Bought a security cameras there, service was great

This phone was on display but when we wanted to buy it they said this phone was already discontinued. What's the reason for keeping it on display?

Large electronics store with many operating tv displays. So much on offer, phones, tablets, electrical appliances and so on. Staff very helpful.

In regard to my purchase last week of an upright freezer from JB's ... The service and the whole process was 5 star (I'd give a 10 star rating if I could!). It was easy to order on line. My freezer was delivered promptly by competent and helpful delivery staff. The delivery staff took good care during the unpacking & installation. The communication process (status updates to my phone) was excellent and delivery was on-time. All in all, the whole thing was done well. I'll certainly buy from JB's again !

Spoke with Joel and he was amazing. Best customer service I've had in a long time. He helped me get a new 65 lg oled c series and it looks and sounds amazing. THANKS JOEL!

I went to JB Hifi to check out a laptop, with the intention of purchasing it after a quick look. I had already done my research. I wandered into the TV 📺 section to check out some models I was interested in. I also ended up buying a 65 inch TV and also a q600 soundbar. I dealt with Joel L and he was very helpful. Had a good knowledge of the products and was able to answer a couple of technical questions. Unfortunately when I set up the soundbar there was an electrical issue and the item was faulty. I got straight on the phone to Joel and explained the situation. He organised a replacement for me to pick up, which I did and it's great. So is the TV and the laptop. Very happy overall with the service I received. Very happy to recommend JB Hifi Gepps Cross

Really helpful staff. I normally go to my local store but was around the corner so thought I'd pop in there instead. Great service from the young man who helped me even though he was finishing as I approached for assistance.

Friendly and attentive staff. But some products on shelves were very dusty.

I've always gone to the Gepps Cross store even though it is often understaffed, busy, they sometimes make mistakes, are sometimes moody, I often have to wait ages for help... But overall, when push comes to shove, they do the right thing and I've had more good experiences than bad. I will always shop there as most of the staff are well trained, they know their products, and I value their knowledge and advice.

It's a JzB Hifi. You know what you're getting.As this one is at an out of town shopping complex, it has more of the bigger white goods etc. A direction JB seems to be heading.

Discussting Service at Gepps Cross Shop. I rang this morning to get a Quote on a New Fridge. 20 Minutes I waited on the phone being shafted to all Different Departments still no Response so I Hung Up. Very Ignorant and Rude.

It was a place of various electronic gadgets and home appliances. Courteous sales representatives and polite attendants.

Services is so bad. I tried to purchase something but noone even came to ask me if I need some help. I asked someone about the product I wanna purchase he didn't even care just told me to ask at the counter. I asked the staff at the counter if she can have someone to help me she said yes but then noone came to me. I saw a staff did the service for a lady, I was waiting patiently then should be my turn. He knew that I already waited for him but he turned around and asked someone else if she needs some help, the lady who he asked didn't need help. I told him I stayed here and waited for him for a while.

Ordered a click and collect, it was ready in 5 minutes. Great service

I was there to buy a TV ,one man was selling and working while the other two men where talking rubbish to some customers that they weren't even buying anything for an hour and fifteen minutes all that was happening in the TV section while me and other people so anxious and frustrated from the ignorance and the poor customer service highly recommend the good guys next door to them who they owned by the same people but the service and the knowledge about the product was like sky and ground difference and I bought a TV and I was done with in ten minutes and they were lovely people highly recommend it.

chronically understaffed. Some of the staff are lovely but management leaves a lot to be desired. They refused to sell me an item that was listed as available for click n collect within the hour on their website & multiple staff members informed me they have several in stock & would serve me at the counter but when at the counter they would not sell me The product or give me a cohesive reason as to why they were unable to sell it to me & told me to come and get it a day later despite them having several in stock. Seems to be a disconnect with what their website & the store itself states.

Rude no customer service

Few weeks ago I went there for the iPhone 16. The crew was very nice though they are busy with groups of customers. I used gift cards which means it took very long to proceed at the check out. But the crew member Berry very very patient and nice with us. Also they put much attention to the details with the numbers. Very professional services delivered.

Great choice of shops

We went in to get a new phone as my husband was having trouble making & receiving calls. The salesperson Jack was amazing. He tried to work out what was wrong so we didn't have to buy a new one. In the end, he wasn't able to fix the problem. So a new phone it was. A good try though instead of just trying to sell if we didn't need it. Thanks Jack!

Im not happy I went to jb hi-fi gepps cross and bought a camera system smart security system it wasnt cheap so i thought i would give it a go and I have been calling since I bought it no response went in there manager wasn't there said he would call never did not happy went home called again said they would call me back still waiting for the call back terrible service and communication as my camera system keeps blowing the circuit in my house im sure they waited for my camera warranty to run out and then wouldn't help and said it's not there fault oh but it is I'm going to call head office that is terrible service I've always put outstanding reviews up and praised the store and for communication and outstanding service and super helpful but not this time so rude and told me in not so many words to leave as they couldn't help I only wanted it replaced

didnt purchase anything on this visit but advisor was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his trade which was great. some other consultants were a little overbearing and too talkative and personal. fine line between too little and too much but take your chances, the staff overall seem friendly.

Thank you Jack for your amazing knowledge on phone and laptops. Your service was exceptional and your polite and relaxed attitude made my store experience easy for someone who is not too technical savvy.

My mum and I were served by Moose when she was deciding on a new phone. He was so lovely, knowledgeable and relatable. He looked after my mum with all of her queries and made sure she was getting what she actually wanted. I wanted to mention him personally as good customer service is hard to find these days.
