Half of cable machines are out or order for weeks
Saturday nights it's throwback old skool retro rnb music from the 70s 80s 90s early 2000s. Whitney Houston Michael Jackson George Michael Madonna Prince Bellamy Brothers Doobie Brothers UB40 Abba The village People just name a few. Come down for some great music outside terrace bar 8-till late . We also take request on the night
Amazing famiily friendly club and staff, the food and entertainment is great, they have great DJ's out on the terrace too hehehe
Best yum cha in Sydney. I like 紫苏煎堆最好吃了!
Worst hamburger I’ve ever had. Pattie was a reheat and was dry. The cheese therefore was not grilled with Pattie. The salad looked and tasted not fresh. Oh & the bun was stale. The Vietnamese staff I don’t think have any idea how to make a hamburger. I was going to join the club but I think I’ll pass.
As a member of the gym for years I couldn't even call to enquire about a concern I had. The front desk, specifically a lady named Kate was highly rude to me. Before I even got a chance to express my concerns she yelled and hung up. I also recall speaking to her in the past, with her having a tone of high aggression and attitude. Representing Mounties, quite an awful look in my eyes. She really needs to reconsider her role, as every human being deserves respect and kindness and not to be projected onto.
Nice place. They could improve a bit on their service which is a bit slow. Take my mum there every Saturday afternoon. Check it out. I am sure you will like it.
shame my son 47 years old has a intellectual disabilty was refused entry to mounties because security said he was DRUNK because of his speech when realized his disabilty suddenly he could smell alochol on him who has not any and told to leave my son craig was upset and me too very sad that mounties has come to this happened about 8pm 08-02-25 craig roger cisek we are not happy
Good for yum cha
Great atmosphere , lots to do inside …
Gotta love a flutter...
Located at 254 Humphries Road, Mount Pritchard, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. My first time at this club and was very impressed. It’s a very big club with quite a few places to choose from to have lunch or dinner or to just have a drink. We came the Beatles Magic Show and it was really enjoyable and we were able to dance which was great. We had lunch at the Bistro which offered a great range to pick from. I came with a large group including people with disabilities and found the club very disability friendly. My meal was delicious, very tasty and value for money. I had a great time Would definitely recommend. Thumbs Up!! 👍👍😊😊
Wheelchair accessible great service from staff food is delicious in the Bistro and great members price
The food selection was great. We initially came for the Latin night shame it wasn’t on. got to try the food which was good
Atmosphere great 👍 but pokies hard 2 get
Great atmosphere
It's a nice place.
Absolute criminals..for those that don't mind a flutter we all know how bad the machines have been programmed.. but at mounties it's the worst of the worst! Every time !! Shame on you mounties, you are ruining people's lives. Hundreds of dollars an can't catch a feature.. how is this legal? Someone needs to audit this club.. disgraceful!!
Celebrated my daughters 30th today in the bistro. The meals were great. I had a 300 gram Wagyu rump for only $30. They have great specials and kids meals. The kids loved the downstairs play area. I'm planning on visiting again soon. Monday and Tuesday have 2 mains for the price of one. So lunchtime with the boys on a Tuesday may become a regular on my calendar.
Great friendly service from the ladies on the floor but the food we ordered was below average unfortunately, Dry pork ribs , deep fried & dry chicken wings , don’t believe we will be returning…
It was an amazing place to do Yum Cha for Christmas.
Nice, don't stay too long gambling will get the better of you
All restaurants inside must improve the quality including food and cleaniness
Totally regret going to this club for nye because the entertainment was really poor compared to other clubs my friends went to. The staff members were rude in general eg one membership lady playing with her iPhone was inconvenience asking where paid entertainment Floor was. Alan at membership was cool. Asian girl at cafe bar worked really hard and was put under pressure. She managed well. Security staff was a bit aggressive, super arrogant and rude no need for that. The photographer chased the women around only taking pictures of them and not offering to take pictures of anyone else. It was actually comical and predictable. Fun to watch. The Terrance DJ music was too loud at dinner time. Music was dated and boring until later near towards midnight . The food in the outside terrace Asian place was really great. Professional outfit, hard working. Never go there on nye again.
I was here on Sunday 29th Dec 2024. We had a lovely meal upstairs, food and service was excellent. After our meal we went downstairs to the Cafe area. It was very slow service and way understaffed. We had to clean our own table, as did other people. I ordered a hot chocolate I waited 10 minutes for it and it was not HOT Such a shame C'mon Mounties you can do better
Worth while to watch ..very entertaining
Plenty of thing's to do
The check-in reception staff were rude. She clicked the screen with her fingers, pointed at the screen, and said “here here,” then shouted at customers, saying “passport, passport.” As someone who has been traveling to Australia for 20 years and is a member of this club, this is the first time I’ve experienced such disrespect and impatience. I am very disappointed.
I wish to comment about the nature strips or footpaths surrounding the club. They are always full of rubbish, rarely cleaned with the clubs contractors, just content to mow over it, or just shove in the gutter. Shame on you Mounties, and you call yourself a community club! Side of the mess in Kewin and Young streets. Not much has changed over the last few months. Slum Dog Mounties! Only care about what's on the other side of the brick fence....and you call yourself a community club!
I hadn’t been to Mounties for about 10 years. I went back for lunch and to see if it had changed. I applied to be a member online and the receptionist at the front lobby politely referred me to the downstairs lobby to get my photo taken. The gentleman there was also very courteous and gave me directions to find the Vietnamese restaurant (new to me). I ordered there and waited about 25 minutes before I was served. That waiting time is fine with me as it indicates it is more likely to be freshly cooked. Anyway the Vietnamese meal was very good, freshly cooked, very hot and very nice. After that I ventured upstairs to see how things have changed up there. No-one up there, nothing happening. I walked up to the Brasserie and stopped at the CLOSED sign, just looking inside to see how it had changed. There were no patrons in there and I could only see empty food display counters and only one staff member. Suddenly a woman came running out abruptly saying: “We are closed”. Well I could see that, I was just looking and guess what, I can read. But this Brasserie must be great, when staff come out turning patrons away when it is obviously closed.
I strongly believe that the casino at Mounties Club should be shut down due to its negative impact on individuals and the community. My personal experience and the experiences of others have shown that this establishment is not only a waste of money and time but also has the potential to foster addiction and anger. People leave frustrated, having lost their money with no hope of winning, which often leads to violent or negative behaviors. My father, for example, has visited the casino repeatedly, spending more money than I can count, yet has never walked away with any winnings. This consistent loss is discouraging and concerning. The environment encourages people to keep playing, even when they’re on the losing side, which raises questions about fairness and transparency. It feels as though the system is rigged, and the odds of winning are disproportionately low. I urge the relevant authorities to seriously consider closing down this casino or, at the very least, to take measures to ensure that the odds of winning are more reasonable. The negative effects of this casino extend beyond individual losses it is affecting the well being of many people, including myself and my family.
Had a great meal at M Brasserie. Nasi Goreng is tasty and great value.
Always come here like the chinse food like the duck lost money won money at the pokie ya hush
Interesting spot
Staff really do care . Mark M staff helped me with a complaint I had and genuinely cared the complaint wasn't even to do with their own staff but the persons they brought at the Carole's (one of the food trucks) . absolutely greatful. I have been coming to mounties for years and I must say after today I'll be even more loyal. You guys never disappoint I can't be more greatful for the compassion and services you guys give. Me and my husband are forever greatful 🙏
I haven't been, but vicariously experienced Mounties through an Iraqi superman, and it was lovely. I need to know go and vicariously experience a video call between one person in Sydney and a person in Colombo. Hmm.
Need more play creativity for babies, toddlers & kids. The cafe doesn't have a variety of options of food, very limited unhealthy food for kids & adults. Not what the mounties group is expecting to have !!
After having dinner at Mounties we decided to take photos infront of the Christmas tree. Asked a security guard at 9pm on a Sunday night who was just standing around if he could take a photo for my family infront of the Christmas lights and he told me no he was busy. Wasn’t helping anybody sign in and was just standing around on his phone. Wouldn’t recommend taking your family there.
Horrible experience. Got kicked out after just one hour. Came there for a Christmas party which already had one of the party had a dispute with someone else from another party . The manager of security accused me of being there for 5 hrs, without even checking my sign in or cameras and just decided to kick me out. Never have any Christmas functions there. They are also racist.
Very busy however great venue to cater for gaming and food
I am very disappointed with the swim lessons offered at Mounties for my 2-year-old. The program lacked age-appropriate activities and engagement, which are crucial for toddlers with short attention spans. The instructor’s approach focused almost entirely on having my child kick and blow bubbles for the majority of the lesson, with little variety or effort to keep her interested. When I asked about incorporating songs or more interactive activities, I was told this wasn’t part of their method, as the focus was on building specific skills. While I understand the importance of skill-building, expecting a 2-year-old to repeatedly kick and blow bubbles without any engaging or playful elements is simply not developmentally appropriate. Other swim schools we’ve attended included structured lessons with songs, games, and interactive exercises that kept children entertained while learning. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this program for young children. It lacks the structure and creativity necessary to make swimming lessons enjoyable and effective for toddlers.
Good casino and bars
No atmosphere
It is an overall nice experience for a night out with friends, even family. Food is affordable and it is an overall fun place
We have made a switch from prairewood swimming to mounties earlier this year and I tell the difference in learn to swim program. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. The swim supervisor does regular gradings to see where the students are at and advance them according to their strengths! It would have been great if they have a splash pools for young kids to play in it afterwards. And, the cafe for food & drink is always close in the afternoon. There is no way if you need to purchase anything. These are small things but overall good experience!
Easy Parking,Has Western Food,Vietnamese Food,Yum Cha or Chinese Food and Bistro
Had a business lunch at Mounties today, enjoyed the food and facilities. Highly recommend
Good customer service
To bad
The lobby is Grand. You can join the Mountie Club for free. There are plenty of car parks in the club.
Went with Family for dinner was dreadful wont be be back steaks were overcooked everything was frozen no care in cooking cheap way out but top $$$ pull your socks up mounties take more pride in your food and think about your customers
Often referred to as the casino of Western Sydney, with hundreds of poker machines to pick from, a large children's area and plenty of restaurants. The yumcha in my opinion is one of the best in Sydney, aswell as the Chinese seafood restaurant.
Nice place to visit and yummy food
Love the yumcha food at this restaurant
Love the place ❤️ very nice to have drinks and food
Just lovely
