The Graphic Arts Club is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink and meal. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to make your visit one to remember.

Great food, service and atmosphere

Each time I've been there, I've had good food and an enjoyable experience. And nothing has changed a couple of years after my initial comments.

The chosen meal was disappointing and priced. The ‘Fish bowl’ stated ‘tempura flathead, grilled prawns, salt & pepper squid, smoked salmon, chips, garden salad, aioli & lemon’. Only the three prawns were fresh and tasty, the remainder was heavily battered without much flavour and much more batter than seafood. A waste of $33. Beer overpriced at over $9. The bottle of wine from the restaurant cost $51, and it is only $14.99 in store. I won’t be visiting there again. Apart from the restaurant, patrons cannot escape the TV screens which makes it noisy and not a relaxing place to sip a drink. I do not recommend this venue. Cool atmosphere and offering. Unfriendly staff. The CEO’s comments are inconsistent with numerous poor reviews of this place. My friends and I won’t return.

Haven't been for a while, so we decided to come for lunch today. Wow what a beautiful experience. We had the grilled barramundi (one of today's specials) and the chicken schnitzel. Both delicious - food quality and presentation first class, combined with great service from our lovely waiter Jack. Also friendly service from Gaylyn who helped with a membership enquiry.

Very rude staff behind the bar. False and misleading prices on the menu (check the Caesar salad pricing). Food very average at best. Charge a CC fee for purchases without disclosing the fee, they just add it. All in all, very unprofessional and not worth the effort of going there. So many better places in Mascot area.

Great food, loads of choice and excellent staff.

We went here with my brother in law for dinner. Rod had the schnitty parmy, my wife had the smoked salmon salad, and I had the fish bowl. All the meals were great. For dessert, we had the shared plater, which had 5 desserts on it. This was fantastic. The service was fantastic and friendly. I highly recommend th8s club for a feed if you're in the area..

This is an excellent club. Our experience was very relaxing. This club has a restaurant, gaming area, bar area, lounge area and an off street carpark. The service was top level. The food was brilliant. The club has a good atmosphere.

An excellent club for locals & visitors. 10/10 for cleanliness, no smoke smell, all new carpets and seats. They’ve also kept up with technology so your membership card is on your phone.

What an amazing atmosphere in the Restaurant. The staff were 5 star. They were incredibly accommodating, the food was exceptional. They organised our cake, lit the candles and sent the robot to deliver. The kids thought it was awesome.

A wonderful dinner experience at the Grapic Arts Club last night. The hostess, Glenlan (sp), was most gracious and friendly. The 'dressed up' Bangers and Mash was outstanding and the barramundi was delicious. Extreme care was taken by the kitchen staff to accommodate a food allergy and it was MUCH appreciated. If we were able to be members, we would!

I have been here for lunch before, and the food is excellent. Atmosphere is great, transport at the door, what else could you ask for.

It was very busy in the restaurant and orders were not delivered correctly. Other than that when we received the food it was tasty. More like a RSL club

I just want to say ‘Irish’ is honestly a gem. Every single time we visit she meets us with kindness and excitement. She makes this venue a place that is warm and welcoming. She is genuinely interested in your day and how you are and is always keen to have a chat. Thank you Irish for making our time at the arts club special and fun every single time we visit. This is what customer service is all about. You know when you walk in and Irish is on… it’s going to be a good night. Honestly thank you for you hospitality, you deserve a pay rise or promotion. Another large group lunch, welcomed on arrival, served all within minutes by staff who take pride in their positions at the club. Beautiful decor with spacious seating. Food was exceptional for a choice set menu. Highly recommended.

Attended a private event with my 5 month old and I have never felt so unwelcome at a venue thus far. As soon as I walked in I was informed that I needed to leave by 9:30 twice by two separate staff members. I was unable to order myself a drink or stand inside and was told multiple times to “move aside” by an elderly blonde staff member who was also so rude to other attendees. I am aware of club rules and more than willing to comply however the manner which this was delivered was appalling. At the end of all of this, another staff member informed me that I didn’t need to leave as I was apart of a private event but by the time I just wanted to leave due to the treatment. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, very polite staff.

This club is different - in many positive ways. We were greeted upon entry by the President who helped us sign in. She was very welcoming, as were other staff. The contemporary decor is rich visually and tastefully brought together, with all areas clean and well maintained. The lunch menu was expansive and every dish ordered was a cut above; served hot, big portions and beautifully cooked. This club is evidently thriving and a deserved benchmark for successful management.

Had a really relaxed lunch with some delicious decaf espresso martinis. Extremely comfortable, pleasant place to enjoy a laid back chat with friends or colleagues. Service was relaxed but attentive, made me feel at ease.

Booked a table for a work lunch in the garden terrace and it worked out perfect as we were the only group in the outdoor area while other patrons were indoors Food was very tasty and the reef and beef was cooked to medium rare. Great service and the food came quick.

If you come here to drink, prepare to spend a bit. The happy hour used to include craft beers but they don't do that anymore, plus happy hour is 5:30 where it used to be 5pm. If you like the average beers then you'll be happy to pay $6, otherwise it's $12+ They have outdoor areas to sit in, with heaters. They have plenty of tables to sit and drink or eat. It doesn't get super busy so you will have room to relax.

Great food. Generous portions. Desserts and coffee just o.k Long term staff. Friendly. Welcoming. Option to sit inside for meals or outside in the courtyard. Warm ambience. Lovely lights and floral arrangements. Comfortable lounges in the bar area. Not a lot of hard surfaces so, noise levels are tolerable. Can definitely chat with your mates without straining. Often see large family or work groups. Frequenting club for more than 4 years. No anti-social behaviour. Safe and respectable venue. Excellent free parking.

I only went in to use the toilet and it was great

Very unfriendly. Made us feel like trash. We're from Darwin and we were basically made to feel like we were not good enough to be there. We didn't stay long enough to order we felt so bad.
