Great customer service

They dont know what they are doing, i bought phone 2 days ago, in packed condition, went there to get another color, bought the wrong one. They told me, to wait . After 20mins manager said you cant return for change of mind. Which is ridiculous, they denied their own policy told me to raise request with some third party.

Plenty of staff wanting to be helpful, been here many times, the only downside is verity is limited because of the store size but that doesn’t mean it can be ordered in if you’re wanting a particular item.

Even though my product was outside the 30 day return window, they still accepted it because it was in its original packaging and in good condition. That's great service.

Extremely poor service. No one helped unlock the cabinet or provide the product. You have to ask multiple times, and the male staff is rude and arrogant. It seems like they have no interest in selling their products and just display an attitude, especially towards women.

bought a nespresso vertuo next bundle from hoppers crossing store. the packaging came with expired coffee capsules when I opened the box. their manager didn't offer any refunds on the expired capsules and said I had bought the bundled product on sale. indirectly she meant that if something is on sale it's not her responsibility that it's expired. absolutely disgusting. never going back to this store again. she asked me to either come back and return the whole box including the machine or just throw the expired capsules, no decency to give some sort of a store credit or even apologise. ideally she could have asked their supplier for new box of capsules or got them from another store but she wasn't too keen to help.

Service is a bit slow even though not busy but helpful once served.

No service at all. Politely waited for more than 15 minutes to ask a question about 2 kitchen appliances. Nothing. Went to Harvey Norman's instead

Terrible management at this store. Purchased jbl headphones that were faulty and they refused to replace or return them on the same day they were purchased. Rude and arrogant manager named Jess. Made me go away and make a complaint to online jbhifi or call JBL 🤷‍♂️

Decent sized store. Wide range of goods on offer from TV's to headphones. Staff reasonably friendly. Specials Cs be found through the store at different times of the year. Good location. Parking available out the front but can be busy sometimes.

Two stars because they've ceased selling DVD'S and BluRays. I've lost count of the amount of things we've ended up purchasing when we were only there to buy a movie or tv series. Now there's nothing to draw me to the store. Their competition offers competitive prices and free delivery so..no draw, no impulse buying and no $$$ for JB.

Staff are helpful but I think management should hire more staff during busy times , I needed a camera and I asked a man and he said wait at the camera section and he will send someone to assist us, but no one showed up and I had to wait for 2 hours, till I found another person who got the camera for me, he was quick , nice, smiling . It is a nice store for electronics but more staff are needed. Thank you :)

Catrina was extremely friendly and helpful. Cute cat went above and beyond to provide excellent advice, helping us choose the right smart watch that suited our needs. She also made the best lowest price. Her customer service was outstanding, and we truly appreciated her effort and expertise!

We were assisted by Karl from the store and his service is exceptional. I wanted to purchase a specific colour phone which was not available in stock but he went above and beyond with his service and searched all stores to get me what I needed. The next time we went I noticed he was helping someone with the same exceptional service and they mentioned the same that he is a gem. Really appreciated your service Karl.
