Clean and tidy, just very noisy, loved the wellness chair, ok with good ear plugs.

Went here for a holiday and I'm very happy with my stay over my 9 nights. It was good value for money too. The rooms are comfortable and the cooking and food preparation facilities are really good. It was good to be able to get some groceries and cook some chicken there to save money. Very close to town as well without the noise from traffic. you could walk 5 mins to the shops to pick up anything or go straight to the buses and go from there. The staff were very nice people and more than happy to help settle in and stay comfortable. The shared bathroom arrangement was good too, more than enough facilities which were cleaned every day.

We booked a night here to recover & rest up from the Narrowneck Night Run endurance event, and found it perfect for purpose, with nice extras not seen in other Katoomba accommodations. Immaculate, comfortable, open, offering a kitchen and dining area with common fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery. Located in a quiet side street away from the busier ones, midway between Echo Point and the town farther up the hill. It was also unique with Asian influence and Blue Mountains heritage architecture, to make us feel as if we were on holiday overseas at a very pleasant retreat. A hidden gem and underrated, would definitely go back.

Cheap and clean rooms walking distance to everything in Katoomba. (Just be aware this town has many hills and steep footpaths.) On site parking. If your room doesn’t have a massage chair, one is available downstairs. The building is historic so the rooms have high ceilings, meaning the two very noisy heaters might keep you awake all night, as they did I… Checked myself in and out as no staff on site when I was staying. The centre specialises in helping cancer patients, and anyone else, with herbal remedies, meditation and massage. (you may need to book these things in advance)

Best night we've had for a long time with my boyfriend. A room of perfect cleanliness, more than comfortable bedding and an absolute calm that changes major cities! The staff is very welcoming and benevolent. The location of the place is a 10-minute walk from scenic world not necessarily need to take the bus which is also very close. If you want to spend a quiet moment and come back to rest from a stay you are in the right place! If we have the opportunity, we will come back ! Thank you !

It’s my second time here. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. Love staying in the big white building. Short walk to the shops and local attractions. Couldn’t wish for more. Thanks to you and your family 🤩🤗

Very nice building located in a quiet street, cozy room and great facility, definitely worth another visit!!

At $100 a night, I can't expect too much so I'm giving it 4 stars despite the issues. I checked in late but the instructions for checking in worked fine. The door stops don't work. The wooden one kept sliding and the magnetic one lost its magnet. I could not get the heater to work. There were no extra blankets. Luckily I brought extra clothes. There was no topsheet on the bed. The light globe in the bathroom was broken. Not a huge deal as there were other lights but a little annoying. Wifi worked. There was no milk for tea and coffee. The garbage bin was tiny. There is no wheelchair access. I tried to get my ebike downstairs and I fell over as it was so heavy to carry. Bidet was unexpected. Didn’t use the massage chair.

The room was basic, though they did have a massage chair. The room did have a heater but it was no match for the cool mountain temperatures, especially at night. The front-desk is not staffed 24/7 so hopefully you won't have an issue while they are not there. Although the information booklet in the room suggested that one can order food up to 7:30 PM, this was not the case. Wi-fi was good and when the front-desk was staffed, service was very friendly.

Wonderful place, clean and tidy, the rooms have a massage couch which works just perfect, the owner and the receptionist are nice and easy going fellas, definitely recommend to visit.

The best place to stay in blue mountain! Amazing staff

Came here with a group of 15 and had the best time. Great place, lovely rooms and staff (all equipped with massage chairs). We were allowed to use the back area for a birthday celebration. Clean amenities, showers and toilets are out of this world. We even got a souvenir when we checked out. Definitely going to come back, a place to recommend. 💜💜

The staff are very friendly. But the food is lack of flavour. One room is no toilet roll paper. Another room is no any cup for brash the teeth. We and not recommend it for you to stay.

I have stayed in Katoomba a few times before, tho never heard about this place. Once it showed on Expedia, Ive planned another hiking overnight trip as I wanted to try this place. Yes, the massage chair is in the room and free of charge. Nice new place, clean, bed comfy, shared bathroom was not busy. I would definitely stay again!
