We recently had our wedding at the Hydro Majestic (15/04/23). Planning the day and working with Aurelie was an absolute pleasure. Aurelie was knowledgeable, friendly, communicated wonderfully and gave us the best advice and support throughout the whole process. The staff during our tasting and on the night of the wedding were absolutely fantastic. The room we stayed in was magnificent, tidy and we loved every moment. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend doing canapes - they were so tasty! My husband and I could not be more thankful to the team and staff at the Hydro Majestic, but especially to Aurelie, she was exceptionally amazing at what she does and it was an absolute delight working with her on our big and very special day. She did an incredible job - thank you so much Aurelie. We had such an amazing time, literally one of the best days of our lives. Thank you so much.

Disappointing experiences for friends and family. Full refund was not offered when mitigating circumstances forced cancellation well in advance of the booking date.

BEWARE! Very DISAPPOINTING experience in the end. I had to cancel the wedding due to unfortunate circumstances. I received a partial refund and I asked if the remainder of the funds may be used as a credit, to which I was denied. I strongly DO NOT recommend dealing with the Escarpment Group.

FANTASTIC VALUE Stay at Hydro Majestic Hotel due to its location, history and it did not disappoint. We were impressed by the real heritage elegant hotel with an authentic feel about it, perfectly comfortable with a very friendly atmosphere. The staff was all super friendly and went out of their way to help us. High tea at Winter Garden restaurant was our marvelous time. Will definitely be going back.

I have been to many hotels and none could capture sceneries and personal touches as well as these of Escarpment Group. There is a special aura coming out of each and every property. Very unique in a beautiful way. Hydro Majestic and Parklands are like perfect wines well-aged with time and care. The staff who took care of me are really exemplary candidates of home feel hospitality. All made my stays heart warming and special.

Never visiting again. Stop stealing wages from your staff. If you care about workers rights, do not visit is my recommendation.
