Its great if you want anything printed from emails or sending copies to your email. Service in this area is fantastic

Large range of items but regularly items I need are out of stock. Often difficult to find staff to assist. Parking is awful. If you happen to enter the area on front of the store and there are no spots it can be difficult to manoeuvre out again. In general parking is very limited.

Standard office works, everything you need for back to school for the kids. Updated our laptops, great prices, office chair A4 and A3 printing paper i needed. It's a one stop shop for all the goodies that you need

I get that it's back to school period but the automated phone answer machine is genuinely useless. There is no option to actually talk to someone from the Penrith Branch. Officeworks has seemed to follow the endlessly annoying trend of automating things that no one wants automated to save costs. I would hope they discontinue this practice after the back to school period ends.

Look, it’s a great shop once you get inside… great staff and service.. well organised… but it’s just soooo hard to get in the shop. The parking is horrendous. I hate to give 2 star… but we need to get the message across… Office works needs to move and they have for a long time… even when its not new year school time the parking… its so difficult to get in and out and there is often a queue in and out and you get stuck… order online or go to Gregory hills.

PARKING is horrendous I drove around for half an hour in a shitty car park manoeuvering near hitting another car. Absolute joke won’t be ever going back not even online.so frustrating when you have kids in the car and you just want to get this stuff

old lady at counter was being rude for doing her job and getting mad for reprinting once the printer was not fixed properly. being a cow about it is beyond me. had to be helped by three customer service staff members and took an hour to complete a 16 copy print job. she was not wearing her lanyard as well because she is being so rude lmao

Disappointed with the service, My son tablet was not charging and Under warranty they said they need to send to Melbourne VIC to fix it .the problem is already 1 month my son tablet is still in Penrith NSW Officeworks

Don’t answer their phone. When you go into the actual store they take forever to serve you and then I was left waiting half and hour for a simple click and collect order in which I was forgotten about 5 times.

2x Banners, they told 48 hours, and now it's been 5 days.

Probably the worst organised and run Officeworks I’ve ever been to. Horrendous customer service by the old lady on the front counter. Here’s a hint, customers keep you in a job, probably best if you’re not rude to them. 3rd December 2024. 11:45am

Just like to say a big thankyou to officeworks in penrith! You guys have saved my bacon! Ive had some very stressful days with a uni project being due and All the print jobs ive had done have been ordered the day before and then ready to pick up the next day! Im so impressed! Really look experience here today whilst exploring Apple Mac’s, was given the wrong information twice even when I corrected the sales person but took their advice anyway assuming they’d know better… What a mistake. Do better Officeworks Penrith!

The tall guy with the man bun and beard is very rude and dismissive, asked 2 separate questions and was WALKING AWAY as we asked. The next team member we asked helped us. Don’t know why officeworks employs people who have ZERO customer service

I always find that officeworks has what I need, here in Penrith, I was served by Issy in the printing department, she was extremely helpful with my needs and I am very happy with the service. I have also purchased an Epson ET4800 printer and it is an exceptional product. Thank you for all your help Issy and team Officeworks.

Busy store

I have been to the store many times 2 times prior, I took my little dog in with me in my arms, I knew what I wanted. The sales assistant that helped me make my choice, told me not to buy a particular brand because it would break in a week, why are they selling it then? I got to the register with my item which was a quarter of the price of all the others and was apparently going to break in a week regardless. I was told that dogs are not allowed inside the store, the lady told me there is a sign at the door. Have you seen the entrance????????? There are posters with prices all the way to the front door it’s like a letterbox catalogue exploded in the corridor. When I finished & exited the store I had a good look and all I could see was these posters with specials on them writing, writing , so much writing, so many numbers so much rubbish, how they expected me to see a tiny sign somewhere, or wherever the hell it was because I never found it saying no dogs allowed, maybe they could put one up that reads “no babies with a shit in their nappies” I suggest they get rid of all the rubbish and put up what is most important. In actual fact, I have a letter from my Psychiatrist saying that my dog is an emotional support dog. I won’t be going back there again.

I was served by an incredibly helpful lady at the front counter called Tracey. It is rare to come across someone whose customer service skills are as good as hers.

Office works

Everything here is well-organized store with a great selection of office supplies, tech products, and more. I found some offers going for HomePod mini which I bought recently. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Their printing services are efficient and of high quality. Whether you need school supplies or office essentials, this store has you covered. Highly recommended!

Recently and today was served by Isabella..with 5 🌟 service and 5 🌟 customer care ..Isabella does go out of her way in helping to make the shopping a pleasant experience .with a smile and nothing is a problem...thanks so much Isabella for the photos printed last year.. today and for future visits to the office works penrith store..happy 😊 customers

Excellent service from Usha and Barsha on the scan and print desk.They were both friendly polite and very efficient!

Disappointed with the service at the front counter 'Shirley' is passive aggressive and felt like we were being rushed and didn't like her vibe. And the toilet is disgusting it should be cleaned regularly. Other than those two complaints great range of products at a pretty good price

Couple of peeps reporting a card skimmer at the old shop

Absolutely disgusted today. Bought a display laptop for over 1000 dollars. Got the laptop and saw how untaken care of it was, scratches, dirty. The staff couldnt even just do a little to make the customer experience better!! This laptop has not been returned yet, but if i find a problem with it. I will have to go back

Nice local store for office supplies and stationery stuffs

The service I received from Shirley. I think the young man’s name is Logan was extremely helpful and made my day. Could not have helped me more I got exactly what I was after with no problem at all, they went over and above.

i use the place for printing and its quite expensive but good quality. when the quality is a bit dodgy they reprint until it looks nice

Shorter business hours over weekends is stupid

I approached a team member asking for help to find an USB adaptor and he kept walking saying it’s “Sorry I’m helping someone else, it’s a busy time of day”

I challenged the wording of the “change of mind” policy after being told that if I opened the box of what I bought, I wouldn’t be able to return it. My girlfriend and I were then laughed at behind our backs as we left the store. The older lady who served us, and a big young man then followed us to our car where we were told how bad we are as people for challenging the policy. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My girlfriend and I felt belittled and intimidated. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Avoid this place like the plague!

I had a very positive experience with the Printing team at Penrith Officeworks, in particular Mitch. He resolved an issue we had after a failed attempt at another store. He was polite, understanding and made us feel reassured that our issue would be resolved. Hats off to him to dealing with a situation so efficiently!

It's Officeworks - as expected, it has everything. The bonus is that it's open til late during the week, which is good, as entering, parking, & exiting during daylight hours is nigh on impossible.

Good customer care and supply

Can't always find what you need even when website states it is in store. Same day delivery very restrictive. 10 individual items under a set size, so Can't but school supplies even though items are light and small there are to many items so you have to either going in to collect or wait for standard delivery or pay for multiple same day deliveries, even if they are delivered together.

The store itself didn't have exactly what I was looking for but Jay(think that's her name) was helpful regardless, keep it up

Visited Office work Penrith with Back to School checklists for my kids. We got everything whatever we looked for with a reasonable price and staffs were helpful to find some of items as well.

If I could negative stars I would. Recently went in to purchase a laptop for the purpose of studying and sometimes the occasional game. Looked around the computer section. Not one person on staff approached me nor were there any staff present in the aisles surrounding me. Asked for help, was told they would get someone down to help me. Saw them call on the radio. Waited over 15 to 20 minutes before having to call someone over again. They were busy assisting an elderly couple and sent someone else. Took a further 9 mins before I finally got help to grab the laptop I had chosen, only to be told they were out of stock. Looked through the other options and asked questions about them. The staff member was not helpful. Gave one word answers and to make matters worse? The laptop I paid almost 500 for? It's slower than a 2014 MacBook my girlfriend owns. This is a newer model mind you. Absolutely underwhelmed, the only good staff there is Tracy, Jae and Rosie. Do not come here expecting help. You will find none. Also officeworks? If your reading this. How do you have so many people on the floor yet not one of them can be bothered to help customers when their job is literally CUSTOMER service.

Outstanding customer service. Barely had to wait. Sami and Josie were amazing and got all our printing and lamination done so fast. Will definitely come back again. These girls don’t get paid enough! Look you’re work guys 🙏🏽

Big store to choose from

Thank you to the Staff from Officeworks Penrith. I had an online ordering issue that was of no fault to them and the assistance I had to resolve the issue from Steve and the staff was amazing. This time of the year can be challenging as we are all busy but I was very appreciative of the service that I received! Will definitely be shopping at Officeworks Penrith again!

Everything in this day and age has gone so lazy, you can not get proper customer service. You want something printed takes only 5 mins for the workers to do or even less. I’m standing there at the self serve trying to print stuff and you can’t recharge the office works card have to do it at the counter I payed for my card and walked out. This officeowkrs used to be good now they have just gone down hill. I asked for help and she just said something and walked off. I’m there standing in line & then struggling with the self serve for a good 40 mins and had to leave because the staff was hopeless and I have places to be. Came here for nothing.

I had quite a bad experience today. I wanted to get Samsung phone for someone else and I wanted to know more about the models. Generally I have a good experience at office works , staffs are very friendly. But today this Asian lady I think I heard “ Gabi”” or something was quite rude, she didn’t have any knowledge about the phones but was confidently just stating the models and not giving any explanation, and made it seem like I should do my research. I understand the , but when you have some items that you are selling, staffs should be able to explain about the product enough rather being rude to customers.

Very poor customer service especially girls working at print and scan section always making excuses to use self-serve machines even though if somebody don't knw how to use and very bad customer service.

Noine on the floor to help. Went to the counter. It took 20mins to tell me they didn't have what I was looking for then a further 10mins to bring me an alternative.

Disappointing came down to get some posters printed, and when I paid the girl at counter she told me about a 15min wait, after 15 min go to the counter then I'm informed by another worker it will at least be another 20 min. I think your staff need to be trained correctly if they are working in this area not to mis inform customers. It surely doesn't take 45min to print posters. Should bring back the store at Mt druitt never had to wait this long, penrith store is super slow

Poor customer service. Visited Penrith Officeworks looking for glitter. I spoke to a young woman near the entry and she directed me to the craft lanes. After searching for the glitter and not finding any I went back to the same person and showed her that after using the internet I found Penrith store did have glitter. She didn’t show much interest in helping me find the glitter so I said to her do you want me to go home, order online and come back and get it ? She agreed that it might be the best thing to do. How ridiculous to be standing in a store with the product I need available and being sent home to order it online.

4 isles bloked off..no signage.. Rude indian man came out and had a rotten smell that would outlast religion...

Don't ever buy from penrith officeworks I bought a fibit watch and it was a big rubbish watch they said it was 5 Years Gurantee and I bought it $197 and they didn't refund my money even I couldn't ring someone with the smart watch even the charging was bad it was only 30%. even the price was so cheap
