Schnitz offers delicious, freshly made schnitzels with a great variety of toppings and sides. The food is consistently crispy and flavorful, and the menu caters to different tastes, including wraps, burgers, and salads. While prices are slightly high for fast food, the quality makes it worth it. A solid choice!

Ordered an Aussie wrap and it was unbelievably tiny, barely 13cm long. Total order for two meals being over $51, it is disappointing to see what we received.

Parma was tiny. Asked for sauce, no sauce and paid for it.

Ordered some takeaway wraps and chips, and honestly, the chips in particular were a complete letdown—stale, cold, and far from fresh. I couldn’t even bring myself to finish them; chucked the bulk of it. I was right there to pickup my order on completion, so I can’t understand what the kitchen thought they were getting away with here. This feels like a slap in the face to paying customers. Do better! P.s Do your phones ever work?

I organise catering for 25 people on a weekly basis for our staff and schnitz is always a favourite . The team at Chirnside Park are great to deal with and the food is amazing and always delicious and fresh!

This place is a joke! The couple times we've ordered from here the food has been terrible. The size of the schnitzels is embarrassing and they have all ways been cold along with the chips. Don't waste your money!

The floor is VERY slippery! A law suit waiting to happen. Need to redo the whole floor. It’s not very good material. And it’s really hot and muggy in the store too. Customer Service was a bit average, with the guy wiping his nose on his work shirt and he seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. I’ll let you know what I think of the cooking once I eat my food… but it was a LONG wait.

One of the best Schnitz’z I’ve been to! Service was exceptional and the manager had a smile that told you “hey, I value you”. He made us feel good. Probably the cleanest schnitzel-themed eatery we’ve experienced.

Two out of three schnitzels burned and hard. Ordered ahead so it would be ready when we arrived. Still had to wait on order and they weren’t busy at all. Never going back!

Food was amazing had a palma and chips and service from the young female who was very friendly and happy birthday to her in a couple of days

40 minute wait for one fine-in plate of food on a Friday night. Wouldn’t be so bad if they had let us know but they just take your money and avoid eye contact until your order is ready.

Really tasty and fast takeaway. You can call them and order direct, don't feed and app.

Cold inside and not willing to change temp for diners, floor slippery, hence my 1 star rating. However: staff friendly and food ok.

I went with my family one night for dinner and I was so pleased with the food and service. Everything was top tier and overall a wonderful experience. In particular I highly recommend the Parma and the ambiance was highly taken after. I definitely will be going again with friends and family.

Absolutely disgusted got uber eats delivery of pama the size of the pama was the size of a small child's hand we paid full price and it was the size of 2 children nuggets. Will never use snitz again. Don't waste your money!

The food is good and service. The only problem is the cleanliness of the restaurant that lets them down. The restaurant's tabels weren't clean at all, the floor was dirty, plates left on empty tables and napkins rebalancing tables. They can't say this is due to being busy when they only had a handful of people eating in and it was only 11:50am. It would help if the drinks were kept cold. I can't work out how to reply to the comment made by the owner. The table we were sitting on was 4 seater right next to the door. All tables were dirty, not just ours. Crumbs on the floor and on tables. We went on Friday 7th June.

First time coming here. Not bad food. Shame they informed us after we ordered and as we paid that they were only doing take away and we were forced to eat outside in the 11 degree cold without the heaters turned on. If you're not going to let people eat in your restaurant over an hour before closing time, you probably might want to mention it before people order. Very poor form. Doubt I'll be back.... Order was made at 7.50pm. Store close time on the door was 9.00pm. We specifically asked if we could eat at the tables inside and were told no but we could use the tables outside. It was nothing to do with closing time. The store was still open and serving when we finished eating and left feeling very cold at 8.25pm

I love schnitz, however just did an on line order. Was told it would be ready at 5pm. Was 5 mins early, food was ready. COLD. what a waste of $18.90 and disappointed. Time before,i a I asked to use.y schnitz dollars, cashier said yes and it wasn't used. Store needs to lift it's game.

Would give zero but can't do less than 1. Dreadful service, sloppy food handling, rude manager called Marli. Food cold and soggy, order partial, all food wraps loose and food hanging out. Pityful

Very dissatisfied. Some of the food came out cold and some meals arrived at least 10 mins appart. My partner got given spicy chicken in her loaded chips instead of normal chicken and couldnt eat it.. No cutlery No seasoning on the chips Drinks didnt arrive Dont bother eating here

Have been here a few times, staff are polite and friendly. It can be a little slow if it’s busy but it’s a brand new store and when it’s quiet it’s quick. I find them fairly generous with the chip servings when eating in. It’s got a really nice outdoor seating area on a nice night. I will continue to visit this store.

Management should be ashamed of themselves. Every time I come here there’s minimum staff on and the kids behind the register and in the kitchen are working like crazy trying to keep up with all the orders. This place has just opened you should expect there will be an influx of customers. Further, I would say it’s common knowledge that Fridays/ weekends and public holidays are always considerably busier so it’s common sense to put more staff on. Did not see a manager helping these kids. Who ever is in charge of this joint does not know how to run a business. More staff=quicker service = happier customers. Do better or just shut the place down and save these kids the harassment I’m sure they will endure from angry customers. Waited over an hour for my meal how ever my anger is directed at the adults running this place not the kids doing their best.

Massive shout out to the amazing Beth! I was almost crying when we received our Uber order missing my daughter's food and on her birthday too! Beth worked with us find a solution very quickly. Thank you so much for your absolutely above and beyond customer service Beth and Schnitz Chirnside. My daughter's birthday has ended on an absolute high note. We can't thank you enough. Oh, and the food is delicious too of course!

Do not go here. A couple months ago we dined in and waited an hour for our food for the waitress to put each meal down and say i dont know what this but i think its yours. Then today our order for takeout was completely missed after waiting 40 minutes, no one there knows what they’re doing. The staff at the counter didn’t even know how to process a refund. Management need to do some serious training here.

Been here twice, first time I came I asked for a single Pepsi max, and I waited for 15 minutes before asking where it was and then the lady takes. Out of the fridge… the second time I came I ordered a classic chicken burger and a kombucha. Waited for half an hour before asking for my drink, and the person said “sorry if your order is late our fries aren’t working” and I told them I didn’t even order fries??? Then asked who I was and what I wanted (they hadn’t even gave the order to the kitchen) and I watched as they spent 2 minutes putting the stuff together. Ugh. And the burger was bad anyway.

Wouldn't even rate the useless staff 1 star. The food was 1 hour late and the entire staff have no idea what they're doing. Witnessed multiple people complaining about theyee wait time and following up where their orders are. The staff are rude and untrained. The lady serving could barely put a sentence together and checked for my meal x3 in the hour I sat there saying 'it'll be another minute' an hour later it was sitting on the bench and the guy cooking couldn't even apologise for not calling out the orders. Don't recommend any waisting there time at this shop until they get rid of their current staff. Not to mention, the food was cooked poorly, the chicken was burnt in the wrap, and the burger had a piece of bone in it.

Their service is getting worst day by day, today was the worst customer service experience, my order took almost 40 minutes, staff was busy chit chatting, o manager on the floor, while I was having dinner with my partner today, the staff name MALI was arguing with some Uber guy, that guy came before as well, and MALI told him to wait for 5 mins and he was patiently waiting and after 15 mins when he come back for collection the order was not ready and this guy MALI turn out to be a beast and start shouting at him. I AM NOT GOING TO VISIT THIS PLACE ANY MORE….

Since I had no reply since sending an email to you over a week ago i thought I should publicly expose your experience. Saturday night (23/9) we came to your store for dinner. Upon arrival we ordered at the desk with a young brunette girl. We ordered 2 plain and simple wraps, a regular chips and 2 dipping sauces to dine in. After approximately 25 minutes of just being stared at (store was not busy what so ever) a male worker from the kitchen approached us to confirm our order. Another 10 minutes passed by, and the young girl who served us came and asked us what we ordered as they claimed they had no trace of our order and provided us with no explanation as to what has happened. Another 10 minutes went by, our food was given to us, soon realising we were given a completely different wrap to what we have ordered- after confirming with two workers, two times! We take our incorrect order up to the front desk to the man with curly blonde hair and he just stared at me with a blank look on his face. Then Monique comes over, snatches the plates out of my hands and implies that I was at fault for their mistake as they thought we orders two “basic instinct” wraps. I don’t understand how our order was given to us incorrectly as we told the workers on three separate occasions our order. A blonde staff member I won’t publicly name (named in email) and the male with the curly blonde hair did not apologise once or did not provide any sort of sympathy, instead made us feel completely disregarded due to their awful work ethic and attitude towards us. After another 5 minute our wraps were basically thrown on the table with again no apology and no chips (chips were given back with the incorrect wraps as they were all on the same plate). We asked for our chips that we ordered and we were told that she only wanted to replace them with a small chips instead of a regular. I believe this is highly unacceptable as we did not yet eat any chips and ordered a regular not a small. By this time it had been close to an hour since we had ordered and we only just got our correct order. Your staff were completely dismissive, rude, unprofessional and unapologetic towards us the whole time we were in your store. During this time we were stared at which made us feel highly uncomfortable. Because the environment was so unwelcoming we felt judged to speak up just to get the bare minimum which was the order we paid and waited an hour for. During the hour we spent waiting for our food we noticed the physical work environment was unhygienic, disgusting and a safety hazard. The floor was covered in bags, chips, gloves, boxes and dirt (picture provided). Also during this time, there was countless customers who also experienced issues with their orders. We deserve compensation for this horrible experience at your Chirnside park store. This is unacceptable and no customer should ever have to tolerate this.

I’ve been here a couple of times since it open. Food is always nice and fresh but the customer service has been terrible each time. I ordered my meal tonight at 6pm to pick up at 6.20pm. I was still waiting at 6.35pm and was given no apology for the additional wait. When I arrived, I asked if my meal was ready, the staff member checked the screen wandered over to look at the food but then gave me no update. When I was finally given my meal, it didn’t include my drink, I asked for it and the staff member said it was in there, I checked again and it wasn’t. So I asked the staff member again for my drink, they looked at the screen and I thought they were checking what drink to get but then they started talking to another staff member about another order. So again I had to ask for my drink, the staff member said, oh, what was it? I told him and he still presented me with the wrong drink. When I explained this, he finally gave me the correct drink, with no apology. I don’t mind if mistakes happen or things are taking longer, but bare minimum customer service is to at least apologise!

Second time order is missing nosh box. Got uber eats and my daughter doesn't have her nosh box once again. Staff need to double check the order! Very disappointing

Can't go past a good Schnitz

Terrible experience went there on a saturday night wasn't busy. My order came to table parma and chips was told mu husband's order would be 5 minutes hadn't been cooked yet. We waited for 15minutes when waitress walked passed we asked where the rest of our ordered was she said she would check she never returned we could see her through the window she proceeded to take other orders out but never returned to us to let us know what was happening. So I went in and asked was told they were waiting on chips I said I wasn't happy and she never returned to tell us what was happening and my chicken was horrible soggy and warm. I ended up taking my husbands meal out to him. Which chicken was soggy after waiting ages chips were nice and hot. Very disappointed and staff didn't care and keep us informed no customer service will not be returning here again or recommending to family or friends.

Been going since they’ve opened and they just keep getting better and better. Great Parma, love their Chips and their Chicken Cesar Salad I keep going back for.
