny/stare/watch me carefully - all because of those self service checkouts. Makes you feel horrible, like you are being treated like a thief! Today a lady actually followed me until she saw which checkout I was at, and then stood behind me. self checkouts and those security gates are probably causing more trouble than they are worth. Also there is a problem with the eggs - rotten and made my child unwell.

Grat deli, good bakery and the vegetables are very fresh. Good selection of lunch salads. They still have the butchers in there too.

I would thank one of the staff member his name is Vishal, He is very helpful and give great service.

Great selection of groceries, one of the largest Coles in the area.

Good Cole’s store to visit but when I tried to get some cash out, the women out the front was rude and refused to serve me and then ignored me, I had to go to Woolworths to get my money out my card, why work at a store if your gonna be rude to someone?

Just like any other Coles, nothing exceptional to say.

This is my local Coles and the closest. Some of the staff is excellent, have known them for years. They could add more staff in peak times for assisted checkout. I don't like self checkout with cameras pointed at me...that's degrading. And the new gates are horrible, gives me the feeling of shopping in a jail.

5 May 2024, Shervan in the deli is so helpful and nice to deal with over the phone, numerous times he has helped me out. Jan 2023 Aaron was lovely and went out of his way to help me when I lost my phone in the store.. have noticed him before being helpful with others.. an asset to your company! August 2023 Have been helped numerous times by a gentleman named Vishal who is always beaming every time I come into the store.. super helpful, friendly guy. Also a mention to Jake in the meat dept who happily helped me find what I was looking for yesterday. The whole vibe in this store is positive so management is doing something right.

chicken leg breast was spoiled the smell of it was discusting.This is the second time this has happened.

They open at 6am which is amazing. Big Coles and you can find almost anything

Feels like customs at the airport, have self service checkouts but most no cash option. 3 people working all problems, you are germs

Went for grocerys in a super market but idk what is so super when half there Shelf are just empty how embarrassing

Convenient, particularly as it's open until 11pm daily - which is later than most similar stores in the area. They stock a wide range of the typical supermarket produce you'd expect to find, and everything is usually in stock. I love that there's always plenty of REALLY good quality fresh fruit and veg available here! Also a fairly decent variety of in-store baked items in the bakery, and you can find some good bargains in their best buys section. Mostly, the staff are helpful, friendly and happy to assist. The self-check out registers accept both card and cash, and there's always at least few staff operated ones available, even later on in the evening. When using the click and collect service I always find there to be plenty of time slots available, and the staff promptly bring your shopping direct to boot upon notification of your arrival :)

Always have what I need. Never a problem parking. Just wish Coles would put on enough checkout staff. Forcing us into self serve and then claiming customers prefer it because most end up using it out of frustration is disingenuous.

Coles has changed a lot in a couple of years & not necessarily for the better!

Great supermarket with lots going on

Staff there are locals and they are very nice. Had staff members find something for me multiple times, and they all seem happy. Great management team must be. Please keep it up!

Easy parking, plenty of area to walk around and everything i need at coles

Would’ve given five stars, excellent store, unfortunately I witnessed a little girl stealing lollies at the scoop and way station putting them in her pockets. I went up to a Coles employee and notified them. As frustrated as the employee was, he said he can’t do anything and no one else will. I suppose if that employee was to go up and tell her off or notify the parents, they would kick up a fuss, then someone close by would probably grab their phone and it would go viral on Facebook, like seriously what is happening in our society these days!

Quite big than average coles. Huge variety and good extended time until 11pm.

Decent size of Coles with liquor land

Coles Supermarket Eden Rise is pretty cool place to shop, they have a large selection of products and groceries. The always have stock and restock products very fast. Large selection of lovely breads from the bakery. Staff are cool and pretty helpful when you need something. They have a Liquor Land right next door which makes shopping super convenient and easy. I highly recommend shopping here!
