Bought a bar fridge, 75” Hisense Tv and MacBook with the help of Imran. Must say that gentleman is definitely an asset to the store. Such a great help, definitely knows his info and makes your shopping process so smooth. So much appreciation for him 👌🏼

Would give less if I could, happy to try onsell you warranties, trials, insurance crap but god forbid if you need to return something. Met with 3 rude, blank faces that said they don't have $150 cash in the till to return an item and to come back hours and hours later when I questioned why the 3 just snickered to themselves rudely
Your employees usually stand around the counter having a chat while there’s so many people in the line?
The staff are always super helpful and friendly. I’ve bought both my TV and multiple upgrades for my entertainment systems and they are always great at helping inform me and to get/ find a good deal.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Bankstown served by [M]. I was forced to wait over an hour due to a system error with my eCard payment. Initially, staff incorrectly accused me of insufficient funds, which was both embarrassing and frustrating. After the manager checked, it turned out the payment had gone through, yet I was told I simply had to wait while other customers were served ahead of me. As a parent with a young child, this lack of urgency and customer care was unacceptable. The situation was entirely the store's fault, yet there was no apology or effort to prioritise resolving the issue. I hope the management takes steps to improve their system and train their staff on better customer service. This experience has left me hesitant to return.

Big scammers and hopeless cant solve any silly problem for customers, i had an issue with Microsoft 365 voucher redeem and kept going back and forth to solve it and the end sorry we cant return the voucher its microsoft fault and microsoft sees its store fault. Never again to buy such things from this disgusting customer place
I visited JB Hi-Fi today looking for an exchange on the Polaroid printer, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Anna. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as she explained the options and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. JB Hi-Fi is lucky to have such a helpful and professional team member.
Easy parking at Wiley Park store for final Christmas shopping, the computer and mobile phone representatives assisted me well for my purchase, and the prices were fantastic. I will definitely be back again
Had a very poor experience with my click and collect order at JB hi fi bankstown. I was asked to wait on side by one girl at the counter for my click and collect order. When on checking for my order again after 10 minutes to the same girl at the counter , she replied very rudely and showed no respect that I patiently waited on the side and was only keen to get other people in queue for billing. Though the other girls at the counter were very supportive and helped in getting my order, hence 2 stars.

The manager can’t manage. Rude dismissive and avoidant. Should not be customer facing at all, you’re better off hiring a wall to do his job. The floor staff aren’t better but that’s not surprising as they learn from the examples set by their leader. The staff at Liverpool are the best, never ever going back to this dump

Very long wait only to pick up an order placed online 3 days ago, lots of staff walking around but only one really at the counter with a long queue of clients waiting to pick up order. Nobody seems to care how long we are waiting in line. It’s only at 9ish in the morning, the store is literally not busy with other buyers but only people at the pickup counter. Waiting for almost half hour and still waiting. Disappointed with this lack of efficient management and service quality of the store.

JB 0 - Big W 1. Customer service is non existant in your store. You would think this would be paramount in todays economic climate.
I had to pick up a click and collect order on behalf of my husband, it was a small process but I already knew that. (And tbh, I just wanted to know what the process was for future anyways.) Alex was very kind as he explained what the process was, it was really busy so I did have to wait a good half an hour waiting for the next step. This review honestly for how kind and compassionate Jana was. She kept seeing me on the side and asking if I needed help, and that she’d apologise on the long wait for someone to get back to me on my husband sending the email consent for me to pick up the item. It was just her and another worker who was new, so even though I waited long I didn’t want to seem too annoyed or impatient as I know what it’s like to be new in retail and especially during Black Friday time. But Jana really helped me to not be too irritated with her great customer service. In the end, I was alllowed to get the item but it was at the front of the new girls section and because it was so busy, she didn’t realise. I’m just glad it was someone like me because I had to wait maybe another extra 15/20 minutes until another jb hi-fi lovely scarfed lady asked if that was the item. Probably just only criticism is to train the newbies up more so you don’t encounter someone who will make a scene if this ever did happen. But anyways, shout-out to Jana especially for making me feel included and seen while it was very busy and not forgetting about me.
I bought a Xiaomi redmi 13 from their a month ago for $350+the travel charger for $39 without the type c to c charger so I had to buy that separately. It could've been way cheaper though, the phones performing ok but just the price was a bit too high and the worker said it's 5g compatible which I found out later was a lie. So I'm giving it 2 stars. If they included a cheap headset maybe I would've given them 3 stars.

Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable staff, wish I remembered the guys name to give him a shout out as it's rare to find this level of assistance especially in retail.. and on a weekend being a younger staff member. We even had a chat about retail and he said he he genuinely likes his job, it wasn't just because he HAD to either. I've actually never had a bad experience at this store.

Last night around 8.40pm, I had already chosen what I wanted to buy and all the employees looking at us but not serving us. Around 10 mins later, we managed to pull away an employee to help us and we head to the reception desk where the 4 employees, there was only one employee serving a lady ahead of me. It was my turn in queue (no one behind me), the employee saw me and she stepped back and made herself seem busy. Another employee entered behind the desk and the lady who didn't serve us told her 'oh you serve them, I'll talk later'. The employee who served us didn't care and the customer service was horrible and utterly disgusting.
I have had a problem. With my google acc for almost 2 years. Nobody has been able to help me or wanted to take timevto help me. Until today Eman from your store took the time. Fixed my problem. I am so grateful to him. Wish there were more service staff like him...

I was impressed with their sales staff, but my first experience with this store was disappointing. I pre-ordered a Pixel, and while placing the order, it showed they had it in stock. However, when I went to pick it up today, I was informed they were out of stock and couldn’t provide an ETA. What's the point of pre-ordering if they can't fulfill the order? The whole point of preordering is to have the phone on 1st day.

I'll get straight to the point—claiming a refund after an unsuccessful warranty repair has been a nightmare. They said my new $4000 laptop need to be broken 3 times before any kind of replacement or refund. Below is the story: I bought the ASUS G16 2024 earlier this year. Within three months, it started crashing and showing blue screen errors. I sent it to JB HI-FI Bankstown for a warranty repair, which they said would take 4 to 6 weeks—a long time to wait since I needed the laptop for my university studies. Over a month later, I got the laptop back, but within a week, the same issues returned. Frustrated, I went back to JB HI-FI, requesting a refund so I could buy another laptop immediately. I returned to JB HI-FI Bankstown to request the refund, but the process became even more frustrating. I even showed the errors in-store, which they could clearly see, but instead of honouring my request, they insisted on sending it back to ASUS for verification. This was the first irritating hurdle. Then it got worse. The lady informed me that they would send the laptop for another repair, which would again take 4 to 6 weeks, and that it would have to fail a THIRD time before I could receive a replacement or a refund in the form of a store gift card. She kept repeating this policy, despite my repeated requests for a refund if the product was found faulty after this round of repairs. This would mean a total of 3 MONTHS without a functional laptop, just to possibly have it fail again. She claimed this was store policy. I can clearly see there is no such policy on JBHIFI website mentioning about the number times a product have to fail before getting a refund. So now I'm without a laptop, waiting again, and unsure if I'll actually get the refund I asked for.
1st time ever we made suck big purchases from here. Rob helped us dearly & he’s very knowledgeable & awesome. His Manager Andy was simply amazing & very understanding. We made other purchases before but it was the best experience ever at JB HiFi Bankstown that we will always go there moving forward.

I bought a TV in the EOFY sale and the week after there was a 22% sale on tv and soundbar as a bundle deal which i have missed. As my purchase was within 14 days and i wanted to get the bundle deal Mel from the front counter provided me beyond excellent customer service to me. She dedicated her time to listen to me, refund and redone the tv sale as bundle. It was complex to solve but She was calm, and provided me the premium service. Thank you Mel and keep up the good work.

I went to the service counter to get assistance in the purchasing of a TV. The counter service person requested a member of the floor staff to assist me. I waited well over half an hour and still received no assistance. I left disgusted in the lack of service especially when floor staff were assisting people who only just entered the store. I would not recommend this store as staff are very slack and seem to rather waste my time. I went to big W and the service was 100% better. This store needs to review it's customer service standards. I strongly recommend if you need to shop at JB hi-fi, avoid this particular store.
