A great little store. Well stocked with great prices. Definitely worth a visit.

Not a bad range of goods, I like to see a permanent core range of heaters for the Katoomba store though.

Was very hard to find a staff member for assistance

I recently visited Kmart Katoomba and had an interaction with Koni, the manager. Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. While I understand that managing a store comes with challenges, I found his approach to customer service lacking. He seemed dismissive and unwilling to assist with a simple inquiry, which left a poor impression. I believe that good leadership sets the tone for a store, and a more approachable and helpful attitude would greatly improve the shopping experience for customers. I hope to see better management in the future.

I was at K-hub the other day and one particular staff member really stuck out to me. Amelia. I needed help on deciding the right water bottle to buy and she was so helpful with showing me where they were and what types you had, she also was just so welcoming ☀️

Lovely staff, very tidy store, regularly shop here and have never had an unpleasant experience. A few days ago i witnessed a very rude customer, with the manager (i believe her name is Karen) remaining polite and professional.

Lazy and unhelpful staff

20 minutes ago went in to exchange a pair of boots bought yesterday as they were too big for my partner and I wanted to return mine as they were too wide for my feet and I’ll just use my old ones. A woman in her mid 40s walked over and began to serve us and immediately started off rude. As soon as she realised I used afterpay she got immediately ruder and started up “you aren’t getting money back you realise” and kept on about something like that which is fine I understand that I didn’t want money back… Then at the end she wasn’t exchanged the size 11 for a size 10 and said that because I used afterpay I’m not allowed to exchange which I know is false! I’ve done it in Bathurst plenty of times as the size isn’t always correct and they were always lovely too. She then began again about how she told me all this at the beginning which she didn’t and was extremely rude and made me feel like less of a person because I used afterpay a service Kmart offers?? I went back to the car and cried my eyes out because this woman made me feel horrible on a day where I’m already dealing with the death of family and a whole bunch of other personal things. I’m sorry I don’t have enough money to please you when you’re 40 and working at Kmart and not even a manager. Nothing wrong with people working those jobs unless you’re a sad shallow person which this woman was, thanks for making my day 100x harder then it had to be.

What a poor selection of underwear they have, it's a complete disgrace what they have on th shelf! Who is actually buying these in the first place to sell to us is just cheap and nasty

Excessive cost of parking even at Kmart.

Okay, great shop, I love it so much. But they make high schoolers leave their bags outside the shop, in easy access to anyone. I hate that they assume that just because someone goes to high school means that they are gonna steal.

The staff are so rude never helpful and the manager AMANDA BLOODY YELLED AT ME!!!!! And yelling has never been the answer if I could give no stars I would!!!! BUT UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T!!! I WILL NEVER STEP ONE FOOT IN THEIR, nor will I recommend to my friends or family

Wide range of products, efficient staff. Great place to find a house hold product.

Great for finding niche things cheaply. They sold me a fast charging usb for about 9 bucks compared to big w that were asking for like 23 or more. It's good to check this place before heading to other places. They might not have a huge selection of stuff but they do have some cheap small things like pens, chargers, wallplugs that are dirt cheap but pretty dam good.

Lots of kid's clothing. Only one checkout line in the whole store, but it wasn't busy in there at the time - don't know how they would manage on a busy weekend?

Had what I wanted a pair of cargo pants in my size, and got my wife a pair of slippers

Was looking for an outfit for a funeral. Sad, I know, but you have no idea! Got a 3 piece outfit for $54. INSANE.

It was great good deals on kids and ladies wear plus it was gr8 that there were Easter eggs still many shops in lithgow had no Easter eggs and the lovely girl that served me was wonderful I have had lovely dealings with them ever time I have gone

Click and Collect from this store gave me the option to pick up my item at 6:40pm. When I arrived I found that the store was closed. Not sure why there is an option to pick up items after 6pm when the store closes at 6pm but for me it was a 45 minute round trip that was a total waste of my time and petrol. Absolutely furious

Friendly service, not as big as some KMarts but had a good selection of the usual.

Kmart is basic and cheap. Quality of some items are questionable.

Great staff on door. Knew their job and did it, even in the face of rudeness from some people. All other staff lovely too. Also got the most beautiful dressing gown for just $7. All round good experience. 😁

as a hub it’s smaller but it’s got the essential and somehow i think it’s focused and there’s less junk.

The sign at the entrance says that K Hub is a smaller Kmart, but I actually found it pretty complete, covering all areas that you'd expect from a larger Kmart, just not with 25 mugs of blue colour.

The team is friendly, products range are so limited though and a small parking available

Kmart Katoomba serves with decent products at an affordable price point. The staff is pretty awesome. 5 Stars well deserved.

Lovely so much and very reasonable almost cheap. Lovely to have back in Katoomba.
