I didn't leave a review when I bought 2 x arcade machines January 2020. One brand new the other was for a gift, cheap second hand unit. The second hand one had a problem with a joystic after a month Anthony came and replaced them both within days, all going great still. my new (more than 3 years now)Archade machine went dead couple weeks ago nothing on the screen. No signal. Called anthonthy he sent me a you tube video he made to follow instructions on how to replace a little battery in the computer and then follow simple instructions to reboot the mother board it worked a treat. It was simple Going great again. Saved me a service call out or other option to take to the store and a small fee they could reboot the removable motherboard at the shop. These guys are always quick to respond to the emails and sort things out. Thanks Anthony great work enjoying the games, especially at party times.

I recently purchased a Platinum Ultra games cabinet from My Games Room and the level of service was outstanding. Anthony was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and outlining in clear terms the parameters and capabilities of the product. He made the purchase quick and easy and had the machine ready for transit when I arrived to pick it up. I was super excited by the prospect of having access to all my favourite arcade games from the eighties and nineties and a bit like an impatient kid on Christmas Eve, but I was genuinely impressed by how quickly he made it all happen. I got the machine home fine, but found the unit had developed some issues during transit and was malfunctioning. Still way fun, but disappointingly, the power was cutting out. After a quick call to Anthony, problem solved. He sent one of his friendly, professional and helpful staff down to Wollongong the very next morning. He quickly ironed out the issue and was a great guy who seemed genuinely glad to have been able to help. In summary, the machine is running perfectly and I've been reliving all of the treasured video gaming experiences of my childhood, all thanks to Anthony and his crew. Anthony's very knowledgable and taught me a couple of tips of maintaining the machine after mine died. He successfully restored my 2008 machine with HD graphics, punchier sounds, massive games library (it's got Wild Guns finally) and now i can make bucks outta my drunken friends. An excellent place located just off of the Hume Highway which supports people with all their arcade needs and services. I've purchased various DIY products from here including buttons, joysticks and arcade boards where the staff goes out of their way to ensure you have all the essentials along with tips and advice for building your very own arcade machine. Although this place doesn't cater towards all specific arcade needs (eg backlit buttons, marquees), you can always purchase one of their very own arcade cabinets to provide an welcome edition to your very own man cave or next party. I cannot overstate how helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional the guys were at MGR. I brought an item which didn't work on my arcade machine (my fault) and they were not only kind enough to accept the item back with a full refund excluding postage. They taken over an hour over the phone to explain and help me with what I needed, even without making a purchase or offer any business. Other websites I have tried rarely return an email, let alone provide such help. Definitely shop here. Give these guys a chance. You wont be disappointed.

Anthony has help us many times, my late husband had MND and Anthony went out of his way to make something so my husband could still play his favourite games with his feet. My daughter has Autism and after we moved her machine would not work. One email to Anthony and he called us to help to get it working again. He is way more than just a salesman. It is rare today that you can work with someone across the ocean and get answers to deep technical questions with ease. After finding a product that met my needs but was only available 6K miles away, I had hesitation on the purchase. Anthony spent time answering each and every question before and after purchase. To my amazement, the product circled the globe to my door in only 3 business days and even with some rare wiring issues, we were able to get the product installed in a 3rd party cabinet and realize its potential very quickly. The Arcade Blaster product met all my expectations and I look forward to years of fun.
