Something I have gone to buy are out of stock or special order. I wanted a x spanner for sliding doors, they had nothing even close though they sell all the runner rollers.
Terrible customer service. Passive aggressive. Did not even let me explain my situation regarding the problems that occurred from previous key cut. 4th time getting it cut yet did not work. The staff, Lora was unhelpful. Obnoxious. Then had to audacity to throw out my house original house key, had to remind her to give it back. I was served with no smiles or greeting. Nothing but attitudes from her. Never coming to this location.
I just love this particular bunnings. The car park isn't sharing any other businesses which makes parking convenient. The warehouse feels more spaced out and just a good vibe. Also staff have been super polite, helpful & friendly. Not only for finding products but also when I visit with my very determined & defiant 2 year old 😆
Seem to be employing very young multicultural staff on a weekend? Not sure that's the best business model for a hardware store, where advice is generally required... Went in today to.ask if the stock and return soda stream bottles..I got passed on by the first 15 year old to the next one at the information desk, no one had any idea what u was talking about. Sure you don't sell them, but who doesn't know what a soda stream bottles is? I date not ask about what sort of nails I should buy.
Very very Disappointed, poor customer service at the Trade desk at clyde bunnings, no respect to customer. Trade staff need more training on how to treat and respect to customer.never,ever shop at clyde bunnings.
Very poor customer service , most of them have don't care attitude, not helpful at all and very poor product knowledge, can't assist customers due to lack of their product knowledge.Rude and racist Always recommend Cranbourne bunnings which has best customer service at all times .They are ever ready to help.

Extremely poor customer service, I visited Bunnings Clyde North twice, and both times the customer service was incredibly rude. Yesterday morning (7/01/2025) , I went to make a purchase, and an old lady named Lisa, who works in the garden section, she was so rude . I shop at Bunnings every day, but I have never experienced such poor behavior anywhere else in other Bunnings shops .I think Bunnings needs to train their staff on respect and professionalism,
Highly rate the Clyde North Store. The Bloke i spoke to on the phone tried to put me through to the right department, which he did, and the Woman who helped me complete my order 'twice' (two seperate calls), was so helpful and took the time to look for the items which were found and added to my delivery. Great bunch of really helpful people! Thankyou so much, really appreciated. 10 out of 10 stars 🌟
Great place, great service, n great team members, always so helpful
Went to get a light globe, unfortunately it got fused on the same day I bought it. Next day, i went to bunnings with a receipt to get a replacement, the staff at the return counter, looked weirdly at me and said rudely,”did you bought it yesterday, because it looks like it’s being used from a long while”. I asked him to check it in the system with the model number of the globe, or whatever information he has to confirm that it was really bought yesterday. Felt quite bad in front of other customers, as the words meant, as am lying just to get a new one. Hope there are zero or negative stars.
Had to delete my last review, I had formed an opinion in my mind that overall, all Bunnings stores are the same and it`s a waste of time visiting as the stock level is usually low, out of stock or on order, and the staff are not trained and therefore not helpful. I have two stores about 5klms away from me, Clyde North and Cranbourne, I needed some Ramset wall anchors so I went to the Cranbourne store and I managed to find what I wanted, they were in an open box on the shelf so I took ten and headed to the register, the sales lady said that as the anchors had no part numbers on them they can`t be purchased as a single unit and can only be purchased by the box. The box was for one hundred pieces, I told her I only wanted ten and I was pretty sure that they must sell them in a box with a smaller quantity as no handyman would want a 100 piece box, she then got angry and told me to either buy the box or put the ten back where I got them, I left them on the counter in front of her and walked out and headed down to Clyde. I went to the aisle where they have their Ramset fasteners and I could not find them, I was about to give up when a delightful young lady by the name of Catherine offered to help me, I told her what I was trying to buy and also that Cranbourne said I had to buy a box of one hundred, Initially I gave her the wrong measurement so we ended up in the wrong aisle looking at the wrong anchors, she almost immediately realised my mistake and we headed to another aisle where she patiently went through all the similar looking anchors until she came across a box of the ones I wanted, the big win for me as I am now 70 Yrs old, was Catherine`s willingness to treat me with respect and show all the patience required to get the desired result for me. And the bonus, it`s a box of TWENTY!!! Clyde is now my only Bunnings shop and I will always keep an eye out for Catherine if I need advice or assistance. I hope the Management keep an eye on their employees and have a Monthly reward scheme where they recognise performance and excellence and reward it accordingly.
The customer service lady was really rude and condescending on the return desk. It's like I have asked for her kidneys. Despite that my partner said thank you but she didn't even bother to answer. I think bunnings needs to train their staff on respect and professionalism, they are the very basics of customer service.
Male toilets need to be serviced, no soap in dispenser and toilet seat loose and broken! Looking forward to visiting here as the customer service is 💯 Great service today 👏 👌 👍 Awesome store. Ideal for home improvements. Ample parking and easy access from car. Friendly customer service and ample staff to assist with any enquiries. An ideal drive in and pick up area for tradies, builders and home do it yourself enthusiasts.

I visited the paint section today and Hannah did a great job explaining how to paint our new house! She was very detailed and made sure we understood everything. My kids absolutely loved her and her jokes, Very well spoken girl, keep up the good work Hannah

Bunnings staff have no idea on pricing, after a long time at register trying to locate a coach screw, I the customer had to go back to the aisle and take a photo so the staff could put in the code. I don't work at bunnings!! but it was the only way I could purchase the coach screws. Absolutely pathetic customer service at Clyde north store
Hubby went to pick up a pizza oven. Realised it wouldn’t fit in his Ute on arrival, staff told him to come back with a trailer. Following morning he returns with a trailer. He was asked does all 4 sides of the trailer fold down to which he said no. The staff then told him well we can’t forklift it into the trailer without all sides going down. So he said ok can you forklift it to the trailer and a couple of guys help me lift it in. Staff said we can’t do that it’s a safety violation but when hubby argued the point she said yeah ok we might be able to do that but it will take an HOUR to organise. In the end it was pallet jacked to the trailer where the staff left it and walked away. My hubby was left to lift it into the trailer without assistance, 170kg. Thanks Clyde North Bunnings - you’re absolutely useless.

To the Customer Service and return desk We totally understand you hate your job and WE ALL Do please do yourself a favour and find another job . I had the worst I mean the WORST it’s not that hard to talk to ppl like humans I mean just the basic customer service Never going there again👎👎👎
Compliments to Bunnings staff. In the past few months we have done click and pickup, and a couple of immediate special orders. We have been helped by the plumbing, timber and paint departments and each time they were very professional and helpful. The staff are excellent. The special order staff helped us about a week ago with our order and I have nothing but praise for their assistance. Very friendly and obliging. Thank you.
I have just been to this Bunnings I bought $500 worth of plants, however there was a plant at $21.00 and I asked for the price to be honoured as they were charging me $28.00 They called Charlie who said NO WE WONT HONOURE” because this is a different price and a different plant, however the day before today the price was honoured with no hesitation. This Charlie woman was rude even the cashier said sorry it is beyond my control! Sad to see that this woman was not able to have customer service, and a positive attitude towards me a customer who feels disappointed on the Bunnings management as I feel they don’t train their people effectively and efficiently to make a positive impact to the community!!

WOW... just WOW, I came in confused and feeling like a deer in headlightsssss and lucky I had Hannah there who graciously dedicated her time and energy into helping me find the perfect paint tint for my new purple bedroom (her hair was the inspo)
I had my hands full, my baby bag on my back and my baby (1year old) in my arms walking out to the car. Didn’t find what we were looking for unfortunately so made no purchase. On my way out I was stopped and they asked to see inside my baby bag. I said they could open it and check if they wanted. I was told I have to do it myself. I had to put my son on the ground to take off this baby bag and open it for them to see I had taken nothing. I understand being allowed to check inside people’s bags. I get that stealing is a thing. Pick your people though. Don’t make someone put their baby on the ground just so you can check a bag. Do better. She apologised a lot afterwards. She knew it was wrong and yet still made me do it? Really disappointing.
Extreamly poor customer service on return's.I just went there guy name jess and tyson refuse to return the items said its not from bunnings i bought them from bunnings carrum downs.then its not on website .Firstly he said i have to go carrum downs bunnings to change or replace.i told him i will put my experience as a review the boy name tyson said he dont care even put 0 rating,ofcourse they dont its not their own business.customers came before me they exchange for them and he was talking to his co worker he replaced because he dont wanted to arguement with him.I dont know who is the general manager they should do something about these poor customer service providers .will go to other stores to buy.they need proper customer service training and how to help Customers.

Needed some assistance today with my shopping. Been going to this bunnings just recently, very opposite style to most bunnings. Went to look for paints for rooms today for my kids. A young lady named Hannah helped assist me, advising what is correct wall paint and explained about the different bases and colours. She was very nice and helpful. Very splendid on how nice and helpful attitude and I was surprised when she told me that she was new to the job. My kids loved Hannah. This bunnings contained the materials that were very much nessary for my project that I wanted to do and was reasonably priced. Though for anyone going to this bunnings the normal bunnings layout is VERY REVERSE in the Clyde location.
Good hardware shopping
We regularly go to bunnings clyde north and the last few times have needed assistance with paint. Hannah was so helpful each time, assisting us with the type of paint we'd need for which project. Her politeness, people skills and knowledge of products is admirable. Well done Hannah, keep up the great work

An absolute pleasure dealing with Jesse today who went above and beyond to help me and did it all with a smile during a busy time.. you're very lucky to have him, huge asset to Bunnings. Oct 2022. Nice dealing with Jackson today.. needed some help whilst tiling my bathroom.. he was more helpful than the three tiling companies I have spoken with today and that is why I am buying my tiles from Bunnings.

Went to Bunnings Clyde north on Friday evening and the lady Andrea was so helpful at the information desk. We wanted to buy a digital door lock which was out of stock and she went out of her way to call other stores and ask them to keep it aside for us to pick up. Well done really appreciate your help and support.

Extremely Poor service !!! Pratiksha in plumbing lacks knowledge and should learn how to help customers. Then waited for Ryan but he didn’t showed up to help so had to go to another Bunnings.
Stephen in plumbing was patient and helpful and with his advice i was able to stop all those leaky taps at home i been trying to fix for weeks. A big thanks for your help and being patient while i bombarded you with all those questions.
