gluten free roast beef, yummy

Food is very average service is non existent even the coffee is terrible

Great food! Had the lamb couscous and fish and chips.

We came for the two for $30 schnitzel special. I appreciated that they let me pick from several options for my sides. I got steamed veggies and salad, plus the chicken schnitzel and mushroom gravy. My husband used his birthday meal coupon for a free dinner of bangers and mash. We all enjoyed our meals. Service was quick and friendly. We were glad we got there early, as there was a long line by the time we left.

Cheeseburger was absolute garbage, meat patty was tiny, no taste...and the chips not cooked well! Learn to make a proper burger!

Kids eat free Tuesday so we went along and also had pension lunch for $15, coffee and desert! Had 2 for 1 steak for $30, just awesome. Staff need to lighten up a bit with any hiccups that come along don't take your job so seriously which means you can present more customer care, with less effort and stress for all including customers who don't feel uncomfortable approaching you if there's been error. Just apologise and move on. Take an example of the drinks bar guy, helpful, friendly, courteous.

Had the rump steak for lunch, was cooked just how I wanted it medium rare. Had Dianne sauce with it which was tasty.

Waited 30 mins for a cold, undercooked chicken burger. Was inedible.

Been the 2 time this year food is shits i don't think it going last that long i am not going back there anymore

It’s very nice! Many people are having dinner here, so I have to wait a bit longer, but the food is good.

The breakfast is disgusting, poor quality and poorly cooked.

Food is consistently good here and depending on how busy it is usually quick service

Its a decent club meal.

Ordered at cafe for lunch kids and got the wrong order. I went back to get a toastie for me (needed GF as they only had GF Desserts) they said they had GF bread but weren’t making sandwiches as they were too busy. What cafe can’t make a sandwiches!!!

The seniors fish and chips is very poor , you only get a tiny piece of fish

Buffet breakfast was delicious and value for money.

Food wise we liked everything we had. Also tried the buffet breakfast which had enough options for me. I particularly liked the mushrooms. But price wise I find it a little pricey

Good food friendly staff

Nice meal of Lamb Rump and Chargrilled Veg Well and truly up to standard

Based on the quality and cost of the 3 items I got today I will not be returning. Cheesy garlic bread- cheese was burnt, tasted horrible Garlic bread- was so over the top oily and lacked the garlic taste. Made my 9 year old feel sick after eating. The kids chips and nuggets; the chips had no salt and tasted 'old', the nuggets were processed chicken with a disgusting mushy texture. You don't get what you pay for at all. High cost for horrible quality.

30 dollars for a Caesar Salad with Chicken is a bit steep. Also we found it very misleading that the kids meals come with an ice cream voucher which turned out to just be a 1 dollar discount. We only realised this after the kids were all excited and could not back out of this unnecessary purchase anymore. Food was standard pub food quality. You are probably better off buying your burger at MCs.

Extremely unhelpful! Thanks for nothing.

Prices are stupidly high for rubbish meals. Face masks don’t work worn like this

They were so busy being the only place open in there to eat at today. Each dish we ordered today was cold, it was a real shame considering the price we payed for the meals. I definatly won't eat there again, it was worse than McDonald's cold food

Steer clear of the scones at the bistro! They were not scones, more like doughy bread buns. The whipped cream was a let down too. Disappointing.

Can see that being dismissive of customer complaints and feedback is a reoccurring theme at this place. We experienced this yesterday with my friend receiving an inedible meal. Staff and Duty Manager both implied it’s her fault, not theirs…..very condescending. Won’t offer a replacement, exchange for another dish of equal or lesser amount or even a refund. Won’t EVER return to this place

The food was Awful tasteless mush apparently though if the chef says it’s ok well too bad for you … Duty manager Rodney Blattman apparently says too bad as well very confrontational to a woman felt really disempowered never ever have I left a restaurant having not eaten a meal in my life and I am 54 my parents were members when club was a shack in the 60’s his attitude was disheartening can not believe this is my local I have been here through all the losses and wins he says he’s been there 20 years well it’s not about that it’s about how you treat customers every one of them…. He also was like this too my friend who is so personable never again Penrith leagues so if I kick up a storm your security will just remove me or anyone not good enough!!!!!! So disappointed……

Great Club Style Food. Fast Friendly Service

Nice food just too crowded

Great

Kelly's Bar and Kitchen is a typical RSL style bistro with a pleasant modern twist. Located inside Panthers, it's a good spot to take the kids while going to the members draws or raffles, and the food is pretty good all things considered, particularly the gigantic 400g chicken schnitzel. Kids also eat free Monday to Thursday.

Reasonable food. Cheeseburger was so plain. Lemon pepper squid was nice steak okay. Bit of a wait on Saturday lunch.

Not the best

Kelly's Bar and Kitchen is a great restaurant. The food is good with a lot of variety.

Christmas 🎄 lunch was a great day at Kelly's staff were very friendly and helpful 😀

Great food and very fair prices

Great place, delicious Food 🤗

Basic but delicious and fairly priced. Yes, out of all things, I chose this, but if you don't impress me with your bangers and mash, I won't even attempt another dish. We will be back.

The only thing worse than the food is the service and banana thick shake. Should have went to kfc in the car park. Can’t believe people line up for it.

Lovely restaurants food is always warm and taste great nice area staff is lovely not too expensive.

Last night ,had dinner at Kelly's Bar & Kitchen, Penrith Panthers, the experience was terrible. Ordered Asparagus soup, Signature Chicken Schnitzel & Thai chicken Green curry. The soup was horrible, full of fibres , couldn't even eat. And on informing at the counter, the Chefs reply was that No one complained since morning and that's the way they do. Me being from the hospitality industry ,it is sad to hear such stupid answers. And as a chef, soups and sauces are one of the basics we learn during our training. Simple fixes can alter the whole experiences in a reputed place like Penrith Panthers. Sad to see these are neglected and necessary actions taken. Hopefully the attitude of the Chefs could have been more professional. The rest of the food was good but Asparagus soup was my first course and really spoilt my appetite. Hope they read these reviews and do the necessary changes.

Been here for lunch with my family today, we ordered 3 coffees and figured out that the barista does not have any knowledge or skill. She totally messed up our morning! There was no foam at all on the cappuccino, latte , or even hot chocolate! We hope next time we visit, the workers will improve their behaviour or learn better customer service skills. It was a bad experience with drinks and customer service there. You don’t mess up with people’s coffee! You should get your barista a class or train them better for a busy Sunday morning.

We regularly do family brekky here on weekends, food and staff are amazing!

Food is ok. Nothing special

I love this restaurant in Panthers. I had the pink chicken burger with haloumi, in aid of breast cancer 🎀 and it was delicious. You get chips with it and it's a great, filling meal.

Never get a meal you can complain about. Always coming back.

Food was great, service was good. Would definitely go back.

Very busy during school holidays. Many seniors specials.

Had a nice meal there

Oct. 2019.Normally fairly decent food. Yesterday lunch, had 200g steak. Well cooked, however it had lot of gristle, and was very chewy. Also, the slice of cake was dry, like about a week old!!! May be a, slow day. 16Sept.2023. Roast(of the day) Pork & vege's. Big line up, but service was really good, 35 min. wait. The meal was the best meal i've had this Year. Pork sweet, gravy great, Pumpkin really sweet, potatoes O.K. and peas NOT overkooked. All in all, satisfying. Walked out feeling great. 23Sep2023. Roast Lamb of the Day ($17). Beautiful!!! plus pumpkin, spuds, n green peas + gravy. Couldn't see Tom Cruze or Tom Jones, too bad!, they missed out on good food. 10thOctober2023 Breakfast. It's a smorgasbord First time at breakfast and it's such a loverly set up. Everything is so well set out in a neat row, see the nice Lady on entry, pay the fee fill your tummy. Plenty if tucker for You and the kids, put the kilos on, nothing but good protein, beautiful orange/apple juice, Weet Bix, Cereal, yoghurt, lots of fruit, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mini Snaggs + much, much more. Might come back tomorrow as well

Great food and price for a Sunday brunch.

Great food good price and serves staff make you feel very welcome

Chicken schnitzel was the smallest I’ve ever seen my cup of gravy was almost bigger than it. The chips were cold when I picked it straight away only good thing was the gravel and salad thank god was free for birthday dinner would have wanted my money back for that so bad never used to be like that

always a pleasure eating at this restaurant. the staff are quite pleasant and the food is the best in Panthers. the quality and texture of the food is top notch

For a Sunday we didn't have to wait to long for our food which was very good. My husband and I had the chicken snitzel I had veg and mash my husband chips and salad. Chicken was crispy vegies cooked well. It is my go to food when I eat out and I would definitely order again

the food was great expect the snitzel was pink.

Been here many many times. I had the steak , which was lovely. My other two companions had the chicken schnitzel & fish & chips. We had garlic bread too. It was good, prices are a little steep . The only thing is I wish they would change their menu. It hasn’t really changed in 6 years. It would be nice to have a little more options

Always yum and solid menu with a few fancier twists. Reliably busy but fast service. Some of the best club food around.

Loved this place. Good food with great ambience. Perfect place for weekend dinner.

First visit there last week for lunch, staffs are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is great, venue is clean and spacious. Unfortunately the food I tried was disappointing. The soup wasn’t great, not fresh and a bit sour. The chicken breast is not tender at all, but tasteless and bland.

It does the trick. Its not overly fancy but you get a nice feed

Busy Saturday night dinner, get in early can get pretty busy. Quick service, good was not too bad. Overall good experience

Great affordable meals, friendly staff. Only one downfall when it's busy, you'll have to walk around looking for a table to sit at.

We had chef’s special lamb rump was dry and almost inedible, extremely small amount of lamb and very poor value for money. Also the grilled barramundi was very dry and very small portion, thrown in some leaves and a slice of tomato and a dozen chips extremely poor value for money. First experience and absolutely the last. Don’t eat there is you are after anything half decent.

Oh my goodness, the food is topnotch. Curry lamb shanks is my favourite dish! The place is packed on weekends.

Excellent...!!!

Don’t ever go here. We booked two weeks in advance for a 50th birthday and was told our booking wasn’t made. we double checked the phone call that was made and it definitely was booked. We are now seated all separate and food is taking over an hour to just order then an hour to come. Also heard another booking didn’t get “booked” the same night. they need to fix their service!!!!

Allways go hear when i get the chance had a nice baked lamb dinner with garlic bread and a strawberry cheese cake and hazelnut mirrang very nice

Ate a delicious schitty. Good amount of crunch, equal amount of softness. Sipping on some Tooheys New, the flavour intensified with each bite. Truly a culinary delight. Thank you.

We were visiting the Leagues Club and decided to have lunch here. I had the Panthers Premium Schnitzel and added onion rings and my wife had the Black Panther Burger. We both enjoyed our meals. We also enjoyed some dessert from the Cafe. Staff were friendly and place was tidy. Next time I will try the Roast of the Day or the Lamb Shanks because they looked good.

Come for a day trip down from Central coast to meet family. Got served pink chicken, took it back respectfully and quietly as there was other patrons ordering. I reordered a ham and cheese sandwich from the Cafe part (as my whole table had eaten by the time I got to my lunch after feeding my child). I then asked the woman what the price diffrence was, she said she was not willing to give me a refund as it was half eaten (8 chips and 3 bites of the chicken before I realised it was pink), not once did I ask for a refund mind you, but when I ordered a $23 meal and got a $5 pre made sandwich in return I feel pretty ripped off. And to also be told that it's the lighting that makes it look pink. Dissapointing is an understatement. If we ever return to panthers will be going elsewhere.

My mum and I regularly enjoy the delicious, affordable food and lovely atmosphere at Kelly's. Yesterday, we were also pleased to see one of the lovely staff members, Leeanne gently coaching a young lady with cerebral palsy to work in the restaurant. She kindly requested if we would allow her student to approach and ask if we had finished with our plates. The girl did a fine job, and we were impressed with Leeanne's emparhetic and caring approach as a mentor. We've always found Leeanne to be a happy, energetic lady who is excellent at her job and Yesterday were even more impressed with her supportive mannerism in this very important role. She is an absolute credit to the club, and we love the way Panthers embraces people with disabilities.

Sue Thank you for the Excellent Service. Please thank the Chef for the Excellent food 100% improvement! Elizabeth and Norman Lee

Arancini is rubbish

Had an excellent pepper steak, salad & chips.

Nice food..multiple options..lovely staff
