I visited Crown Casino on 6th December 2024. I was refused entry on the basis that the Star casino Sydney had sent Crown a notification that they had banned me from their establishment for providing feedback about the new cashier processes at the Sovereign room. This was quite an embarrassing experience and then recently on 24 December I receive mail that I have been banned permanently from all crown casinos in Australia. What a pathetic organisation I visited the establishment once in 2024. The fact that I provided feedback to the Star they have now said in the band from the crown that I have a gambling problem. The casino commission needs to review this as this is a clear breach of my civil freedom. I haven’t put in the organisation for 12 months and they ban me for a gambling problem. This is an abuse of their licence surely. I’ll be taking this matter up with liquor and gaming and reporting this issue to the NICC commission. What a pathetic organisation who would honestly want to step into a casino and give them your hard earned money again.
