Great experience! Got the part what I needed in minutes

On Saturday 22nd I received an email from what looked like from JBHIFI, saying as a valued customer had won a prize. It looked absolutely genuine, but as we all know, scammers are very clever. So on Sunday I went to Elizabeth, asked for the manager, a young woman, who while seemed concerned, took no proof, like a screenshot. She looked like she couldn't careless about my concern. Not impressed

I do believe some of the employees would be very knowledgable in the things they are employed to sell, but not my experience. Store was great in first handful of years opened. Cool employees then.

I purchased an iPad from JB HiFi and was convinced to sign up for an insurance product that promised a replacement with a refurbished unit for a small fee if any issues arose within two years. The staff member assured me that I could simply bring it back to JB HiFi for an exchange during the coverage period. However, after using the device for 18 months, I experienced an issue and visited the store where I made the purchase. To my disappointment, the service desk staff told me they don’t handle such matters and handed me a SquareTrade pamphlet, instructing me to file a claim online. I was extremely upset because I was never informed of this process when I signed up for the product. Had I known on the day of purchase, I wouldn’t have wasted my time making the trip in heavy rain. The bigger issue came after that. I filed a claim online, only to receive an email instructing me to call SquareTrade directly. When I called, the representative shocked me by saying that because it’s an Apple device, I had to contact Apple directly myself. Did JB HiFi sell this product without providing customers with any information about the procedure, or are the staff selling these products unaware of the process themselves? Either way, this is a serious problem. Please ensure your staff are properly trained before selling such products. I will never shop here again. SCAMMERS!

Absolutely disgraceful. I came to JB hi-fi to get the new FC game, FC 25. I paid for it, and I got the case with the disk inside. When I get home, I put the game in, and it says FC 24. I paid for fc 25 and got fc24. If I pay for a game, I should get THAT EXACT GAME, but no, they scammed me out of my money, do not buy a game here

Bought a USB video capture device

Served on the 26th by a guy who was absolutely lovely even under the pressure he was under to serve everyone. Made sure I had everything and that everything was all done properly and everything. Couldn't get better service.

Always get what I need

Tried to return a faulty product in store with receipt and the extended warranty purchased with the product. Told it was not covered because the product has physical damage. Well that’s what happens when the product is faulty and a bit falls off. Pretty sure if you were driving your new car and a door fell off you would be asking some questions. Poor form JB. Now I will have to spend my thousands of dollars every year at your opposition.

Hi to all, On Nov 28th I unfortunately had to return a Motorola phone I purchased only weeks ago due to a common filter accurance which knowbody was aware of. I returned the phone and again dealt with Georgia who was so apologetic and helped me out immensely, with assistance from Michelle I got a full refund and proceeded to purchase another brand of phone Big Thank you to both people and recommend speaking to them if you require assistance. Georgia and Michelle couldn't have done anymore and I'm grateful to say that their customer service was fantastic Thank you heaps

Waited for ages in the headphones section, had to walk to the front customer service and ask for assistance he was great said someone will be with me soon waited atleast another 10 mins noone came and there was noone anywhere to assist me .

Just popped in to see if I can spend my birthday voucher on cd. I have been disappointed with not being able to walk into a store to buy music cds, as I always notice that everything is online and I do Not shop online at all. So I was very pleased to find 2 cds (of the heavy metal jonure) today which I purchased 😀 That is the only reason for 4 stars, the staff and store is great, just not much music cd range these days.

I've been going to this store since I was young. They have always been nice. And the products always great with great prices. I only wish they were open longer into the day.

Kept an item that was ordered by gepps cross store for me until I could get there

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of service received on 19/09/2024. Waited over 30 mins, asked multiple staff members to assist but was told someone will be with me shortly, no one came, no one offered assistance. Ended up walking out of the shop and drove to MunnoPara JB HiFI where I received amazing service there and purchased over $500 of appliances there.

Awful experience!! Useless stuff absolute tools

JB Hi-Fi ABN 37 093 114 286 Unable to give electronic refund. Head Office not supporting store managers or workers to allow for good relationships with customers After being asked twice in store if it’s really possible to deliver to Port Augusta for $59 AUD. I was then called that week that they were unable to freight it and I needed to drive down to pickup from warehouse. I then requested a refund as the terms of the sale had been voided. When I asked for a refund I was told by a worker I would have to drive a 6 hour round trip to come down and get it put on my card or send my everyday expenses card down by post. (Not safe or reasonable) I then drove 7 hours to pick up the tv from warehouse costing over $150 in fuel, along with the loss of a day in time in which I had to have off work. I was then called the next day 22/9/24 as promised by the manager the other day when requesting for the refund. I was then told this was personal error by floor customer service provider. I then alerted her to the fact that I’m not in impressed by the workers lack of knowledge but the unreasonable policy set by head office for no in store online refunds to be made even if the goods have not been dispatched out of the warehouse. She said then Head Office could have completed an online transaction but it would take up to 2 weeks. I told her that this is a ridiculous process that makes it hard for staff in store to make reasonable quick refunds to improve customer satisfaction. Head office needs to get into the 21st century and allow for such refunds. As I’m sure $1200 isn’t going to hurt JB Hi-Fi PTY LTD. I was then only given back my delivery cost of $59 so I am still short $91 of fuel money along with 8 hours of work at $40 an hour. Head Office and HR are the problem here as they don’t give their store managers the trust that is needed to operate a business professionally. I won’t be shopping there again and I will give my voucher to a family member. I do not wish to support a company that does not support their workers to maintain positive relationships with their customers. They cannot expect to take money in a half of a second but take two weeks on refund.

This shop has the best quality items and is really sanitary, I love the products from this store!!

On father's day this year we were in search for a new TV. We were greeted by friendly and helpful gentleman call Andrew (Andy) at the Elizabeth Store. I was impressed by his knowledge and patience especially as we asked a number of questions. We went on to purchase a soundbar as well. From start to finish he was nothing but polite, helpful, knowledge a D just happy to help. There should be more staff like him. Dennis and Rhiannon
