The most rude Manager and horrible room ever seen please don’t go there at all even if they offered for $5 a night You even wouldn’t keep your dog in that room They cheat on you and they won’t give any refund

We stayed for the billie elish concert Room 23 , left a night early leaving in the afternoon , booked 2 nights with 4 guests including myself. The overall conditions of this place is terrible, when we first came in we had biscuit crumbs all over the carpet and seat, stunk of mound on the windows and the rooms have smelt like chain smokers living in them for years had mound inside the air conditioner and bath room was bad enough to make one sick. The tv never worked running the channels or wifi apps. WiFi didn’t work at all. Reception was terrible sitting in the rooms. When leaving in the morning to do something, house keeping only changed one out the three beds which was pretty silly why bother to change one then ? Then for us to have our room cleaned specifically not having the sign to clean our room when asked then they still went in our room and did so with our valuables still eft around. Felt so sketchy didn’t even know if the cleaners toke anything from us. Water pressure was really bad and toke a couple of minutes to warm up. Overall just really terrible experience and they just rename themselves a motor Inn not a hotel such false advertising especially what lack of facilities they have, would’ve rather to just spend an extra $100 or 2 on an actual hotel with facilities. Just wanting a refund or at least half of our payment back. Going to contact the Hotel themselves for further inquires or the manger to see what I can do.

Very budget hotel, uncomfortable beds wouldn’t recommend more than a one night stay Clearly the roof and surrounds are made of some form of colour-bond material, in the early hours of the morning the sound of a bird landing and running along the roof woke us up, sounded like a person running along the roof. The sound from the corridors and other rooms also echo. The food is somewhat redeeming, cheap and large portions

Thieves. They Cancelled my room before arrival, with no attempt to even contact me. I called and was told there's no vacancies and hung up on. Yet still they take my money the next morning and overdraw my account. Call again, be told they will speak to management and call me back within 30 minutes. No call. 3hrs later try again, same thing. Email no reply. So here we are with a bad review. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

If i could give this 0 stars i would, room was absolutely disgusting, stains and sticky stuff everywhere, including the beds and also a window that was permanently open that led to the roof, mould in the showers (the shower was incredibly tiny), i’ve inserted photos so you could see for yourself, DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel looks completely different to how it does on booking.com (where we booked our room) and there was possibly bed bugs on the bed as we saw bug shedding that looked the equivalent to that them.

We stayed there for one night to attend an event at Accor Stadium. It is 7km from the stadium and an easy $20-25 Uber ride. Note that this is a basic motel, not a hotel - that's kind of false advertising. The motel was cheap at $100 for the night and, for that price and it's location, it is great value and worth it if you are looking for a place to stay while you attend a big event. However, it is just a cheap motel with paper thin walls. The people in the next room had a domestic for 4 hours from 11pm to 3am. It was so bad we couldn't sleep and eventually had to call the police because it was clear the motel were not doing anything about it... Hence the 1 star service rating. Bad things The room itself was pretty dirty and we found a baby's used dummy on the floor near our bed. The room itself also had no bin in the bedroom, just a small one in the bathroom. The bathroom fan sounded like a 747 taking off. The shower door was creaky. The toilet seat was broken and half hanging off. The shower was super hard to adjust to the right temperature. The pillows were way too cheap and soft. Bar fridge cupboard was broken and ajar. Good things Decent beds with what felt like clean sheets. Good toiletry products. Great location. Easy check-in and check out (dump the key in a box). Bar fridge worked. Good pizza place next door that opens late. Free and easy parking (and it felt safe). It's next to a pub/club so you can make use of that and walk back to your room.

They wanted $105 for the night but would not accept cash. I called back for a feed but nothing gluten free. The Chinese restaurant out the front is closed.

where do we begin. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception is in this tiny corner of the bar/bistro which smells like decades of indoor smoking had occurred. Our booking couldn't be found to begin with but unfortunately for us they had a free room they could give up... room 9. Now room 9 was disgusting. There was dried food smeared all over the furniture. The tv unit and bedside tables looked like they belonged on local councils hard rubbish collection. The bedhead would have been nice on the day of purchase however it was fabric and has never seen a vacuum or dust collector. We were breathing in dust, cigarettes and some fresh air thanks to the windows that hadn't been installed properly and were banging against each other in the wind. A side of mould was included in our $315 stay and was situated in the bathroom along with a vanity tap that was wobbly. The mould could be caused by the lack of a shower door that was once there. Luckily we had shoes we liked and could wear on the carpets that contained who knows what diseases. The carpets hadn't been cleaned and had wet patches. We had PowerPoints that weren't safe. Exposed wires caked in dust could easily start a fire and wouldn't pass any inspection. Don't even begin to think we could sit and enjoy the television to watch Netflix after a long trip. The tv remote didn't work well and the tv itself had no buttons. Privacy isn't important for the owners of this establishment with the bathroom door swinging open as it didn't have a working door knob. We did speak to reception about this and before we could tell them what was wrong with the room they gave us a new room. This one didn’t smell but still had similar issues with the furniture, springs poking up on the mattress and mould in the bathrooms. The manager didn’t want a bar of what we had to say.

Broken cabinet and inadequate lighting. Hotel doesn't have iron and hair dryer, so it's not recommended for travelers needing these things. We stayed over for 4days to attend event, so it wasn't easy to dress up at night with inadequate lighting. Staff was rude as the tv wasn't working and was sent by reception to fix the tv. According to staff member he works at the bar and it is separate from hotel, and to dodge the questions he decided to say he doesn't understand english. Housekeeping staff was great.

If I could give it negative reviews, I would… My friend and I came down to Sydney from Brisbane for the Coldplay concert in November for my birthday, and what a disappointment we encountered. I couldn’t stop laughing when entering the rooms as the pictures online were so different. I’m so confused at how this place has been given more than 1.5 stars. NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: - I had to wear shoes throughout the room as it surely had every bad bacteria under the sun on it. - The shower is 30cm by 100cm. Smallest thing I’ve ever seen. - I could get an iPad bigger than the tv in the room. - Don’t even get me started on the ‘reception’. - Raw meat just laying all over the bench at the pub for ages. - As a middle aged 20-year old female, I’d feel very unsafe to just walk from our room and to the reception. GOOD FEEDBACK - Lovely receptionist lady was helpful and offered to upgrade our room. The new room was better but still very very very underwhelming. Receptionist offered a full refund which should take 6-12 business days.

Would not recommend. Checked in on Friday the 18th of October with my 8 year old child and the room was absolutely disgusting! Sheet was covered in dog hair, could not remove shoes as the ground has god know what on it. Mould on the roof a foul smell, windows were foggy and I doubt they’d ever been cleaned. Manager offered to change bed sheets and vaccum couldn’t do anything about smell because he stated all rooms have this smell’ 😳 After backwards and forwards from higher up they offered a refund and I am yet to still receive that refund! Calledthe manager today and got nothing but hostility from her. She needs a good refresh of customer service! Was promised a refund in 3 days, now been told 6 days very misleading and disappointing! Not happy

We traveled from Melbourne expecting a hotel, as advertised on the website, but it turned out to be more like a motel. The room had scratched tables, broken walls, and a damaged flyscreen, making the stay uncomfortable. The property does not match the photos or descriptions on the site, which is misleading. I recommend the management update their website with accurate images and descriptions to avoid misleading future customers. Very disappointed with the experience.

could have a PowerPoint closer to the bed but otherwise everything else was quite good. Room was clean with easy access and parking.

For the money paid, it was well worth it. Very basic but exactly what we wanted. Staff were friendly, the room was comfy.

Such a worst service, and room was in bad condition with dirty towel on the floor in toilet. Mattresses were in miserable condition too. Heat pump was not working in winter night. No one was answering the call too.

Terrible attitude of the manager - A guy was checking us in. He seemed to be new which is totally okay. He had an issue checking us in and asked for help from the manager. She sighed heavily and had a terrible attitude towards him- felt bad for the poor guy.

Absolute disaster. The “hotel” was full of loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate guests, screaming couples and drunk guys who didn’t care people were trying to sleep. The walls are paper thin and we had to leave in the middle of the night. DO NOT stay here.

Got free pool competitions Wednesday nights. They do food there and have accommodations. Can be loud in pokie room easy access from highway plenty space if ur a truck driver needing a spot to stop and grab a feed nd nap. There is also a pizza kebab shop next to palms if steak ain't wat u like if ya after salad dont expect much with ya snity or steak. But it filled the hole :)

The shower had no door, the bed was that soft I felt like I was sleeping in a beenbag , so sore after sleeping there , found broken glass on the stairs lucky I was wearing shoes , but the room did it's purpose of a bed to sleep in before going to the airport

Ive had the absolute pleasure of visiting the palms hotel and to my delight the pub had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, i was throughly impressed at how clean the bar area was and the blonde female asian bartender was very accomodating but above all her service with a smile was outstanding. Would visit again in future!

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked and stayed. Oh my god the room had a bad smell and wasn't game enough to open the fridge. Mould in the bathroom and was crazy at night with noisy people outside banging and running outside the rooms. I felt the place should change its name to Motel not Hotel because the picture from the entrance is soooooooo misleading. Thank God they have friendly staff but never going back to that place. Have stayed here recently the place is disgusting. The rooms are old and run down, very noisy at night when you’re trying to sleep, we got bitten by bed bugs while we were sleeping. Would not recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE we first arrived then they said they didnt trust us from the way we looked they where very rude and when we walked into our room could barley open the door the room was disgusting it looked nothing like the photo it smelt like piss and vomit there was mold on the walls and the manger was so rude she told us just to leave and get out and didnt even wanna negotiate to help us out first time and sydney and the service was disgusting i would never go back the hygine level was below minimum and they judged us for our looks so disgusting and you couldnt even tell if it was locked from the inside and they clam its a hotel and then she tried to say look it says motel when online it says hotel if its a motel say that

Stayed here recently and wasn’t expecting it to be that great with the other reviews I read and for the price is was but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms got cleaned everyday. The staff were lovely and helpful and the food in the restaurant was tasty. The only bad thing is I didn’t win on the pokies but that’s to be expected.
