When I see this club and I remember how much money I lose here by gambling I hate my self too. Don't lose your beautiful moments here, stop play gambling specifically at rsl.⛔️🚫

Beautiful food at Club Blacktown, whether you're down stairs in the Villaggio have all types of great food. Or upstairs having some beautiful Asian noodles at Just Pho. It is worth the visit. Make sure you try the Mango Pancakes, fresh mango and cream, what a win. Plenty of seating for everyone, play areas for the kiddies. Go and enjoy Club Blacktown.

The most decent Vietnamese pho and Chinese yum cha place in Blacktown.

This club is OK but needs to offer more then just eat places & gaming to attract people.

Chinese here is an absolute standout. The clubs stuff overall are friendly and knowledgeable too.

Last night I ordered lasagna. Way too much sauce and cheese. Hardly any mince. Staff were polite and respectful

We had Robert serve us at the door and he was so lovely and cheerful! I hope he is commended as he is an asset to Club Blacktown! We were so impressed and happy with his service and he started our day off lovely. Thank YOU Robert! You are awesome!

On Sunday 29th December 2024, I ordered the Roast Pork Belly at Just Pho restaurant. A lady guest who was at the counter before me, also ordered the Roast Pork Belly. I had had Pork Belly in the Philippines before and it was very very good. But the meal I was served at Just Pho was not only poor, it was inedible - just fat cubes. ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT JUST FAT. No surprise, I only ate the Bok Choy and the rice. Do they really expect anyone to just eat fat? I did some research when I got home. Pork Belly is 65-70% lean meat to 30-35% fat. I JUST GOT THE FAT. Maybe the lady who was served before me got the meat or maybe they keep the meat for other dishes. The fat deserves one place- in the bin. NOBODY EATS FAT. Serve Pork Belly with just meat or meat and fat, but not just fat. I had to give this one star to get it through. The correct score is MINUS 5 STARS.

I was here, got shouted at for entering. I do acknowledge that I should have asked them first, but that doesn’t give them any right to shout at me. There was this lady who did that, so yeah, I know this doesn’t really affect the business at all but, it’s the very least I can do. Worst customer service.

Fantastic club 19 staff are very friendly and go to this food. Excellent help yourself as much as you want. Great place to take families for good food.

Great Yum Cha.

One of most racists venue I have ever been. Staff are completely in-cooperative they judge the people with their appearance and colors. What’s the point of having local rsl when we get treated like unhuman. Club Blacktown needs to grow up and stopping being racists and treat people with respect and dignity.

Great place to socialise

Its quite a trip to get there . I like bingo there but food where bingo is not worthy of the club . Staff friendly club clean service good .it's worth travelling from narremburn and nth ryde going again Saturday for bingo .Will eat in a different area

Its a nice club with good restaurants and great play facilities and play area for children. Trued Pho from Just Pho and dimsum from the Ocean restaurant both are nice.

I've been coming here for years but only just discovered Google reviewing. It's changed a bit over all these years, more variety in foods and updated gaming machines. Everything is clean, food is good and pricing is pretty standard but I have to admit the initial customer service when everyone first enters is off putting, so I've rated it 4 stars for that reason.

We just came back from overseas this morning. and were so happy holding the souvenirs to gathering with my family in their Chinese restaurant. However, we were treated rudely by the front desk staff. at the end, there are six staff members stopping us entered the club , because our souvenirs were cooking Ingredients. I understand that many people bring their own food into the canteen downstairs of the club for parties, the club should be targeted at those people,but you should know that the people who go to the Chinese restaurant upstairs for dinner usually do not do this. Our family usually go there to celebrate special events , because it such is the best chinese resturant in sydney, our consumption is usually more than $1,000. and we also will spent more that $100 for drinks at the club bar, but tonight we did not buy any drinks, and we apologize to the owner of the Chinese restaurant, because we are not going to eat at his restaurant again because we are so angry, We had to cancel a table for 16 for tomorrow night.

Don't bother coming here unless you like to be treated like criminals. Your bags will be checked and any food/gifts from outside will be questioned by at least 6 people at the front desk. We had some small gifts for a birthday in a wine bag and the 6 ppl said it was wine when it clearly wasn't. Presents nearly had to be unwrapped to prove to these people it wasn't food. It was clear that we were headed to the Chinese restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Not to have a free feast and use your tables. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service and attitude from the front desk. Judging by multiple and others' experiences, it's clear staff have no training or manners. Last time, we were interrogated when bringing in a birthday cake and a baby's nappy bag because it had baby snacks. This time we had souvenirs for the restaurant staff and family, which happened to be cooking ingredients and was treated with rudeness once again. The restaurant is a great place for gathering, and cakes and gifts are normal. More common sense and manners need to be used by the staff. Having your hands in pocket and rolling your eyes seem unacceptable for hospitality staff. Also had the guy smack away my hand before and say don't touch when I'm touching the screen to sign in. ???? Will eventually lose business for their restaurants 👍🏻 keep it up.

Was served tonight by the staff at the front counter and their customer service was fantastic, very lovely people. They made me feel welcomed ☺️ The food at the Villaggio inside was exquisite large portions of pasta and the pizza was divine would eat here again 😋 10 stars 🤩

We decided to meet here for a night out with friends, hoping to find a quiet table to stay at for hours. Well, we found a table, but it wasn't quiet! Upstairs they had a couple playing live music and it was SO LOUD that we moved downstairs. Downstairs was so busy, so it was really loud but at least we could hear each other. We tried outside but it was THE WORST because they had booked out a room for a big party or wedding, and their music was DEAFENING! So... not a place to visit on a Saturday night, but I have been here before at lunch and it was A LOT more quieter, and the lunch options were cheap (am talking about downstairs, at Villagio. Maybe lunchtime is better than dinnertime?). Still giving it 4 stars because am giving it the benefit of the doubt, plus there are a few options under the one roof.

Great place and food and playground for kids. Giving one star as they recently introduced a new rule not permitting backpacks on premises without giving any reason for such a rule. Bad for families with young kids now.

DISGUSTED BY THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED TODAY - my dads service NSW app crashed and he was unable to bring up his licence however he had photos of other ID’s (licence and passport). The staff refused to assist him as we were trying to go out for a family lunch to celebrate our little sister’s graduation. They repeatedly refused to help troubleshoot the situation in which a member of the club tried to sign my dad in as a guest which they refused again. They allowed multiple people without physical or digital ID in stating “it’s just our policy”. They also allowed another family in whom only had “a photo” but because they were international, they were permitted. So wrong and very much targeted. Ruined our experience of this club and management needs to speak with these rude staff.

Went to yum Cha this morning, excellent food, reasonable price! Compliment to yum Cha serving lady named “ANNIE” for recommending us the red rice prawn Cheung fun and lychee prawn ball with cheese filling, absolutely sumptuous ! Highly recommend these two signature dishes!

Food & service very good, parking easy

Decent food, but what I appreciated the most as a parent were the playgrounds! Outdoor playground was fairly large and had 2 cubby houses. Outdoor bathrooms easy to see and access, especially for the kids. I had my baby in a stroller and had no issues with ordering food or taking baby for a walk in the outdoor area.

A lots of parking space. There is a Chinese restaurant there. In good value.

The receptionist's service was terrible. She was only interested in her phone and not in providing service. This was my first time coming here and feeling disappointed.

Excellent club.

Not everyone visits RSL regularly and familiar with the check in process, so decent manner and courtesy would go a long way to explain. Instead the person at the check in desk was astonishingly unhelpful and probably best to be employed at Karen's diner instead. If it wasn't for the amazing yumcha place, it's enough deterrent to visit this RSL. Why would you employ someone to greet the guests if they clearly can't even communicate decently?

Not happy with the Old front desk Lady treating me like im some kind of criminal, I tried to sign in and she snatched the sign in receipt and demanded I show my Id, lady on the NSW services app it has my data requirements you didn't need to act like that seriously. Next time I'll go somewhere else.

Not many places you would find a tank welcoming you, and Club Blacktown offers guests a choice of eating places and restaurants, including what is a good yum cha Chinese restaurant. Plenty of memorabilia dedicated to those who have served Australia in wars past and present, contemporary bars and function spaces as well

Went to the Chinese restaurant yum cha Very noisy and couldn't understand some of the girls Then we had coffee and cake downstairs (that was great)

The man on the reception taking my details was so rude. I don't usually go to clubs but I was seeing some colleagues and didn't know what to do if I was not a member. The man at the reception was so rude and abrupt, he asked me what my problem was when I clearly told him that I'm not a member and I'm seeing some people, I don't know if I need to sign in somewhere. I asked him politely for assistance as I was clueless and he was so annoyed. Unprofessional and rude staff.

Facelift of venue is excellent except for the grumpy aged reception fellow who needs to be retired or placed in the backroom. His face is stoic and is deprived of nerves and emotions to even attempt to welcome with enthusiasm visitors and members. Need to be seriously considered by the RSL Biard. July 18 2024 visit. No need for photos- you can easily identify the old bugger!
