Always a pleasure. Things always in stock. Rare I can’t Google for something, find jaycar carry it and then collect it on the way home. Staff that care and actually help you solve problems. Couldn’t be happier.

Helpful and friendly staff. If you are unsure of a product, do not hesitate to ask for some advice from the knowledgeable staff members. Always a good place to go to get some inspiration in creating new projects.

Simon, the store manager, is absolutely AWESOME! He went out of his way to help me with his skill and knowledge and no charge at all for his help! I was amazed By his kindness and him taking his time to help me! Thank you thank you thank you for solving a big issue of mine! You are amazing!

Lots of great tech gadgets. A small shop but we'll laid out and plenty of stock. Staff appear to enjoy their job and are knowledgeable. I was quickly directed to what I needed, prices seemed fair!

Just had an excellent experience with a gentlemen looking after my (very specific) battery needs. I would not hesitate to go there first to purchase goods with anything electronic related. He even replaced clippers to suit the spade terminals. I could tell he loved his job. 5 stars earned.

The staff are as helpful as they can be, but some of the products are considerably overpriced for how much cheaper you could get them for online. Of course a physical store will have higher prices, but some things are just too expensive.

Rude staff..I checked something online which was in stock the guy over the counter said yes we have 10 and he had a chat with his other colleagues and tell me it's a stock error" lol. It's it just that they wanted to sell me more expensive product and hide the one which is cheaper and better vale. Never go to this place they have no responsibility towards the consumers they just want to rip you off as much as possible."

Every time I pop in the manager and staff here are the best! Friendly, knowledable and above all else take the time to explain things to you. Would highly recommend the products, prices and the guys at the Kingston store!

Bought a reverse camera a few months back, was very satisfied until the screen failed. Adam was extremely helpful, and it was easy to get a replacement under warranty, exceptionally happy with customer service, the staff know their products, and it’s a pleasure to shop there.

Grudgingly exchanged an unopened & unused item 3 weeks after purchase. Item purchased based on clearly incorrect advice from staff member in the first place and was not suitable for job. Great store but poor customer service.
