Had a fantastic time at timezone today. Got great assistance from a young man named Sam W. Super helpful and just a lovely gentlemen. Facilities were clean, no broken games and though it's a little loud is really convenient to come and play a few games. I usually come with my kids, but have been known to pop in on my own to play some games without being nagged!

My kids Enjoyed the games every time. 👍 Very friendly staff.

Sam W had possibly the best customer service I’ve had in the 7 years that I’ve taken my kids. Friendliest smile and when my son was down he gave him the motivation to keep going then my son won a prize. Overall he is a great worker 11/10 will be back on his next shift.

My most recent experience with Timezone Miranda was incredible! All of the staff was very helpful and took the time and day for me and my little girl, who had a blast! I would like to extend my gratitude towards a specific member on staff that went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Olivia was not only helpful in getting our tickets but also showing us to games that was appropriate for my daughter and endless fun!!

Freya is the best worker at Timezone

Freya has been a wonderful party host today for my sons 6th birthday. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Thanks for a great party guys, keep up the good work. For those looking to have a party: there's a good amount of games in the space that 30 kids (probably more) could enjoy at any time, the cards will read a number on the screen when scanned - of games left - and be this actually means minutes remaining (not games), they have a fridge should you need storage for cake or drinks and the party area is open area (not an enclosed room) with 3 large solid tables and stools (cups and napkins are provided), it was spacious enough for 20 kids plus parents but for more it would be tight, not impossible but tight. There's coffee and cold drinks avaliable at the counter but no catering (plenty of options in the food court above) but you can bring your own, I believe they ask for allergies as lollies are handed out to the kids by the staff during play time. The whole place including the arcade was very clean, which was great to see! Not even a dumped lolly wrapper in sight. If you've got a stroller or trolley lift access is avaliable from the Urunga Pde street side of the building. Freya will take great care of your child and give you/them a detailed run down of the games/options. Game time starts first (about 15 mins after arrival) and then party area is avaliable after play time. Kids can get a small toy or a bunch of lollies from the store with 400 tickets, they don't accumulate more tickets on the card with playtime it's a set 400 (more for the birthday child). I was not super organised I must shamefully admit as I missed the comfimation email (check your junk folder) and confirmation phone call, but all the staff were very accommodating and helpful with everything.

Best Experience Ever at Timezone Miranda, All Thanks to Henry! I just have to shout out to Henry at Timezone Miranda for absolutely nailing customer service. From the moment I walked in, his super friendly demeanor and charming smile made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. He was not only incredibly helpful—going above and beyond to make sure I had the best time—but also hilarious! His humor had me laughing the whole time, making it feel less like a typical arcade visit and more like hanging out with a friend. Henry is seriously the definition of what great service should be—he’s so easy to talk to, incredibly personable, and clearly loves what he does. It’s rare to meet someone who can balance being super cute, funny, and just the right amount of helpful without ever feeling overbearing. This time zone has lovely staff that are friendly and work with a possible attitude one worker stuck out to me her name way Freya, who helped me with my 5 year old brother who had the best time !!! He couldn’t stop laughing and smiling and after continued to ask if we could go back to see Freya.

Me and the family had a wonderful birthday party here for my 5 year old son. All arcade machines were very entertaining and fun. Staff was very polite and good but..... there was one staff member that stood out to me, she was very helpful with the party and whenever we needed anything she was right there, her name was Freya and I need the manger to give this girl a raise!!!!

We had our son's 10th birthday there and it was excellent! Easy for parents as everything is organised, we were able to bring our own food but they set the tables. The host was with the kids and the kids could play plenty of games and the noise that 10 yr old boys make was no issue and it is a noisy place anyway
