KFC Kingston

They say the wicked wings a spicy they don't taste any different to regular chicken .just bland . everytime I ask them if it's spicy they say yes .they aren't waste of money no more kfc

-Over the past few months, we have had multiple issues with our burger meal orders from this establishment. -Two months ago, when we placed an order through MenuLog, we received someone else's order entirely. -Then, just two weeks ago, another MenuLog order was missing a burger from our meal. -Most recently, we decided to visit the drive-thru for another burger feast, but once again experienced problems. Our order was missing a Zinger burger and an order of chips. Additionally, we paid for 12 Wicked Wings but only received 10. This is completely unacceptable. We paid in full for our orders, yet keep receiving incomplete or incorrect items. -If the staff are unable to fulfill orders accurately, they should not be working these positions. The establishment should consider replacing them with more capable and attentive employees who can provide the level of service customers expect. When I tried to calmly address these issues, I was met with an unprofessional attitude from one of the staff members.

KFC Kingston is one of the faster, more reliable stores in Hobart, in my experience. They always get my order right and staff are friendly and helpful. Will not hesitate to visit when in the area. 😀

Service was great, staff very helpful and all done with a smile. Food was freshly prepared and exactly as we ordered.

Shocking service, long waiting time. Then our group of 13 people got asked to leave halfway through our meals because they had just cleaned the tables. Obviously to didn't want to clean again. It's your job, lazy and very rude.

Mediocre. Ask for 6 pieces and received 4 legs. Poor.

Food was not hot, chicken or chips. I had to take some back that was not even warm to the touch and the kid behind the counter asked me what I wanted them to do? He replaced the chicken with some fresh pieces and full credit to him, he gave 4 pieces to replace two pieces. I was just visiting the area but is it too much to expect hot food? At least he tried.

I ordered three rib pieces and a large chips. There were no services, chips had no salt and they gave us two legs and a back!!

Bought 5 pack chicken tenders got only 3 full ones and one broken one in half rang up and asked to leave a email crap service

Good service good was fresh I had crunch salad only they didn't give any girls so that made it hard to eat but overall no issue with a device or food

1.15 pm service too slow as it's all about the drive thru chicken was as tough as no seasoning on chips & the chips were cold won't be going back to this kfc

Sick of KFC kingston, I order zinger burger upsides, 6 tenders, 3 pepper mayo sliders today, they give me a zinger burger, wasn't upsides, just regular, left out the 6 tenders and 3 pepper mayo sliders, this has happened on a number of occasions, disgusting, didn't realize until I got home, time to go elsewhere, very disappointing. 😢

Not bad good service though some food disappointment but I think it's KFC short cuts to make profits what ever happened to hot an spiceypieces not just off cut fillets.

When we make a family order through drive-through or using the app, we always find a mistake with our order and items missing.

Usually a good place to grab a meal on the way home. Sadly there's been too many times chicken was not available within 20 minutes and also checked food is all there before you leave. Especially chips and sauces.

It used to be good, but the last couple of times have been disappointing. We ordered a bucket of chicken and it didn't even taste like KFC , was disgusting and went in the bin. The chips are bad with no seasoning, if you ask for extra seasoning they don't even give you any. I put in a complaint about the bucket of chicken and had 2 missed calls from them and they considered the situation sorted. Very poor. Update: 10th Aug 2024 Went today and got a finger box, was the worst I've ever had. See the photos. It was actually inedible and went in the bin.

Pretty poor service, we ordered a giant feast and zinger box last night, after waiting in store for half an hour, many items were missing from our food, including two pieces of chicken, our dipping sauce, one of the large chips. From the zinger box one of the chicken pieces were also missing. (We realized once driving 40 minutes back home). Counter staff were very rude and abrupt to many of the customers. I get fast food can be a frustrating place to work, I've been there, but people should receive what they actually pay for.

Cold Zinger box and hot and crispy box was basically sweet and crispy. Choice it yours.

It's winter and the restaurant is freezing! Had to rug up just to dine-in. Surely the profit you guys make could warrant turning the heating up!!!

Way too inconsistent. Sometimes ok, sometimes burnt or dry. Buns as hard as rock.

Needs to update its closing hours on Google. Always a gamble if your will get your complete order.

Chips where stale not even edible, went back and got replaced no problems, a couple chips on top where fresh the rest stale, happens every time.

We had ordered on line and arranged drive through pickup. The order process was seamless and was prepared when I entered the drive through. The food was hot and well prepared, all pieces of chicken were accounted for and the chicken was cooked nicely and non greasy. Probably one of the most enjoyable over all fast food experiences in a long time. Well done, KFC Kingston.

The only good worker here is Tommy, Tommy single handedly made my life better and is amazing, thank you Tommy for your incredible customer service ❤️

Hardly ever get what you pay for

We ordered 4 burgers. Each burger had about 3 strands of lettuce in them which was super disappointing. The chips were barely cooked and not even salted. Disappointing stop for us.

Food was delicious and fresh. Slight hiccup on the order notes. Friendly and welcoming staff. Did not use the bathroom and thus cannot comment on it.

The worse KFC in Tasmania. The chicken always too dry and the chips are too soft.

The best organised KFC I've been to. We were there on Sunday 3rd March. Whoever was managing on that day did an amazing job.

The chicken is always too dry compared to other KfCS.

Didn't give me the chips that go with the cheap as chips meal and didn't give me one of our drinks.
