You can stand at the computers for 20 minutes waiting for service and no one to be seen and if they are they talking to their friends. If anywhere else had what I needed I wouldn’t shop here Terrible service

I returned an item yesterday which had worn out and became unserviceable a few weeks before the end of its warranty. The problem was sorted quickly and I was very happy to leave the store with a brand new massage cushion. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, courteous and genuinely friendly. Well done guys!

Bought a phone today with Neam's help and he couldnt have been more patient with me. Signing up for the phone plan i definitely tested just how patient he would be with issues on my part on every corner but we got there. Absolute legend.

Simon was extremely helpful when helping me choose a new phone. He was patient and answered all of my questions, and helped me get a great discount.

The Tv guy in Marion Store was not helpful at all, I understand that his job as a salesman is to sell the most expensive product, but he devalued all the TVs that were under 5000, which makes you wonder why the store is selling such bad products? He makes customers feel ignorant for not being familiar with screen technologies, and he wants to include shipping in a mandatory way. Very aggressive seller who made the experience uncomfortable.

Good prices

Impossible to get any assistance here, worse than other stores. Half an hour of waiting for staff assistance is a poor effort guys. Most other retail chains with leap at the chance to help but it seems like you couldn't care less. Good job that you don’t earn wages based on commissions eh?

Great stock available, sometimes difficult to get help from staff. All seem too busy, especially if after an inexpensive item.

They have a large selection of products. However, the staff are not at all helpful, even rude. I'm the sort of person that doesn't like the take it or leave it attitude. I'll leave it and go to another store with staff who have a better attitude.

Always a pleasant experience when shopping in JB at Marion. The staff are super friendly. Today we went to buy a KitchenAid, Darren went above and beyond, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Thank you to guy at the Marion store today, who helped me with a tablet I purchased for my daughter, with a huge crack up the screen upon opening, I was devastated, I believe his name was shaquil (I could have got that wrong and if I have I apologise) I do know he was the opening manager and I’m honestly blown away at how helpful and professional he was. Infact all the staff at the counter today were so polite and accommodating. Item was replaced without any issues, I’ll have a very happy girl tomorrow, again thank you!

Had to buy a new telly cos the old one was too tired to work. The guys at jb marion were awesome. Gave us great advice and explained the nuances of all models. Didn't try to upsell.

The “sales” staff will try their absolute hardest to sell you an item, promise to refund you if it doesn’t work. Only the next following day you return your item and they say “we cannot refund you because you opened the packaging”. This type of tactics to mislead consumers is completely unethical and wrong.

Good selection of TVs and Games. Decent prices and will price match when needed Better to come here than the department stores.
