very bad service of delivery i have ordered online washing machine i didn’t get the machine have to stay at home excepted to deliver saturday…Jb hi fi member came to deliver but took that back and said its defected piece we will come tomorrow i am still waiting no one come for delivery even took my old machine as well…zero star service

Bad customer service! Huge waiting to get the order, I was first to came in and last to get my order and after seeking the reason they said they haven’t sent my order when I first came in to reception as they forgot!!!!!!! I had to follow up more than two times and wait for more than 30 minutes to get my order!!

Dont buy anything from this store they don't have any return policy even after 1 hpur they won't return the product if you purchased once staff is very rude even the manager off the store don't know how to talk with customer

Very rude, less knowledge, you don’t feel like welcoming environment, none wants to service you, on top of that they have less devices than other shops.

Sales rep Aidon was very rude when I asked him to price match he is like I have a option of not selling you the item, he can use some better words if he doesn't want to do the sale. Seems sales people need some training how to deal/talk to customers.

I bought 2 Hisense 10 kg last week. Cash pick up . Both machines leaking . Request for change but they charged us $65 each for replacement and pick up n delivery . Took a week to do . Very disgusting and very poor customer service with no courtesy at all . Hopeless place to buy any stuff at all . I am not recommending this place for any business at all times. They don’t understand only ready to charge customers as much as can . I’m very very upset with my purchase today. 🥲😟😖😢😩🥵😡😠

The customer service is really poor. We got a TV, received broken and it's been 11 months and there is no solution. It's lying in one corner of our house. I used to apprecite the Marsden Park JBFiHi as one of my fav but after this incident now I won't recommend to anyone. I have the receipt number, all the email.

Confusing. A bit of advice for anyone who order to collect from this warehouse, call the warehouse straight away to check with them, they will never sent you an email or sms if the order is ready to collect. After waiting for 5 days, I went to the store in Marsden park to check and lucky one of the team member told me that I just have to go there at their warehouse to collect it. No need to wait. Also, I understand it's a new warehouse but trust me you guys need more signs and instruction, the address given wasn't really helping.

I had a great experience in store with Mark. I’m not tech savvy at all, so I really appreciated him answering all of my questions about the iPhone 14. He was very patient with me, and I won’t hesitate to shop there again in future. Thanks guys!

The delivery blokes Salam and his mate were overly polite and helpful. I cannot thank them enough to try and help us. It's the JBHifi policy regarding taking the old fridge that is rediculous. And makes no sense.. I will not deal with JB hi-fi if I had to shop again on of other large household items..even though we had a terrific deal.. it's not worth the hassle.

Totally agree with you Michelle their so called customer service is appalling. Ordered on boxing day. Got a message stating it would be delivered on the 28th, we waited all day and no delivery. We called in the afternoon to be told it will be delivered the next day.Again no delivery, we called the next day and they told us they accidentally gave our order to someone else. Don't know how that happens on a computer based system unless they gave our order to their FRIEND. They then advised us they are out of stock and waiting on shipment and shipment will arrive on week of 6th January. They said someone would contact us ASAP once shipment arrives to arrange ASAP delivery.NO they did not. Went to the store yesterday only to be told shipment had arrived during the week. Appalling customer service. Never ever order from here.
