We have stayed a couple of times now. Safe free parking; huge clean rooms; comfortable bed & pillows; conveniently located next door to St Marys Leagues Club (good entertainment & dining facilities); top service from front of house staff; discounts offered if a member of IHG or the adjoining leagues club; oh, and its quiet!!!

2 days stay, I would come again, room very clean, had a problem with bed added, but the staff resolved it quite quickly, next door restaurant very convenient

It seems the staff / management does not take any care for the cleanliness or the health & Safety of the customers. The curtain looked like it was vomited over. It was easily identifiable in daylight. It seems no one really inspected before letting a customer in. Finally when I checked the towel, it was torn and yellow in color. A place where proper audit is in place will never give such an experience to a regular customer. I am not gonna use IHG anymore after this experience especially on New Years day. Adding to all of this, I never got an apology from any of the staff. See for yourself in the photos.

Faultless experience from start to finish of our over night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always appeared to be willing to assist as best as possible. Facilities and rooms are great. Roomy, comfortable beds and cooling air con. Not a hint of outside noise and we were on level 2. Right next door to St Mary’s Leagues club for all your wine and dine needs.

Found the room and service get. Until I checked out and found that this holiday inn charge my company and my personal account for my stay. Still waiting refund would highly recommend don’t give any personal details as they like to double dip. Time to name and shame .This is not my first time this has happen at a holiday inn.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn St Marys a lot of times, Damian and Demi's team are fantastic and very professional, I highly recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay for a overnighter or as many nights as you want, this accommodation will not disappoint.

This hotel was everything we needed it to be, close to sporting fields, super quick and friendly check-in, room service was quick and yummy! Would absolutely stay here again.....

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff , check in was a breeze.Under cover parking.Our room was so clean with two types of pillows on the bed the pillows were super big and the bed was comfy.Plenty of bathroom amenities the only thing I would like to see is a larger bar fridge with a freezer.|The room was very sound proof you wouldn’t know there were any of|Other guess.On level one there was a gym and a filtered drink station .Rooms were serviced every day.|A one minute walk to the club next door with three restaurants.

We stayed a few nights and really enjoyed the hotel. Very comfortable beds made sleeping easy and as the outside temperatures climbed towards 40C we appreciated the super efficient air-conditioning. There was a good choice of free TV and the bathroom was large with a good shower . Free parking and the club next door made the stay perfect. Thanks to the reception staff who made us feel very welcome we hope to return soon.

I regularly stay at the hotel and find it a quiet and comfortable place to visit. The staff are excellent and welcoming, the rooms are clean and the complimentary bottles of water are a great addition. Keep up the great work.

Close to the airport and it is walkable. It’s about a couple kilometer or so from the domestic terminal and a free airport bus ride from the international terminal (still a kilometer walk you just take the bus to the domestic terminal). The streets are well lit and it’s a safe area. We saw a bunch of flight crew and pilots walking to this hotel so you’ll see fellow travelers walking to it.

Booked a room with 3 beds. There was 2 beds. The staff seemed baffled by the idea that 3 people wanted to have 3 beds. They reluctantly brought up one of those horrible trundle beds....without a doona. They informed me that there was no possible way for them to supply me with anything but an itchy blanket.

Very clean room. Bed comfortable and easy access to the club next door which served very good meal options. Although stayed a Tuesday night and the club had a few extra restaurants open Wednesday - Sunday which looked even better

We stayed at this hotel many times and we love it. Great location and friendly staffs. Rooms are very clean. We love the big toilet too. Breakfast is good. But during our stay last week we are not sure if we got a bed bugs bite from the hotel room. Me and my daughter who sleeps in the same bed both got bites but my husband and my other child didnt have. We got a little trauma and wouldnt want to stay on the same room. We will still stay in here in the future but please check that room that we stayed last week.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Sydney St Marys with my family, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. The customer service provided by the manager and receptionist was second to none. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, easily accommodating our family of four. The cleanliness was impressive, and the attached walk-in bathroom was equally well-maintained. The comfortable double beds ensured a good night’s rest. We appreciated the in-room amenities, including the TV, coffee machine, and welcome water bottle. Although we didn’t use the fitness center, it’s great to know that it’s available for guests. Now, let’s talk about breakfast—the highlight of our stay! The chef prepared omelets that were unlike any I’ve ever had before. The continental breakfast spread offered a delightful variety of options. Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Sydney St Marys exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning and enjoying your excellent facilities, amenities, and delicious food once again. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Western Sydney. Was a great location for our needs and loved being able to just walk to St Mary's Leagues Club next door. A club with a lot of variety for dining.

Is a very nice hotel if you are in the area. It has everything expected from a Holiday Inn A very strong point is they don't charge for parking. This is very nice . I will return if I'm in the area

I have never felt so comfortable and at ease. The staff team are amazing and helpful. I did not feel like I was being judged. They assisted me with all my queries in a fast manner, and are super polite. My stay was fantastic from start to end I have nothing to complain about. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

A peaceful, restful, romantic day, time to get to know each other in the luxury of this great establishment. Absolutely nothing to want for its all at your finger tip or a call away. Sad that it all ended way too soon

Everything is just right here, not over the top but excellent value for money.

We often stay at this hotel and will continue to do so. The staff here are so friendly, helpful and obliging. The rooms are always clean. It is right next door to St Mary's Leagues Club so there are a number of places you can choose to eat. We recently had to extend our stay due to a family emergency and they did everything they could to accommodate us even though they were pretty well fully booked (even to giving us a free upgrade). You couldn't ask for better service.

Check-in efficient, reception staff not overly friendly as in other holiday inn properties. Room a lot smaller than expected, virtually had to sit on bed to make a cup of coffee. Mould starting to develop around bottom of shower and in some of the grout. Ok for a night’s stay but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay.

Me and my family had stayed for a week for a sporting event which the fields are just behind the hotel. Staff were more then amazing and so helpful with everything from anything we needed. Room was clean, tidy spacious and so relaxing. Many restaurants to choose from onsite as well bar area and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a short stay as my eldest had an event near the hotel. The room is clean and the receptionist are very accommodating from check in to check out. Very smooth process. And with the concierge and staffs that handles the breakfast area, very organise and the area is very clean. We will definitely stay to this place if given time. Highly commendable staffs. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and were very helpful. I didn’t like that there was not a top sheet on the bed (I find quilts too hot) but when I asked for one it was delivered immediately with no issue and with even the offer of putting it on the bed. Club next door was very handy and the food was great.
