Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Steve, we have had Steve assist my husband and I multiple times now and he has been nothing short of amazing. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best outcome possible. Thanks Steve!
I ordered from November 2023 Until now dint delivers! When we visit the Pakenham store and have they answered who assist you before in Anualiave! She's gunna call you when she's back! Not good enough and very for customers service providers they have should have staff member to assist you no matter the staff member Anualiave!
I prefer the old location , staff were more friendly and had local feel to it , sense of community, new store just feel like a number to them ,

I usually don’t write review unless it affected me. So this morning I go pick up my vacuum, The lady at the counter tells Tells her colleague to bring a trolley for me. The lady comes and tells me that the trolley is not available because she has other stuff on the trolley. And that I should To warehouse to pick it up. I ask again, And she says okay I go bering it for you. “ “I”put the vacuum on the trolley”, Then she tells me to bring the it back. So I bring the trolley back, As I am coming back, I see her with another customer, She is caring their good by hand to the cars. It didn’t occur to me at that time. But later I realise that was discrimination. How come the other customer get better service then I? Was it because they look “white” and I didn’t???? I don’t wanna take it to this level but I was hurt. I had to put the vacuum into my car onto the trolley, as a woman, Nobody help me but someone else gets first class service (the other customer, a man) , also My purchase was more expensive. This was my experience. I don’t know if anybody else have felt this way but I did not feel good at all. All the best, the Good Guys Pakenham.

Very helpful staff. Great wide range of appliances. Order and quote process very good. Go out of their way to change orders with external parties. Discounted item incorrectly labelled. Nick is a funny guy. -update- I need to update this as I waited weeks past the ETA of my items without a call from them, only for me to call up and them to tell me the item s are ready for me to pick up. I paid for delivery! Subsequently ordered items all, were not deemed worthy of informing me about their arrival. A couple of times they couldn't find the order on their system (happens because often they don't email you a receipt like they say).
Had an amazing customer service experience here today! Took in a vacuum that was scratching up my floors and the team at the good guys pakenham were able to help me troubleshoot and sort out an exchange for the fault. Such a positive experience can’t recommend this good guys enough Thanks so much!
The Good Guys Pakenham is always our go-to store for appliances. A big shout out for Sean, he know a lot about everything and helps with the decision making which sometimes can be hard.
I recently purchased a fridge, microwave, kettle and washing machine from The Good Guys in Pakenham. Natalie was excellent, she was knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. She even let me borrow her tape measure to make sure everything fit well in my home! Amazing service highly recommend.
Purchased a Westinghouse 90cm free standing oven from Good Guys Pakenham. Middle glass shattered first time oven was turned on. Almost 4 weeks in, still no replacement. Terrible communication. Would not recommend. Very sad considering I purchased over $10,000 worth of appliances at time of oven purchase.
Always shop here for our white-goods… great deals and great service. Staff know their products well. Highly recommend 😊

The Good Guys? More like 'The Incompentent Guys' when it comes to their staff making arrangements for the goods you have purchased to be delivered. The whole simple process of delivering goods should have been smooth from end to end. Instead on the day of the delivery a managing staff member informed me that the driver had called in sick and I was on some sort of a list. The installer of another one of my purchasers had opted to collect this instead and carry out their job on another day. In the meantime, none of this new information had been communicated to me as the customer. I had to call in to find out. Recommendation: Either replace or retrain the current management team and retrain staff on how to deliver exceptional customer service when it comes deliveries - do better!

Went to help my elderly mum up grade her microwave. Great selection of well priced microwaves. Service was great the gentleman who looked after us was great and very patient with all the questions we fired at him. Good Guys is always a great place to shop
Had really bad experience with customer service, This store used to be really helpful with previous manager and we were buying all appliances from this store, staff seems still helpful. Store manager is having no sense on customer service.
Had such a great experience with Carlo and the team on Saturday. We had many questions, and even though we aren’t quite ready to buy, Carlo gave us all the time we needed, was very patient, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. And on top of that he’s a really lovely guy! We will definitely be back soon to see Carlo when we are ready to buy

Waited in store for 35 minutes trying to purchase a new fridge, looking at all the models. After 20 minutes, I heard a salesperson ask “Can I help you with something?” But I turned to find he asked this of an older man who had entered the store 5 minutes beforehand. Probably don’t come to the store if you look young and plan to purchase something, the sales staff are occupied with each other and older customers.

I’d like to commend Sean at the GG store on princes highway Pakenham. I had to replace my tv after my Samsung smart tv packed up after only 3 years. Don’t buy one. Very helpful and has sold me several household items over the last 3 years. Shirley Huberts

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Purchased a 43 inch Samsung tv with them for home delivery. A day later when they were working out delivery they told me it was being delivered by Australia post and could not give me a day or time. So I cancelled it. I have purchased many things off them over the years and they had a really good delivery guy. But management seems to think delivery of a 43 inch tv by post at a cost of 80 dollars is ok . I dont
Terrible customer service. Was told that because I didn't nominate someone to pick appliance up when I bought it online, that they couldn't help me when I rang in advance to say husband was picking it up. Get there, after rearranging the day to meet him and noone asked for my name, ID, didn't care about the PayPal confirmation, nothing. Complete waste of my time.

I had an absolute hell of a time dealing with the GG Concierge service, and was pinged back and forth between about ten people over three weeks trying to solve a washing machine issue. I finally got a hold of Steve and Luke at the GG Pakenham store and what a sweet relief that was. Within two quick calls they had come up with a totally acceptable, creative solution for the colossal stuff up with my whitegoods receipt and the terrible handling of my issues by concierge. I was more than happy! They gave me a few great deals on items I really needed and were quick, thorough, and friendly to deal with. I really really appreciated such great service after getting such a run around. Huge props to both Luke and Steve. Thankyou both!
Had the pleasure of buying a whiteware appliance from this store yesterday. Natalie, the salesperson who served me was a breath of fresh air, friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The service was top shelf and I ended up buying a second item. Thanks for a great experience. Barry
We were lied to by a staff member about an item availability to secure the sale. when the product was not able to be delivered he again lied and stated that he never said it would be delivered on that date, that it may be a month until stock availability (this was a $1000 + purchase that we would not have proceeded with if they had been truthful about availability) - can handle not having stock - would have purchased a different item. Will not accept being lied to about it, then lying to cover that up

Putting this on for my friend Lorraine who is not at all tech savvy. 5 STARS for LUKE at Pakenham Good Guys. LUKE helped my friend purchase a washing machine at a special price and he set up a great next day delivery deal, with the set up of the new machine, with instructions and taking the old washing machine away. Great customer service LUKE. Thank you.
Staff here are great and particularly Steve and James although all team members are pretty good
Store cash is the most fake advertising ever. I did 3 purchases one for $987 on 21/9/22, another for $449 on 20/11/22 and last one on 17/2/23 for $978.30. I received nothing.
I recently went into the Good Guys Pakenham in search of a fridge. I settled on a fridge and went back into the store to order it. There was no stock available at the central warehouse and the fridge was in great demand and the orders were higher than thw stock that arrived, in the meantime, my fridge that was starting to die, got a whole lot worse and i was getting desperate. Steve did his best to find an alternative at a similar price, i didn't have the budget to increase in price, the floor stock of the fridge i wanted to by had an issue with the door, but, between Steve and Natalie they spoke to the rep and they were happy to come out and do a door swap and the fridge was delivered the next day. They did a great deal on the price. We are extremely happy with the service we received.

We purchased a Bissell upright vac at Pakenham store in Feb., 2021, it spat out the belt about 6 months later, staff member at Good Guys suggested buying another belt at local Godfreys, which we did but this belt also was chewed up by the machine, Good Guys staff member just shrugged his shoulders and said we had to take it up with Bissell, which we did . Bissell requested receipt and photos of machine roller area which we sent, but have not heard back from them since June 2022. If we could leave 1/2 a star we would, very disappointing! This vac was sold with a 2 year warranty, which neither retailer or manufacturer seems interested in honouring. Prior to this episode we had spent thousands of dollars at this store, in its present position and its previous location, fridges, air conditioners, televisions, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and numerous small appliances, but no more.
Had a great experience dealing with Steve who helped us with purchasing 2 new split systems for our home. The process was easy and even when a hiccup arose the staff were patient and helpful. Very happy with the service we have received.
I placed an order & paid for a Westinghouse fridge/freezer on the 22nd of December 2022 being told there were 9 available and 1 was secured to be delivered on the 3rd of January 2023. The 3rd comes, no fridge, no notification, with no communication from the the Good guys. It was only when I contacted them that I was told no fridge would be delivered and wouldn’t be until March at the earliest. What’s with that? When as I going to be told this? The next offer was to replace an order for a different fridge to start this whole game again. Will the next one be a no show too? I’ve have been a loyal customer buying many products over the years. I am very dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication I’ve been provided.

Stood in store almost half an hour. No staff on floor. 1 staff doing application, 1 staff too busy to do anything with customers. Needing 2 tablets so went to Officeworks.

Went there today to buy a BBQ for an engagement gift, the customer service was outstanding. Was served by Steve (acting manager) as well as other sales staff. Outstanding, friendly service with a few laughs along the way topped with excellent product knowledge. Definitely would recommend!
Worst place to shop. Diabolical service. I will never take another sale here. I have purchased in Sydney and having moved to Victoria, went to Pakenham. I was thinking of going to Nunawading. But then decided to go to Pakenham. It was the wrong decision I made. But, that'll be it. No more orders for Good Guys Pakenham or whole of Good Guys. I was promised a delivery on Sunday i paid for on Friday. I had to call on Sunday to understand the delivery was not going to happen due to an internal order allocation error. They offered to deliver the TV I ordered in an employee's car. Well, I don't trust that would be the best option. I don't have time to deal with damages. Until I called them, they didn't have to courtesy to call me on Saturday to inform I'm not getting the TV. Neither did they call on Sunday morning. When I called, all they could say was, it's not going to happen. Very disappointed. I wanted to buy a fridge, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and a load of other electrical items. They're not getting the sale. Harvey Norman or Bing Lee would. So, that's it with Good Guys Pakenham.

I bought a dishwasher, 2x TVs, a dryer and fridge from Steve at the good guys pakenham! His knowledge and customer service is second to none and his prices unbeatable! I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy any home appliances to go and see Steve! I know I won’t be going anywhere else for all my future purchases! Also a special mention to Hayden who was also very helpful if ever Steve was not in. A huge thank you boys.

Have had good experiences in the past but tried to buy kitchen scales and was told that they were in stock and my time was wasted as it was not in stock. Point of sale system needs to be fixed as I was told the wrong information from their system

We've had a great number of experiences with this store on most occasions. The sales floor staff are helpful and friendly without being pushy, and have decent knowledge on their products. We have had one instance where better training regarding their post-order processes would have avoided a disappointing outcome.
The worst experience ever trying to return a faulty TV still under warranty. They keep telling me to go to the manufacturer when legally they should be dealing with the manufacturer not the consumer. This is still an ongoing and disappointed with the lack of empathy that Good Guys Pakenham are putting towards this matter. The Good Guys Pakenham keep on pushing back the problems onto the consumer. We are having continuous problems trying to rectify this problem through good guys for over 2 months. Seems like they don't care about customers says alot for the owner. should have no star....

Extremely rude staff. Have no idea how to speak to customers. Very disappointed. Have been a customer for a long time. Avoid at all cost. Does not take responsibility for lost items in the post. Customer has to bare the cost and does not even receive the product. The lady was so rude. Good guys should track the call and listen how they treat their customers. Will never shop here again.

Brought a dishwasher from Steve, who was super friendly and a great sales men. Gave us a good deal and was very helpful. Had a few laughs, and joked that the dishwasher should come with a bow. Was delivered today , by a great and skilled delivery guy Matt and it came with 2 bows on top!

Worst customer service staff. We asked to enquire about a fridge and they didn’t even get back to us for 10-15 minutes. And some other staff came and told that they are closing. Well they don’t want people to come to their store. This is my second experience with this store.
Ordered something click and collect, what a painful process, need confirmation email, photo id and a PayPal transaction number otherwise they won’t let you pickup the item. Too many hoops to jump through
