Why show racism when someone mistakenly enters the store when it’s kinda closed (duh the entry’s open too, who expects the store to be closed ). Never visiting again

Raving fan myself and I had the pleasure to work at this store during the peak trade. An amazing assortment of audio and portables the minute you walk in which shows you jbl, bose and sony. Then you look around, you see the latest Copilot laptop waiting for you to explore your options. The best store, to walk around and explore whatever your options are. Great space for apple products M2s to M4s and if you're fancy test out that monitor too and have a look at those Apple watches. Great range of fitness and portable health options. Whilst you walk around experience great playlist if you're into rock, alternative or even modern day. Thank you to Dan, Sarah, Shota and Sid for the legendary experience. I find myself so much bonded with the tech and sparking interest in conversations with professionals, friends and anyone alike. As for the team and my friends. I would love to write everybody's name 😅 but the list would be too big. This is the best JB Hifi where you get a bang on your buck for not only the product and how much it suits you, but absolutely amazing customer experience too.

I bought a washing machine and TV from here. They have lots of stuff in showroom, though most of what you seen on website and decided to buy are unavailable in their stock! However, I found it in different store with same brand and price. The sale person tried to sell the most expensive items, naturally for his commission, but unsuccessful! Tip: define a budget boundary, check the website, choose the model yourself, check the store for delivery. Never count on sales person information!

I found it a bit small,did not find what I was looking for, but it's Handy to have one close by.

I recently visited the Docklands DFO store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Dylan. He helped me upgrade both my phone and expired at-home data plan. Rude staff, terrible customer service

Managed to buy afew bits and pieces, it was busy and was given a card for discount to the parking. It did not work....so ..poo poo to you DFO South Wharf. That's pretty awful. Parking cost us a heep. Won't go there again.

Second time dealing with Hugh. He was very patient and helpful. Stayed with me the whole time and answered all my queries and assisted with every purchase I have. One of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Melbourne I would say. Will definitely come back again for more Christmas shopping and boxing day sale.

I had a problem with my dryer delivery I then went to the store and explained it to the staff. They helped me solved the problem so promptly by refunding the delivery fee and arranging the installation team to come again and help me with installation. Great service!!

Would not recommend to anybody to go buy a phone from this JB hi-fi. Just tried to buy a brand-new phone and when the guy came back to tell me that the phone is in stock they were whispering to get all my personal information and he brought another person, The other sale service person was questioning me and interrogating me of why I want the new phone asking me or other personal information what is not relevant to buying the phone. Absolutely disgusting, appalling customer service.
