Had dinner in the bistro. It was delicious!

To get to the motel the entrance is through the actual hotel, no reception desk and no actual reception staff, you have to find bar staff for inquiries, the door out of the motel itself goes out to a street with no parking so you actually have to walk around the block to the car park, the little fridge was full with hotel products you could purchase so there was no room for our food, we had to get staff member from bar to remove, they charged us for the fridge items 91.00 which came off the 250 refundable surcharge we had to pay at check in, didn't appreciate this at all, especially when we paid $507.00 on booking.com for room. We had to wait (8 working days to get back our 159.00) then and we had to wait to get the 91.00 refund also 5 days. The milk was those little plastic cups that's you have to use a million and it was all off, so another visit to bar staff, l would recommend they get the 250ml long life milks instead, no instant coffee or enough sugar, only coffee pods and no milk if you wanted to use the milk frother. There was no housekeeping to contact, the lady when she did come didn't speak a word of English, so we couldn't get our room made up if we wanted it done. The room was big, clean and the bed was so comfy, this was their saving grace, the bar staff were lovely, the negatives with the motel itself ruin the visit, if the motel set up better and had proper staff to deal with, it would be amazing, it has fantastic thing going for it. Only stair access so suit cases a bit awkward especially if staying couple of night

Bistro Fratelli is great.

Went in for lunch at Bistro Fratelli, which has wonderful food. Atmosphere inside pub is pretty calm

These are really flash rooms, especially for a Hotel/Pub. Couldn't quite make the trip from Qld to Canberra and checked in at around 10pm. Staff are super friendly, and nothing was a hassle. Highly recommended if you need a stop over or need somewhere nearby. Only thing lacking is separate Hotel Guest parking. Check the photos out.

For a local good feed I highly recommend the Valley hotel the chef there knows what he is doing and if you want something from the menu abit different he is happy to provide 😀

Had dinner with my family there 15/12/2024 and I’d have to say it was extremely bad. We’ve gone to so many bistro places such as Collingwood hotel liverpool, Liverpool catholic club, Cambridge Tavern in Fairfield, J’s Kitchen in Cabramatta and more. I usually have to travel abit to get to these places however Green valley hotel is down the road from me and after reading reviews and seeing so many good reviews I decided to take my family there to try it out. This would have to be the worst choice!! It was horrible, we know it was a busy dinner time but even then in all the other places I’ve gone too, I’ve never had to wait as long as we did for the food to arrive. We ordered at 6:17pm and our food didn’t come until 7pm. That wasn’t even the problem, we had ordered 2 mixed grill plates and asked for one well done which came out pretty burnt, the other one we asked for medium rare and that one came out fully cooked through and burnt around the outside too. We also ordered a surf and turf and the steak on that was beyond burnt it was disgusting. The only good thing we got was the Margherita pizza we ordered . We ordered 2 kids nugget meals and asked for NO SALT on the chips, however both came out with salt on them covered to be exact. My kids couldn’t eat this. They had to pick the Nuggets around and not touch the chips. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And after spending $142 on a family dinner I’d expect tit to be worth spending a minor issue fine, but to have issues with each of the meals ordered is ridiculous!!! We had hungry kids who waited long already and weren’t about to request to have everything cooked again and wait alot longer for those. I did mention it to the guy who served us and he said the chefs are busy. It was a busy time but that doesn’t make it any better to have steak cooked horribly. This is definitely the LAST time we’ll ever go here. As close as it is to home, I’d prefer to travel to all the other places as we have never had any issues or problems with orders or food.

ORDER THE NACHOS 🤤🤤 All the staff are super lovely, friendly and professional. The food is absolutely amazing, prices are affordable. It's a great place to go grab a drink, have a feed and just relax after work or even a day out for lunch. The outdoor area is my favourite spot, I always come here for lunch dates with my sister.

Clean, quiet, convenient and affordable tariff. Rooms are exceptionally clean and simply appointed. Nice coffee pod machine. Fridge. Table and 2 chairs. Very clean bathroom. Walk to Woolworths, shops or eat in Bistro (recommend Bistro) Access through Bistro or private rear door. Security is good. Car parking, no problem. Access to M7 excellent. Staff friendly and engaging. Definitely recommend. Would stay here again.

Great food and lovely stay. The only reason I gave it 4 not 5 was the cigarette smoke/smell in the pub was pretty intense for me .

MILLER it's wonderful place

Since writing this review I have learned the unprofessional rude and nasty piece of works name is Tara While attending a friend’s wake on Friday 21/06/2024, I was standing at a table opposite the bar in conversation with a friend, I was facing the bar while talking and I was once again for absolutely no reason abused by the same female bar staff member who had been abusive towards myself on ANZAC day 2024. This female should not be in the hospitality industry She is abusive and has no idea how to interact with people, It is obviously clear she has a problem with serving and former military members…!!!

Always walk away happy with a belly full of food

Pretty average pub. Located behind Miller Shopping Centre. Plenty of parking. Staff are nice. Clientele average.

Foods good but you need cranberry juice

We stayed here for 1 night on our way through. Really nice, modern rooms. Very clean. Comfy beds and awesome rain shower.

Bistro Fratelli is contained within the building which is where we were going. There's a lounge room and other things happening in the building that we did not use. Plenty of parking.

The restaurant inside Green Valley Hotel Fratelli has the best pizza 🍕 pasta 🍝 and burgers 🍔 what a hidden gem and the owner Ozzie is such a great guy it definitely deserve more than 5 ⭐️

Garlic cheese pizza and mix grills are excellent. Strongly recommend 😋

Food was great from the bistro and the staff are awesome but unfortunately the whole pub is full of cigarette smoke. It's like the A/C intake is in the smoking area. It stinks and it's hard to breathe in there.
