I had a fantastic experience with Stella at Bing Lee Mount Druitt and Jayden at Bing Lee Old Guildford. After my product required warranty work, Stella went above and beyond to ensure a hassle-free process. She arranged for me to drop off the faulty product at the Old Guildford store, closer to my workplace. At Old Guildford, Jayden was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. I even purchased a replacement product from them. Both Stella and Jayden exceeded my expectations—exceptional customer service! Kudos to the Lee family for employing such outstanding staff. Highly recommend!

Very rude customer service, went in to check out stick vacums ask the lady to try one they arent charged and she walked of and sat at her desk... lost a sale I walked out.

The store we go to for all our electrical needs. Staff Wendy knows her things. Very professional and lovely lady.

The Manager here (John) always does the bare minimum, out of around 3 purchases he was close to no help at all. Today he just told one of his sales guys to tell me to just buy my Washing machine from Good guys instead of telling me himself . I am not a difficult customer. I put a complaint today with Bing Lee, they should listen to my call. So im doing what he said and buying everything from somewhere else!!

The lady who sits at the front approving the returns is rude and disrespectful. Needs to fix her attitude before she can start dealing with customers.

Sent wrong appliance I inadvertently installed and they blamed the courier however the mistake was there ended up with a appliance that I didn't want that I overpaid for and paid extra 2yrs warranty that they refused to transfer as it happens with the stores all entitled and worse then a thief take advantage of ppl at any chance give em wrong items and attempt to charge more and deny transfer extended warranty so MRS LEE please go to WUHAN and learn Chinese respect and grounding as becoming very european

I just wanted to let you guys know how wonderful you were in helping my sons selection for his lap top for school When he had questions you treated him with respect and he felt informed about his purchase thank you

Upon walking in I was greeted by 2 sales staff and the lady at the front counter I just knew It was going to.be a great shopping experience from there A gentleman (which I found out latter)named John was extremely helpful to help furnish our new home he made sure he was qualifying us for the right product and not trying too over sell like other white goods stores we had been to that day John had to attend something else then Steve took over our transaction making sure if we needed any accessories warrantys or transportation he was a lovely fellow with a kind intentions and made sure that all extended warranty and discounts went through as he explained it.all to the very helpful and friendly lady's at the front desk Great example of.what a white good store should be

This is the 2nd time been to this store, although I live closer to the Propect location everytime I come here the staff are very knowledgeable. I think it was John who served me and Luke who assisted in the loading area. Would recommend Mt druitt binglee everytime.

Walked in hoping to buy an iPhone, ended up buying a Macbook, iPhone and a printer for my office. Thanks to the manager John for the effort and knowledge. Will definitely be back. Great experience. 👍

Disinterested staff who couldn't find my Click and Collect order.

Me and my partner attended to this store around 12 pm today. While we were browsing and discussing about our future home appliances at the refrigerator section. An elder male staff approached us and asking us if we need any help. As when we told him that we were just browsing at the moment, he returned us the word says “don’t wait till tomorrow”. We felt this is very inappropriate, offensive, disrespectful and totally no professional ethics to talk to your customers this way. Since when the customers are not allowed to enjoy their own time to browse the products before making further decisions and seek for advice? As well as being abused by this kind of words? We been buying our home appliances in different bing Lee branches this is the first time we felt being treated such disrespectfully. I think you really need to do re-training on your team’s professional ethics to be more acknowledging what can or can’t they say to their customers.

The worst customer service and presentation Family member purchased fridge and TV fridge was floor stock ok you would think all items necessary to hook up for water and ice would be there NO and did they look or check before delivering NO Go to store 4 ppl standing around 2 guys chewing gum like it's their cud 1 lady on her mobile and another at the computer NOT 1 person acknowledged me when I went to counter Explain fridge delivered no instructions or hose added to get manual and they wanted to email as it was 40 pages I said NO I don't have a printer Asked where is the tubing NO idea they don't have any phoned rep left a msg doubt we will get any so another expense If this is Bing Lee customer service I will advise no one to waste their time and money Plenty of other shops who offer amazing deals and customer service Oh and delivery guy was so rude and swearing at his offsider utterly disgusting you don't speak to anyone that way and definitely not out the front of house and in earshot of children

I'd give zero stars if possible. Hopeless place. Went in to pick up a washing machine, sent round the back, then round the front then round the back again. I complained and John the manager called me and told me I was a bad citizen" - place needs whole new management who actually care about customer service."

As usual, I like this place because of the good electronics collection and helpful staff. Yousuf is one of the staff whom I always go to because he is very knowledgeable and provides correct guidance. Kudos to him.

Do not buy anything from this store! We were lied to by a man called Kazzi for a fridge. He said 1 week it will be in stock ( also had a friend who heard him say it). Purchased it early may and still nothing apparently not arriving to 12 July. So weve had no fridge for around 6 weeks and now still need to wsit. And when we call they continue to lie to us. Never buy anything again from here

Good enough every thing u needs in it available and easy to find it with workers assistance in seconds

Quick in and out when you go pre planned item to purchase. Happy shoppers place to purchase your household electronic items. Always ask for a discount ;) You don't ask, and you don't get it :)

I just did online shopping on binglee click and collect. I call the one of staff . She was lady. I asked her what if i send uber driver to pick up my item. She said its ok u can do but we close at 5 pm. Then i sent uber driver to pick up my item 4:53pm. Driver let me talk to that lady. She was very rude to me on the phone. Back store close early i told u like that. Who knows they have back store they close early . If time table shows 5 pm . They should open till 5 pm doesn't matter back of front store.

The worst retail experience i have ever had, period. The manager John should be let go immediately - you can find similar reviews naming him by name. After spending 7k at the store on various products they refused to replace a broken iPad bought less than 7 days ago and repeatadly had me come down to the store on the premise of a fix or refund only to laugh in my face and say they don't have to replace it and to contact apple and even refusing to hand back the product. Manager on the 4th visit then lied about me to my face while on the phone with his senior and refuted everything and swore at me while i left the store after having a go at him for it. Official compliant has been filed with every medium possible. Avoid store at all costs.

Wendy is a nice staff here. Will definitely be here again for purchasing new things

Great for electronics

The best customer service I have received in a long time. I walked into Bing Lee Mount Druitt as soon as they opened. I was greeted by a very friendly Sales person, Wendy, I explained that my elderly uncle has had his fridge die and I urgently needed something, and if possible delivered that day. Wendy quickly went into action, showed me some options, arranged another colleague to contact the delivery driver to see if he could deliver it. I chose the fridge, unfortunately not in stock but could sell me one off the floor, gave me a great price, and everything arranged so quickly and with such friendliness. The delivery driver arrived at my uncle’s place at 10:30am with the new fridge, moved the old fridge, allowed my uncle to sweep under where the old fridge had been, installed the new fridge and took the old one away. You can’t get better service then that. Next time I’m looking to buy anything electrical I’ll definitely go straight to mount druiit bing lee. Thank you so much.

Poorest customer service ever. I went to shop on Wednesday hoping to buy an air fryer. They don't have new one in the box and the offered to do (click and collect) and item will be available Saturday after 2:00pm. I came on Saturday at 3pm certain that the item will be there. I was told that the Campbelltown store failed to deliver my order and they don't have it. Straight away that same guy just offered me if I want my refund. No apologies, nothing!!! They know what's to picked-up on that day, they know truck has arrived and when they have checked and do their job properly, they would have known that the item was not available. They could have called me instead and give me heads up at least. Offering a refund is not a solution. I deserve my money back 100% - that's not the solution. They could have change the whole experience if they did something to lessen the customer's frustration. Like how about - we will ship it your home when it comes available. I would never shop in Bing Lee ever.

Raya is absolutely wonderful and helpful. She helped me with my gas Westinghouse cooktop, She really listens to you and offer you options to best suits you rather than pressure sells you thing you don’t need. I’m very happy and I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you Raya.

Purchased a washing machine & dryer for $1300. Customer service was awsome, he was patient and took his time explaining the differences etc. Delivery was booked in the next day. The delivery guys were amazing they were on time the exact estimated time. They struggled a bit as I didn't have much room to go through, however took there time and got it in the house with no dramas. They took the old machine away and connected the new one. Thank you to all the team in Mt Druitt Bing Lee. Also you guys were the cheapest compared to others even with the exact items I purchased. Definitely recommending you guys Thank you 😊

Lots of different stock

Beware when they tell you stocks coming the following week, a fair bit of delay and customer service is not that well. Rang Harvey Norman got the same fridge for same price and same day delivery. Something that Bing Lee could not do even though item was purchased and delivery was arranged. 1 week after waiting I was aware that stock arrived by inquiring online and when confronted sales rep the next day they tried telling me stock had just arrived the day I went in. Overall bad customer service and follow ups, plus lying to a customer.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was screamed at over the phone by the manager John. I had a major fault with a vacuum within 2 weeks of purchasing, and I requested a refund, he was extremely rude and arrogant and told me no, your getting a repair because 2 weeks is considered a good time period for $1300 vacuum to work. Fair enough after 12 months, maybe, but 2 weeks? Ridiculous. I have voice recorded his phone call to me where he was verbally abusive so I will be taking it further.

Staff had NO Masks, (Masks were Manitory) at the time Nowhere for Coved -19 sign in or sign out this was when Sydney (11/07/2021) was in LOCKDOWN I also wanted to purchase a Item and would they match prices? The manager told if a competitor can sell $10.00 cheaper then I go to Bathurst from St Marys and purchase and hung up. Manager has BAD attitude towards Customers. Never again will I enter this store at Mt Druitt.
