A great venue that is more spacious than most timezones, and friendly staff.

We love coming to Timezone. It is a great way to have fun with the family, especially in the school holidays.

This review is no way a reflection on the staff here, who are absolutely lovely. Very disappointed with the sudden removal of a few machines from this arcade with no good alternative locally (despite two TZ venues in the area and a Zone bowling). Not sure what I'm going to do with my remaining $700 credit for timezone venues, but I will likely not be attending other venues.

Since opening, had been a favourite close by! Disappointed to see a number of games depart from this outlet so suddenly recently including taiko and maimai (without having to travel 30 minutes+ away to try these games elsewhere this was a great place to visit to play these without travel and ungodly queues for a turn), leaving only prize winning games in their place.

Two workers, i believe their names were Jane and Fletch(?), they were really helpful and sweet to me and my younger cousins and they were also very mature and respectful when they were dealing with another young customer who was being quite rude and stealing. Overall great experiences

Fun and spacious environment for thw qhole family. Staff, especially Seth was very helpful when faced qith a machine that wasn't working. He reimbursed our money and was helpful in the prize section. We always have a fab day here.

Timezone Cronulla is a great spot for kids and families! There’s a good mix of arcade classics, ticket games, and claw machines to keep everyone entertained. The vibe is fun and energetic, perfect for a day out. It can get pricey, though – $35 gets you a few games, while $200 covers a lot more. Look out for deals, like $200 game credit for just $80. A bit expensive, but a fun treat for the kids!

Gear fun for the kids, staff were great.

Very disappointed with the staff not sharing the Black Friday deals. I purchase a $50 card that gives $70 credit. If I would have been told, I could have purchased a $60 card to get $120 credit. The sign advertising this promo is high above the counter out of most people’s eyelines. Isn’t it an employees job to sell the promos?? Maybe a bit of employee training would be beneficial.

First time in Venues. Good location very convenient. Too crowded, staffs excellent on sell and service and helpful. Also thank to Security Guard done good job.

George was an excellent party host for my child’s party. He was lots of fun, very attentive to the guests needs and made the whole experience easy.
