Extremely poor customer service Placed order for click and collect from griffith store in October still not received the item. When called the Griffith store they said they can't help..can't even refund the money..who I am supposed to call for refund

A little too helpful, sometimes it's nice just to look at stuff without being hassled 2024 edit: from walking in the door to the TV's 5 different staff asked us if we wanted help I think every staff member asked the same question they must be paid by commission or something... Just let us look around and we will let you know if we need help. We won't be back for a long time again. Wagga is still a better store. 2022 edit: 4 stars down to 2 stars...a member of staff wouldn't show us a BBQ that was in stock that we wanted to buy because she claimed it would take two hours to get it for us. We will go to Wagga store from now on.

Cooperative staff

I recently purchased an air fryer from Harvey Norman Griffith and, despite opening it but not using it, I was unable to get a refund due to their return policy. I returned it within 24 hours of purchase, so I expected a more accommodating response. This experience has been disappointing and doesn’t align with what I expected from a reputable store. I hope they reconsider their return practices in the future.

They have many products and excellent tech support, I highly recommend them!

I hope there if there was a option to give -5 rating i would give to this store.Half of the staff is very nice specially in electronics they treat very well but half of the staff is just making excuses don’t know how to sort something how to treat the customers. I purchased a JBL speaker instore and I was told the product is arriving on same week. I didn’t receive a call from the shop that the product was not arriving until April 2024. I spoke to them several times to follow up and that was when I knew the product I purchased was not arriving soon. No apology was heard from the staff I spoke to and they are delighted to process a refund.

A great store, they had a number of friendly and knowledgeable staff that were able to help me in a couple of their departments. It seems like a happy place to work and therefore a great place to shop.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased a laptop, but when I opened it, I found it was damaged. When I went back to the store to request a replacement, the store manager provided a very unsatisfactory response and the customer service was abysmal. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Also they are trying to sell me again second hand leptop. I gave the full price for new leptop but way of talking of manager is so rudely so I didn't recommend it to anyone to purchase anything from Harvey Norman Griffith

Scott helped us out and we couldn’t have gotten better customer service. We were looking for a microwave for our van but wasn’t sure if we could power it up, Scott picked up the display microwave we were looking at and carried in into our van to see if it worked, then he carried it back inside while making us laugh in the meanwhile! 10/5 stars if I could!

Today I went to buy IPhone and Jacob, Sales Assistant unfriendly, his not smiling to the customer & his assist me like he have problem in his mind..Customer service equipment have to upgrade, always no stock while I drop there so many times! Wish JB Hifi opening in Griffith.I have no choice!

Is there any star below 1, I would give that to this store and particularly Tony. Tony is very very rude and very aggressive to. He doesn't know how to talk to customer. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I don't recommend anyone to deal with this guy.👎👎👎👎

Griffith really has it. The staff are great to deal with. The entry into the facility car park is a pain. I'd say it's a council decision though.

Ok today I went to the local Harvey Norman to buy two fridges , with a combined total of $2070 odd dollars. They were both put on my buyers edge card which I have used for probably close to 20 years to buy thousands of dollars worth of their stock , in the last 12 months alone I have paid 500 for a jbl speaker , 1000 for a small reverse cycle split system , 600 for 2 small televisions 2300 for a stove and today just over 2000 for 2 fridges. Now the lady was quite nice when taking the sale and I asked if they could be delivered today as one needed to go to one of our houses where the fridge died completely the night before . I did let her know my son worked in the delivery side and if he could deliver it whenever , if possible as he has keys to both houses, she did then tell me she wasn’t sure if they’d be able to and I said to her I had to come back into town around 2 o’clock and if he couldn’t id bring the Ute and grab them myself . not once did she mention a deliver fee , and to be honest if she had told me id be charged to deliver them 6 kms after I just spent $2000 , I would have quickly said don’t bother and went to the other local appliance store. So I walk out of there and when I get home I get a msg from my son , telling me he just got asked if he was going to deliver them and if so his father hadn’t paid the delivery fee My response was forget the ######delivery I’ll grab them myself but to let them know I will never spend another cent in that store and will tell this story to everyone I know . Betta electrical will be now getting all my business wether they are more expensive or not
