The number I call was automated and just kept telling me to go to the website. In the past items that were in stock on the website were not in store and I just wanted to check and to ask them to hold it. It was not helpful and fully refused to put me through to a 'human'. Feeling very frustrated and will feel worse if I go all that way and there is no stock!

The lady called Jenny who works at Big w is so rude. She spoke down to us even though we were just purchasing stuff and no issues or anything. JENNY MAYBE STOP JUDGING OTHERS!! DONT WORK IN RETAIL IF YOU ARE GOING TO JUDGE. I’ve witnessed you doing it to others in the past as I am a regular shopper but far out you need to be called out for it.

I often purchase online items from Big W. Sometimes I choose to pick up in store and other times I use the delivery option. Well today I learnt Big W Market is a whole other beast when you order online and you can't go in store for a refund. This should be branded clearly when we, the customers place orders online. To make matters worse, as I was hoping to return a faulty item (bought online) for items in store, I needed to go home to gather an additional piece from home as requested by the lady in store, so I created a lay-by to hold the items. Upon my return, I was met with a manager who was completely inflexible, letting me know I could not receive a refund in store, nor could the credit from the item go onto the lay-by being held as planned...and if I wanted to now cancel the lay-by I would lose the initial down payment. What an absolute debacle! Talk about zero concern for the customer experience and outcome. I tried to call head office and all I got in reply was an operator readibg from a script along with a pretty standard email reply. There are plenty of places to spend our money, so I'll review my options in the future. Frustrating to say the least!!

The staff here are really lovely, and work really hard and always smiling, warm, and inviting. But there are managers who seem comfortable talking about staff members poorly at the front of the store. I will take my shopping elsewhere and refuse to support a store that care so little about their staff members.

29/7 1.30 pm. went to get a charge cable The team member was assisting a lady but indicated she would be with me in a minute She then came to my assistance and found what needed in seconds She was brilliant perfect attitude and customer service personnified

Full of stock friendly staff..

Great place to shop when you have three kids to get clothes for. The quality is very consistent and it's a rarity for me to have to return an item. The staff are always helpful and know where everything is.

Should be able to talk to store. Customer service is definitely not a priority anymore.

This place is mint as long as you don't do click and collect , also if you get stuff here on after pay that is click and collect they will treat you as if they are the Salvo,s giving you a food voucher .

I justed wanted to say how amazing Sandra is. Everytime we go to Big W lilydale and I look for something, she comes up to us wanting to know if we need any help finding things. We don't get that service from anywhere else and I wish more people were so helpful and have more customer service with a smile as we always get with Sandra. She is truly a gem and we keep coming back because of her helpful and gorgeous personality.

Extremely disappointed with the amount of plastic wrap that came with my online order. The amount of waste that is produced by large chain stores is ridiculous, the least you guys could do is reduce it in ways you can – use reusable baskets/boxes to segregate orders, stick a paper tag on it with the order number, or use paper instead. Yes it may seem inconvenient to start off with, but it’s important to play your part. I'm sure you're not the only Big W store that uses this much plastic, but that is irrelevant in regards the impact your store has on the planet. I am not the only person that values convenience over impact. I will no longer be supporting Big W.

This place saved my life. I brought a $10 phone case from here accidentally threw my phone off a bridge and it survived without a scratch. I would die for this place.

Loved shopping here it has everything for everyone at really good prices just need a couple of bits for my stay in Australia got what I was looking for and a bit more

Great store, Please keep stocking 1964 Denim Company Staight leg Jeans. I have found all 1964 DC mens clothing to be of hi standand. Merry Christmas BIG W team & all.
