Excellent service from Taylor. Our fridge died and we needed one urgently and Taylor went above and beyond to get it delivered fast and at a great price. Highly recommend Taylor.

Good Guys does not have any good guys anymore. We went to buy a carpet cleaner few days ago. We didn’t do any research but we thought sales guys will help us to find a good carpet cleaner. We went to this guy and mentioned our requirements. He showed us few machines but when we talk with him we realised that he didn’t have enough knowledge about the machines as he mentioned few incorrect information about it. And also we realised he is not willing to help us. So we gave up and came home. We did little bit of research and went there next day. We saw that guy but we talked to a different sales person and she helped us and so we bought the machine. Sadly we had an issue with the machine had to take it back to replace it. And then again we had to talk the guy we met on first day. He really didn’t want to help us and asked us to talk to cashiers. And we went cashier with the machines and explained everything thing to them (they also wondered why that person asked us to bring machine to them). And ladies at the counter also vey helpful and directed to the correct person. And we got a replacement. And finally need to thanks Sameera (She helped us a lot and very friendly) and Gihan (Aslo very friendly and help us to buy a washing machine and dryer. Also every time he checks customers provide excellent customer service)

Rude staff (female) attending the phone calls. The lady who took the call at 4:30pm on 4/12/2024 has no manners on how to talk to a customer. She is definitely not winning you customers, get her trained before she is allowed to deal with customers. All I wanted was to check the status of stuff I ordered few days back.

Gihan is an absolute gun at good guys fg. Very knowledgeable, great salesman. Walked away with a whole house worth of white goods and appliances. Only issue is the line waiting to get his service on the floor at times 😂

Just want to give a shout out to Ryelan who greeted us respectfully as we ventured through to the TV section. He showed us the tv’s with a great deal of knowledge and without pushing us to buy what he wanted us to. Thank you Ryelan, that’s why we keep going back to The Good Guys

Initially had good service from the salesman but the whole experience has been a disaster from the delivery driver. Delivery guy is incompetent, rude and very lazy. He cant do simple tasks, damages your home and takes no responsibility. Driver needs to learn his job he couldnt complete his task of taking away old fridge and when called narre store they offered no solution just said not our problem. Avoid this clown show and save yourself a headache.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with customer service. I called Thursday to inquire if it was possible to put an item on hold for collection the next day. Rather than politely explaining that stock couldn’t be reserved, the staff member was abrupt and unhelpful, insisting I must arrive strictly by 4pm, even though they close at 9pm Fridays. I would have fully understood if they had explained it wasn’t possible to guarantee the item’s availability, but the unpleasant attitude was appalling. After work on Friday at 4:10pm, I visited Good Guys Narre Warren to check if the item was still available. The staff in-store were very friendly and helpful, quickly locating the item and even offering to price beat.

Sam was by fair one of the most friendly, genuine salespersons I’ve dealt with. She was knowledgeable and supportive of any questions we had. Thanks Sam for making our trip out simple, productive and enjoyable!

I'm new to the area and have been into this store a few times. Purchased 5-6 times and did have a few issues with products though why I gave them 5 stars is that they go to that extra mile to help you out and fix the problem. Amazing customer service and what I like the best is that they are always happy to price match on the same product advertised elsewhere. Awesome!

Very poor customer service. The first lady I asked about a product was really helpful and friendly, but the next one assigned to me was not friendly and not helpful at all. I decided right there and then that I'm not buying from this shop. If you dont know about the product, there are nicer ways to answer customer's questions.. This second person really just cannot be bothered.

Some of the female staff at the store today where really rude and disrespectfull, immature would be the best way to explain it.

Went there today as soon as they opened. I wanted to buy a microwave. Got a team member to help me with that and when I asked about the gold 3 year warranty she mentioned it is a replacement warranty until a certain time period. That is not what I was told from Good Guys Cranbourne store. She said they have given me misinformation. Then I asked her to double check that and she found out from the manager that she was giving me misinformation. There is no education for team members. When a customer ask about any of their products, they shouldn't have to check booklets infront of the customer to answer. Because then there is no difference between a Good Guys staff member and the customer. Also they don't know customer service and they had no smile on their face. Then I payed for the microwave and the girl on the counter just gave me the receipt. I had to ask where should I collect it. Then she goes, oh you have to wait 30 minutes because the warehouse is not open yet. I said l, you should have told me before taking the payment. Then I requested a refund as I couldn't waste another 30 minutes there. This is unbelievable how they treat customers in Australia. I didn't feel I am in a store in Australia. Not sure because our skin colour is dark. For the business it shouldn't matter, you guys are selling products and whoever pays you sell it. Good Guys is a good business with fare prices for most of the products they sell. If you guys don't treat customers well, it is not good for the future. Very disappointed.

I had an unpleasant experience at the checkout counter. The staff members demonstrated a lack of customer service skills and knowledge regarding the use of ZIP pay. Despite my attempts to explain the process, they insisted that such a system did not exist and made no effort to find a solution. This is in contrast to my positive experiences at other stores where I have successfully used ZIP pay. Furthermore, the demeanor of the cashier team, particularly the older female staff members, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend the Good Guys store in Narre Warren for future purchases.

Great service provided by Benjamin on the weekend. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There was a large range of products to choose from and we got a great deal.

Had an amazing experience with Nigel L who helped to order in an Apple HomePod for me. Really helpful and would come back again as his customer service was impeccable.

Shocking store. Not enough staff and the ones that are there, have their work cut out for them. 2 staff I encountered one Sat afternoon had no product knowledge and were not aware of available items in their store such as adapters. I will never shop here again. Have to wait for over 40 minutes for customer assistance.

Went to buy a large split system and was served by what I can only assume was the latest DEI hire. Older woman who knew nothing at all and had no interest in finding out. I was told to take a photo of the Fujitsu poster and call the number on it. This used to be a great store, but has now been JB'd. I won't be buying from this group and unfortunately for Fujitsu, they're off the list by association. If the company doesn't care, maybe their suppliers will.

Amazing customer service from Deon at the Narre Warren Goodguys store. Went above and beyond to assist us with a 2nd battery for our new Shark Stratos. It's great customer service like that provided by Deon which keeps us choosing to drive a little bit further to visit the Narre Warren store. Awesome!

Very poor customer service ☹️ Visited to buy an air fryer. I asked few questions regarding the product, but team member doesn’t know anything regarding the product. She told me only the product price and warranty period. I waited long time to get an assistance from team member. Few times my mind says enough waiting this store and visit for another place near by.

Came here for a small portable heater for my daughter’s room, tad pricey but we’ll worth it. Great customer service:)

Stay away from Goodguys, They are gold service warranty is soooo bad , They took nearly 4 months to solve my issue and still didn't pay full amount. It is not gold service it is steel service with lots of rust. Staff also don't know what to do. Manager also don't know customer service Naver buy anything from good guys. This store was a complete disappointment. I patiently waited for 30 minutes without any staff member approaching me for assistance.I finally had to seek out help myself. The first person I approached told she will find someone but took another 20 minutes to turn up. When another staff member finally came, who admitted she didn't know anything about the product I needed. when I asked another employee who happened to be nearby, they responded with rudeness, suggesting I leave if I couldn't wait any longer. The lack of respect and professionalism from the staff was shocking. I walked out feeling disrespected and unheard. I will not be returning to this store, and I will be sure to share my negative experience with my friends and family to spare them the same frustration.

My son bought a very expensive tv, the day after waiting , waiting for delivery.Calls and it wasn't even scheduled.Scheduled for the next day, the same thing happens he calls and it was never coming.Just pathetic, he went and got a refund.Giving his money to. JB, gets an appropriate time of delivery straight away.

Service in store was perfect. However, the delivery service was not at all. A 4-hour window was offered and agreed upon. The item was not delivered until over 2 hours past the 4-hour window. As a result, we lost the whole day and were unable to maintain our personal plans. Very disappointing. There was no phone call from the driver, or Goodguys, to explain/apologise for the lateness. I called the number provided 5 times with no answer. After being on hold for a very long time, the call would just hang up on their end. As far as I'm concerned, Goodguys contract/organise the delivery service therefore they are responsible. Goodguys, the delivery service and JBHIFI (as you own Good Guys), please learn and adopt some work ethic. As I said at the beginning, sales people in store were very nice, helpful and courteous. Sorry to the sales team because if your employer can't improve their delivery service, I can't come back.

Went to this shop 14/12/2023 at about 12:14pm to pick up a click and collect , as I was standing at the counter expecting to be served by an old chook or a younger chook gabbling away about who had to answer which phone ,after rudely being ignored I was about to walk out and cancel my order when a young bloke with a big smile came around the counter and made us feel welcome passed us our order and thanked us and we were on our way . get rid of the gossiping girls you guys will have a mint shop .

The store is misleading in relation to extended warranty. When we bought a coffee machine we were told you are a gold concierge member and if the machine breaks it will be replaced. It is false promise. The coffee machine broke they didn’t replace it. It was repaired and after a while it broke again with same problem. They asked to bring the machine to the store they asked us to ring a number get a Australia post sticker bring it back to store. We did all the work for them. They said if the machine was not fixed in 20 days it will be replaced. We dropped the machine on 10th July. It has been 25 days when we rang the store about the machine they said they sent it for repair on 28th July. When the machine is received in Sydney by the repairer they will assess it and the 20 days count down starts when it is assessed by repairer that will be the date, the count down will start. So the store was holding the machine for 3 weeks before sending it and it will be months to get the machine back. The manager didn’t even care and couldn’t explain why they were holding on the machine for 3 weeks before sending it for repairs. Never going to buy anything from them. Terrible management and customer service

Very terrible experience with the delivery. Very Upsetting. My order (Air Conditioner) should have arrived today between 10.25-13.25. I checked the driver tracking, I was 4th in the que. I checked again around 2.30am and found out my delivery window was changed into 4.25pm and i was 10th in the que. I called and asked why my delivery was moved from 4th to 10th. No phone call to us at all. What i got was only information that the driver delayed since morning and the driver will call 30 minutes before they arrive. 30 minutes before 4.25 I called again because no one called us why, and when. We can't wait forever. The lady on the phone said that the driver delivered the goods to south area in Mornington. I asked again what time will it be delivered because we already waited since 10am. They should call or message us if there is any delay prior to the time limit window so we would not wait and wait. Additionally, the lady said this is the risk of buying online. I said, I didn't buy online I came to the store. Bad conclusion from the customer service. I said I will ask for a refund for the delivery fee if my queing in the tracking goes down again. The driver came at 6.45PM !!! The driver said that he got the take over from another driver. Whatever the time is, they should have informed customer the delay PRIOR to the time limit, instead we are the one who monitor closely to the app and call them. We are very-very upset because we also have many things to do and unfortunately the customer service didn't give any solution at all and even gave bad conclusion that we ordered it online. Saying that the driver will call 30 minutes before is not helping if there is no time limit with it. If my time limit is 4.25pm, someone should have called 30 minutes before 4.25. Very bad experience.

Failed delivery today. Not my fault that whoever manages and works could not deliver what is promised. It is not even 1800 yet to be considered finished. They do not think that we manage our lives around their delivery and now we have to wait ages again for the right time for them. WE HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO IN OUR LIVES!!! IT IS YOUR JOB TO DO IT RIGHT!

Service can be hit and miss but more often than not its pretty good.

When I walked in the team were so helpful. I needed a replacement part for a coffee machine that isn't sold as an individual part, the team went above and beyond to help me find a way to get what I needed. So friendly and amazing service. Well done to all! Visited 4/11/23

If I could put 0 stars I would, brought a dishwasher I specifically asked them if the people that were going to connect the dishwasher they said yes they were technicians turned out to be just truck drivers, the dishwasher was installed with many faults had to get in touch with a proper technician and it cost another $150, good luck with the “good guys”.

Had a really bad experience from this store have been a loyal customer for many many years lately everything changed,spoken to the manager no good staff no good, goodluck if u buy anything from here if u expect decent service.

This little chick could not have been more amazing. She was helpful and has an amazing personality. Two things that made her a pleasure to deal with. Order placed on Saturday with confirmed delivery date for Monday...Stayed home, nothing happening... I have to call them after 12PM to find out it won't be delivered today... Stuff not knowing what they are doing....poor communication skills. Not Good" at all "Guys"..."

Went here last week. It was such a mission to get a staff to assist. Girl behind the counter was busy on her phone - asked her a question and the reply I received was “I don’t think so”. When I requested for someone to assist for another item .. a guy turns up with a drink in his hand and slurped in front of us mid sentence.. I was going to purchase 2 items and I left the store with nothing due to poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Attended the store and emailed them but not managed to resolve an issue with a faulty microwave. Fobbed off with excuses. Waited for them to call and still not heard from them after 1 month. Very disappointing customer service. Much prefer Harvey Norman- great customer service and always happy to resolve product issues.

I had really bad experience from fountain gate store . I bought a fridge and they told me if I pay 250$ more they can remove the doors and fridge can come into my kitchen.I took gold service for delivery too. They measured all doors and area after 2 time visit. Today they came and they said we can't do it . Fridge is big after 2 weeks still fridge is in my car park and I am really disappointed 😢. I paid 250$ For nothing. Don't trust to their Costumer service.

The worst goodguys stor ever from manager to the janitor. They sale the same item to more then a one person and keep making you wait untill find your item from the other side of Melbourne. Will not recommend to anyone.

Just as hopeless service as Cranbourne store. I just wanted a dishwasher n I knew what I wanted, all I need was someone to write a invoice so I can go pick it up,but that was soo Harrd. We went to Good Guys in Narre Warren FG and received amazing service. We came to buy a new fridge and had David. He gave us good and informative customer service, was very nice and trustworthy. Hi we really wanted to leave a review for Good Guys Narre Warren as it doesn't happen often that we leave a store with such a positive experience. We were choosing to shop between JB Hi Fi and Good Guys Narre Warren and when we walked in to the other store it was a ghost town and we were ignored by staff. When we walked into Good Guys Narre Warren, a young man Jordan approached us and he was smiling and really upbeat. He looked for two other girls to help us with our enquiries and really went out of his way to make sure we purchased the right products for us. It was a lovely experience and I wish there were more people like Jordan to spread enthusiasm and great customer service every time we shopped. Jordan made the whole store experience feel great.

We were looking for a coffee machine and a mop and he found the best team members to answer all our questions and in his Electronics Department he spent time with us showing the best options for a new TV. My wife and I bought a fridge for the Narre warren store 3 years ago and a few weeks ago it had cooling issues, I rang the store on the Sunday and spoke with the floor staff of white goods and they said to me that because it was a sunday that they would not be able to help me or able to help me with a loan fridge, but they would speak with the manufacturer and get someone out within 2 days… Well 2 days went by and nothing I rang the store and they said to me that they it’s not the stores probably anymore it’s the manufacturer. So I rang the manufacturer they said that they would have someone out within 2 days and gave me there name and number to call if I needed to change time or day, They come out on the 5th day with no fridge and fixed it within ten minutes.Was told that they only got told about my issue 2 days ago when I rang the manufacturer. So much for The Good Guys help they need to pick up their game for sure

Absolute shambles. Bought 2 things online 2 months ago and still not delivered. Every time I call they blame the store but then went down to the store and they blame online orders. Text message delivery date confirm hasn’t worked 3 times nothing has showed up. Call centre has long hold times and told me they had sorted it but only 1 of the 2 items was delivered.

Worst service I’ve ever come across. Went into purchase a an oven……still waiting over 1/2hr to be attended to…,.nothing!!!! No one came near, and every time I’d look for an attendant, they were either chatting with one another in the refrigerator section or watching tv. Just lost yourself a sale and future business. Going to opposition!!!!!
