Don McLeod

Product Manager & Company Director
A qualified mathematician, Don brings over two decades of gaming industry expertise to Momentum Gaming. He served as Product Development Manager for Tabcorp Gaming from 2000 to 2010, overseeing product selection, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and performance analysis across 13,500+ EGMs in 250+ venues. Don’s background as a Game Designer and Gaming Analyst for an online casino gives him a deep understanding of game performance. His mathematical modeling techniques and proven track record ensure that your venue’s gaming product delivers maximum return on investment.

Sean Dunphy

Client Service Manager & Company Director
Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Melbourne University and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and gaming industries. He managed numerous pubs and clubs in Melbourne before joining Tabaret as an Area Manager in 2002. Sean later served as Senior Product Deployment Manager, overseeing performance analysis and product rollout across the Tabaret network. He played a key role in implementing the Player Information Display Screen (PIDS) project and the $5 Max Bet project. Sean co-founded Momentum Gaming to bring his expertise and passion for the industry to a broader audience.

Andrew Marriott

Venue Liaison Manager
With 25 years of experience in hotel management across Victoria and Queensland, Andrew has managed large, market-leading venues such as Gladstone Park and Rosstown Hotels. His extensive background in gaming accounting, marketing, EGM assessment, and business development makes him an invaluable asset to Momentum Gaming. Andrew’s expertise helps our clients grow their businesses and achieve their goals.

Zac Skipitaris

Operations Manager
Zac brings 23 years of experience from TABCORP, where he coordinated regulatory projects such as clock displays, PIDs, and $5 Max Bet. With a background in electronics, Zac has been instrumental in the design, testing, and rollout of gaming products and systems. His expertise in transition and migration, break-fix, preventative maintenance, and deployment programs ensures seamless operations for our venue partners.

Stephen Michael

Manager – Design and Fit Out
Steve has over two decades of experience in venue design and refurbishment. He managed the fit-out of more than 50 venues during his tenure at TABCORP and later ran his own consulting business. Steve’s deep understanding of gaming regulations and strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and the VCGLR make him a key player in Momentum Gaming’s design and fit-out projects. His role ensures that our clients’ gaming spaces are optimized for performance and compliance.
