It's slot machines for children. $40 vanished in 15 minutes.

Meh

Fun

The kids love going here. We put credits on their card, and they then play any games they want for the next hour. They get to have fun, then at the end get a prize or two. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Took my nephew. Bought a voucher $50. Loved the variety especially games we could both play and he would win points for small behind the counter prizes. You can't ask more for your money these days eventually we were only 2½ hours there

Bit small and rundown but all in all good family fun

Not a good variety of games, 4 not working, total 25 ish.. when you buy an hour pass for $28 hard to get value for money when only about 5 games 4 yr old can play. 1st visit won't go again. Then parking is $15 in building

My daughter had a birthday party here, and the staff we so supportive. Kids had a blast and loved the party package on offer.

Had son's birthday party. Was a hit with everyone!

Pretty fun arcade if you've never been to one on the mainland. Otherwise you'll notice it's a bit smaller. Good deals on game passes and the birthday boy enjoyed spending his tickets.

So much fun to be had and cute little prizes for the tickets you win

Love it 😊

We always have fun here!

Tiniest game arcade ever, and this is in the CBD area of Hobart. Also got robbed 3-4 times where i paid but the game did not give me a turn. A claw machine robbed me by not giving me a turn for the candy part, it just ended. The way you tap to pay is so confusing and just not right. It is not your usual one where you hover the card over the thing and wait. This one, if you do that, it rejects. You must and must only, tap and hit it with the card for it to work. Absolutely weird. Extremely small game arcade with barely any machines to play The basketball high game is not the actual high game, I broke it by 100, and later on, they reset it back to 250 Everything is $3.00 basically, and this is HOBART. Sydney and Melbourne is $2.50. like what? Service was non-existent. Did not see a single worker, I think they were sitting in a different room on their phones or something pathetic. Worst game arcade experience of my life. Do not recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere, there are better things to do. This was not fun at all, I'm just angry if anything at how bad it was. I feel like I got scammed $100

Removed maximum tune again

Sad to see nothing new here but the higher prices in years. Definitely be awesome to see some new games and better maintained skill machines for the raised costs at least.

Good location, easy parking and nice for playing different games. The price was so high

Great laser tag, and a fun manager at the desk

Freindly helpful staff, and our(dad and 10yearold) was an exciting one. Many options for playing singular games of time allotments. All games were working we used. Wasn't too busy so didn't have to wait either which was great. Thankyou to the team at Intensity Hobart

Always fun for a quick game

Everything is very old and outdated

Went there around 4:30pm Thursday so had most of the games by ourselves. Not much games variety but doesn't have the loud annoying music of some larger arcades. 1 hour pass for $28 was worth it.

Great City

Staff were friendly & the games were loads of fun. Had a great time.

$28hr Unlimited

Laser tag was great fun!

It's good! It can be quite expensive and the new card/tickets system is confusing.

The staff member on had an attitude. I understand it can be difficult, especially with there only being 1 staff member on, but we were incredibly patient and understanding yet still got handed attitude, I am usually forgiving of service workers having worked in customer service for the brunt of my life, but the last straw was him aggressively throwing my friends prizes on the counter, there are better ways to do things. Apart from that the games were alright, not as good as they used to be though.

Pretty good value and variety, but they got rid of the pinball machines and that breaks my heart 😭

Prices have gone up and the games are worse

A few games didn't work. Highlight of the place - basketball games 🏀

Lots of fun

Amy was so lovely and super helpful! She helped my son pick out the most lovely prize with tickets he won. We will definitely be coming back because of the great customer service!

Brilliant since they updated the game. Kids love it.

So lame with their claw machines downstairs. Put a coin in and it did not work, asked their staff if we can have the coin back all they said is CANNOT once put the coins in cannot take them back. SO LAME. Are you trying to rip your customers off by your old claw machines? Disappointed heaps

Really cringey games

Was alot of fun! Great time with the family.

Daytona was the only decent game in there. No pinball which is a crime. Full of rubbish, ticket spewing games. Went to change my notes only to be told there was a change machine! I used to love this place but no more. Avoid like the plague.

The new games are alot of fun

it's the only place with a DDR machine that I'm aware of, 10/10

We were very impressed with how friendly and professional the staff were. They accommodated us even though they were very busy. Connor gave us lots of help and made sure we had lots of fun.

Fantastic staff, awesome retro and new games, great fun

Good fun for the kids

Good

This place is very small and games are old though the price was very reasonable and we had so much fun!!!!!

Nothing better than 4 kids with a heeps tickets unable to decide on their prize

Great interactive fun

Great way to spend an arvo with the kids, take in a movie at village cinemas then spend an hour or two battling it out with the kids on the many awesome games and prize machines.

Two staff members gave us the insight to the workings of Hobart's night life. Turns out we were not far from our presumptions of tasman folk, one showed us his scar where his second head was removed, and the other showed us a photo of his girlfriend/cousin. She was a stunner. The employee's here are a dim a dozen and you should definitely give them a pay rise. Also hire some coloured people looking a bit like the KKK in there.

Very fun

Sooo much fun

Not a huge range of games but enough to keep you occupied for a hour or two. Friendly staff and good specials (on the occasion that they are on)

Had an blast with my son

So much fun. Helpful staff. Fun games.

Super sessions on Sunday good value, laser tag is good fun

A real let down, not all the games are available to play🤷‍♂️

It was quite fun playing there with friends, however I found the staff a bit rude. Everything seemed pretty clean and there wasn't food left anywhere so that was pretty cool too.

Great

Old school games centre, with a few newer games. Clearly still a popular choice after many years

Always a great experience, decently priced arcade. Great for when you are waiting for a movie!

Staff were friendly and helpful... but the place is in desperate need of new games

Loved the vibe.

old games, lots of restrictions to play, some of machinese coins only,

Amazing Selection of Arcade machines that any enthusiast will immensely enjoy! There's really an awesome amount of games and I love the welcoming atmosphere.

Seemed to be clean, plenty of choice.

Giant sign for $10 one hour play. Went to pay and told it’s not valid for school holidays.
